Though my experience here hasn't been that long, I can tell you now that so far I have no complaints when it comes to these apartments. I had such a horrible experience with the last place I was renting at I wasn't sure what I would be walking in with San Montego. What I can say based off my personal experience that not only is this place very clean and organized, but the staff are amazing and always so helpful. It's always quiet and peaceful and it's nice that we are surrounded by so many fun places to see or restaurants, even the mall is close by. The place here feels very comforting and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Mostly satisfactory living in this community. There is issues with neighbors cleaning up after their dogs and the complex does not pinpoint who it is nor do they bother to clean it up. Nothing like it smelling like fecies soon as you walk out of your door.

Great convenient location. Quiet friendly neighbors. Smaller than desired cabinets and no storage closets. Friendly staff and maintenance personnel. Only complaint is the BBQ's closest to my apartment need to be repaired!! They also need more lava rocks in them!

Fine, I am happy. There needs to be a dog walking area. Finding dog droppings repeatedly in grass or on the walk ways is unclean. Walking on grass and paved areas leads to tracking messes into living area.

We were happy with the community overall and felt it was a safe location. We were happy with the unit that we found to be available as well as the floorplan for the 3 bedroom unit. We also like the kitchen area and large patios.

Impressive apartment, moderate pricing, and very clean. Absolutely incredible community, super professional and friendly staff, great location to highway, local stores, and eating. The lakes are also a plus for exercise, along with the pool/hot tub/gym.

My daughter and I just moved into a downstairs two bedroom that overlooks the lake which I absolutely love. I am disabled and use a walker so the floor plan is very open and I can fit everywhere in the apartment. That was the most important thing to me And it met my expectations.

The grounds and pool are well taken care of!! The maintenance team is great!! It's nice that the management team is starting to offer activities for the residents. Although a little outdated, I absoultely love the layout of my apartment.

This apartment community has been my home for over 13 years. The staff here always go out of there way to help you in any way they can. It is a safe community. The apartments are spacious. The grounds are beautiful with flowers thru out the community. There are apartments on the lake. The maintenance staff are excellent .

I've lived here for 12 yrs the staff and maintenance have always been very curious and pleasant. Its very quiet and in walking distance to resturants, grocery store, mall, and US 60. The lakes and property are kept very nice. My nephew was looking for an Apt. And I recommended him to move in here. He did and loves it. Another woman that works at circle k was looking and I recommended here and she also moved in and loves it, as she's able to walk to work. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Beautiful views with seasonal landscaping and water features! Maintenance issues are infrequent but handled quickly to resolution. Many amenities annd updated decor and plenty of sunlight. Family friendly but quiet enough for those who prefer calm. Feels safe with a good sense of community. A great place to live!

I love the community just have noticed more bugs in my apartment and around it and no one coming to spray we pay a fee for that so it should be happening at least once a month but the atmosphere is quiet and everyone around is Friendly

Living at my apartment complex has been such a beautiful experience! The environment is welcoming and peaceful, and the staff are super friendly and always helpful. My only struggle so far has been my parking?it can be a little tough sometimes. But overall, I'm loving it here!

Haven't been here long but compared to other rentals this the best.. Even if it's not an emergency the maintenance staff is prompt and knowledgeable. I've had visitors and they all rave about the ground's upkeep and the layout design
