We need more visitor parking its not fair . Due to parking i dont think i can recommend to my friends... we pay way to much rent not to have parking if we want to have company on a Saturday or whenever

I love the space in my 2bd apartment and the black appliances. My neighbors are loud but it is still a favorable experience. I have space for a dining room table and big l-shaped couch. I love having a balcony as well. The washer and dryer are small but I like that they are small because we have more space available

I have a great size 1 bedroom apartment however the cabinets are very out of date. But everything works. Community is quiet. Everyone pretty much stays to themselves. The walk ways to the apartments need some TLC. They have been unkept lately and there are a lot of stains on the walls and spider nest outside.

On my move in date I had to wait a while because the key was not ready for me. When they finally took me to my apartment, there was dead and alive cockroaches everywhere! There was so many issues in this apartment. I don't think it's the office, it's the maintenance people. They don't care about the residents. Worst experience ever!

The staff here are the best. Problems are taken care of in a timely manner. Only wish apartments with kida were put on the first floor as the noise from my nieghbor on the third floor is outrageous. Feel bad for the people below.

Very helpful staff. Good price comparatively to the area. Big apartments with personal balcony and W/D in unit. Super close to Dale City commuter lot as well as 95 and other transportation options. Would recommend.

The office staff is amazing. They really care about the resident making sure that everything is okay with your apartment. The maintenance staff completes your work order the same day, which I think is amazing. Overall I think they have a great team at our property.

This community is pet friendly , quiet , has a beautiful pool . The staff are really polite and nice . It's a very peaceful community. The parking space is always clean and they have a playground is small but clean.

It isn't bad. At the moment there's a larger influx of Latino renters and they allow their children to do whatever they want so some buildings look like trailer parks because these kids leave their bikes and scooters and toys everywhere and if you have a pet they will harass you to pet it even after you tell them no. But where children aren't a problem so long as you don't mind keeping to your self and the smell of weed daily this is a pretty nice place to live close to 95 and the mall with the upside of pretty decent sized apartments. 2/5 with kids 4/5 without them near your building

Everything is old in this apartment. Kitchen floor, cabinets, fridge is very old. Bathroom sink and shower tub is looks like that it made in 1965. Carpets are not that clean and so many other things too.

I recently visited Stoney ridge as I was looking for a better place to move to. I was so happy to find a place here as my girlfriend and I fell in love with the neighborhood and the clean environments, very quite and friendly. one thing that really made want to stay here at all cost is the staff, Lisa was exceptionally nice and professional in a really authentic manner. I work in retail customer service and I could feel the authenticity. As if that was not enough, some residents brought her home made food to her office , for lunch!!! I tell you, this is not seen very often, you must be a really nice person to your residents for them to go this extra mile. I recommend this complex to anyone looking for a home, you will love it!!!

Very nice, small community approximately a block from the center of town. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and entertainment. The property is always clean and well maintained. The staff is absolutely wonderful!

I lived this APT about 18 months due to my job location. It is close to highway 95 and there was a bus stop at the gate of the APT complex. Maintenance was very good and there were very kindly staff in the office. They responded quickly and repair requests. I did not observed any noisy situation around the complex during my residence period but the noise between the floors was outstanding. I was suffered because of cockroach. I called bug control service several times and they responded very quickly. Nonetheless, the bugs did not disappeared. Seeing every evening that 10+ cockroaches run Kitchen area was a nightmare and I couldn't (neither management) do anything to improve this problem.

Nice quiet community. The dumpster need improvement and people need to stop throwing their trash all over the place. Lights in the corridor need to be lit earlier especially in the winter months (very scary at night and early morning)

Stoney Ridge Apartments is a great place to rent. The apartment staff is very nice, professional and courteous. It's a very clean and accommodating property. You're just minutes away from the outlet malls and restaurants. Very convenient location and not to mention you're only 5 minutes away from I-95.

We Love the kitchen staff and quality of service! The parking is enough and has alot of space. Also the community is clean and has no unusual anywhere. Looks great overall and we have no problems thus far.

It's been pretty good. Although visitor parking is always a problem. Sometimes it feels very pricey for what we get and some of our neighbors do not follow community rules. You can always smell pot and cigarettes in our building even though it's a non smoking community
