No parking, park where ever they can. You have wonderful neighbors and some bad, but you can't socialize to much in the community without being bombarded by beggars and hustlers on a regular basis. Also, hard to enjoy my patio without being approached by beggars.

It’s a decent community to live in. I feel that I have to call maintenance for recurring plumbing issues. They resolve the problems but eventually they recur (eg leaks under sinks, toilet problems). The staff members are always helpful and friendly. The community has decent dwellings that have been reasonably priced. That seems to be changing as they renovate the units though.

Out of the problems with the leaking roof and bathroom sink in less than three months, the community is average compared with my other experiences. The maintenance group are very proactive and take care of the concerns immediately. For the only reason that I consider move out as soon as I finished my contract is for the parking. For all the other facilities it is a good community to live.

The only issue I have is that I live on the bottom floor and my neighbors on the 3rd floor has a bird feeder and I can't enjoy my patio because bird seeds falling down there all day and I have to constantly sweep the patio because I have a 1 year old who will pick the seeds up and of course try to put them in her mouth

I like the property and the cleanliness of the neighborhood. The only thing I don't like is the loud neighbors right above me who let their kids play football at 8am. They bang, knock and peck on the walls and floors purposely and I done like that.

Initially moving in it was fine; however, during the pandemic things went downhill. We were informed that new amenities would be coming soon to the complex, but they have not been built/implemented. Had numerous packages stolen. Trash area is not lit at all, so no taking out of trash after 6/7pm. Multiple cars have been broken into, no presence of security or law enforcement.

The nice environment, clean, calm, and satisfying to the residents, green area, and the clean pool is other advantages of this community. A great playground for kids and pets is also located in this community which makes it more lovely and exciting.

Avana stony bridge apartments are good with good environment. The only problem is with apartments that is shaking when someone is walking around if I rub in to house or a kid runs the floor will shake like earth quake.

So far the process has been smooth the grounds are very well taken care of the grass looks nice and Simone cleans up trash and debris what seems like every morning. My neighbors are friendly, the pace is closer for my commute, and it’s bigger then i had thought it was. Overall it’s not to bad of a place.

I have put this community on high god years but it seems that they just falling off. I hate when trash is left in the hallways all weekend and this people never get in trouble. I have reported it several times and the continue to do it every week. They will continue until they have to pay for their action hallways smell terrible have to spray Lysol all the time.

I have lived here for 6 years. This is a quiet place and friendly people live here. The pool is nice and I have used the grills by the pool many times to Bar Ba Q. The maintenance guys are very professional and easy to work with. Amanda V.

I like the staff here at the community. I do believe the rent is very expensive for the apartments. They are nice spacious units but truly need an upgrade on cabinets and fixtures. My A/C unit does not work efficiently. Maintenance has come out but it is still not working the way it should. When the apartment is 77 degrees if I set it to 70 it never changes temperature in the apartment.

Big, spacious apartment. Even though they are not that new, they are ok. The carpets are in need of change as the previous tenants have left too many spots on the floor. It has been hard adjusting to the vibrations on the floor due to the HVAC but it does not bother most of the time. It is all in pretty good shape considering they are old. Pricey but I get maintenance problems solved immediately. Enough parking spaces.

Going downhill

I originally moved here due to costs. At the time it was not as expensive as it is now. I read the reviews about it being roach infested and it was true. They raised the cost and have made no improvements. The new management is horrible and is about the bottom dollar over tenants. When I moved in roaches were living in the walls and sinks. Slugs and ants actually come through the electrical sockets when it rains. Cabinets have water damage just painted over. Half the light sockets don't work due to shoddy connections. Fights and loud music at 3-5 AM M-F. People hanging out, drinking, smoking in halls.

This apartment complex is disgusting. I have a friend who lives there and I went to watch her dog while she was away. I was actually thinking about moving in the very first time I went there but never in my life would I do that. The very first time I went, they just renovated the outside and it looked very nice.. Well, looks are deceiving.. I understand it is up to the residents to clean up after their dogs and the complex is not responsible. but there comes a time when the complex needs to take matters into their own hands and clean up what their residents have left and then enforce it once it is cleaned up. Sending out a letter telling them to do it clearly is not enough. You can see it from the parking lot. You park and step out of your car and you just see poop covering the grass.. I was struggling to find anywhere to walk that did not have poop plastered to the ground. Even around the office. You can see it on both sides of the stairwell around the office. Is that what you want potential residents to pull up and see? Can't you hire a poop scooper company to take care of that? Then put of cameras or pay attention and then charge people on their rent for not cleaning up after their pets? There is also trash thrown out of cars in the parking lots everyday..everywhere. and a lot of trash along sides of the buildings. I don't know if it is out of sight out of mind because it isn't at the front of the building but can't you enforce your residents to not be rude and disgusting people. Maybe notify everyone that there will be charges if they are caught trashing the place. I'm not sure who really wants to live where they walk out of their building and there is trash EVERYWHERE. Also, you have residents that let their dogs just run out of their building and let them go to the bathroom then call them back to the building as if it is their own personal front yard. THIS IS NOT OKAY!! There are people that aren't comfortable with dogs and one of these dogs runs up to you barking very loudly. And several people have dogs that don't like other dogs just running up to them like that. It is not safe at all. And residents leaving their dogs barking on their balcony all day or all night long to pee and poop out there. I am surprised my friend has not tried to get out of her lease. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever visited and if I can help it, I will not be back. I am also going to look into other ways to reach out to better this complex like contacting the BBB or even the health department because it is very sad to see people having to live around filth because their neighbors are so inconsiderate and would rather live in poop and trash then walk 20 feet and throw things in the dumpster. There are dumpsters and they have a trash valet and they still allow their residents to trash the place. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR AWFUL RESIDENTS AVANA STONEYRIDGE. Your nice renovations don't look good covered in poop and trash.

During transition to new management was very good with the staff staying available and making sure there were no glitches. Appreciate the updated balcony when new management took over. It looks a lot more like the money that Im paying for this place
