Horrible. The office staff would follow myself and my step mom anytime we would visit my dad. They would take days to respond to a simple two sentence email. They were extremely rude and show up at my dads apartment at 700 at night asking what he was doing.

I have enjoyed living here. All the staff is very professional and kind. I would recommend this complex to anyone. If I was not moving out the state I would live here for the rest of my life. A big plus is how all the resident pick up behind their pets. And most are very friendly

I have been living here since August and so far the staff and community are very friendly. It is very peaceful and I love the view from my apartment! I am glad I moved here, every one is super helpful and they clean up after their pets.

Maintenance issues are generally handled quickly. Office staff are friendly. With COVID the closing/ restricting Of amenities pool & gym. The value has been reduced. But the property is keep clean and landscaping is well maintained

This has been a Great experience from day one. Great staff from the office to maintenance crew. Quick responses. Highly recommend and have recommended. Perfect Location for everything, super easy access to highways, tons of food, beverage and everyday needs.

I have an older apartment and there are a few things that appear to not have been maintained/replaced in quite a while (like the drain cover in the bathroom sink and the shower doors). Even still, maintenance is always quick and mostly satisfactory. They provide frequent and thorough updates on most apartment matters. I moved here right at the beginning of Covid and unfortunately have not been able to experience any amenities I pay for, particularly the gym, which seems to be open at many other apartment complexes. Barring any rent increases, I foresee myself staying another term.

I have been here going on 9 years. This is a beautiful apt community and this is my home. The office staff is like family. The maintenance staff are fantastic. They are quick and efficient. Everyone is friendly. The grounds are beautiful and are kept that way. The manager and assistant manager really care about their residents. I am very happy here!

Very frustrating! We pay for a luxury appartment, yet the vast majority of the year we haven't been able to use most of our amenities. We are starting to actively reseraching other apartment complexes.

Good people and respectful tenants. Very nice setting and view. Management average 'smoke and mirrors'. Members of the management team talk to tenants as if they are children. Some staff do not know the current laws especially since COVID. Take a look at the letters they are sending out regard eviction notice.

it is very good need to do a better job as far as parkin assignment and people need to pay attention as far as were they park. staff in the office are very friendly and competent. swimming pool needs a little more attention.

Overall ok don't think through the years I have lived in my apartment and have had many different people live above me that the issues I have had with very LOUD NOIISE all the time have been addressed and it continues daily.

I love it here, it has everything I looked for in an apartment and community. The pool, fitness center and the lakes are nice features as well as the bbq grills throughout. It's a convenient location.

Love living here, quiet, clean and office staff is great! Grounds are kept up and no trash is ever out. Love the security gates and entrance is very welcoming! Lots of parking and nice pool area! When ever I need anything staff is on it, polite and friendly!

Best apartment complex I've been a part of. This is my 6th complex exp. Quality could be tad better but I'm satisfied with my stay here. Maintenance crew can by a little more spread out with their schedule.

Nice grounds with a good staff running the place. Layout is well done and the places are large though oddly shaped and designed. Quick turn around on maintenance. The grills do not work very well and a lot of stuff is dated inside. Old windows, non efficient appliances, and small kitchens are a little less than ideal.

I have enjoyed living in this apartment. The community is small enough that I feel safe, but I still feel that I have every amenity that I need. The apartments are spacious and are still affordable. I am a graduate student so I enjoy the location in comparison to Phoenix, my school, and places to be in the community. My only complaint about living here is the staff. I haven't had pleasant interactions, they won't give me a gate code for me to get in if I forget my fab, get a ride from a friend, or have to take an Uber. They also do not allow us to have water bottles next to the pool, even in the summer heat. These things have made it inconvenient and the staff is not accommodating with these factors.

I haven't been able to use the amenities at this complex as after I moved in the CoVid pandemic of 2020 hit. Everything looks nice and clean. There is no outgoing mailbox which is unusual to me. The apartment is spacey but doesn't have a lot of storage.

Very nice community, the staff is friendly and always willing to help out. We have lived here for over a year and have never had a problem. Only down fall would be the fountain up front has not worked for a few months. It's such a beautiful fountain, I hope they get it running soon!!

San Montego Apartments is a great place to live! It is quiet and everyone is friendly- including staff and neighbors. It is also conveniently located close to so many things and it is easy to access the freeway.

Excellent maintence responses with professional knowledgeable staff. Excellent location close to everything. Office staff are very reasonable when resolving issues. The community of renters are screened well and requirements to qualify create a diverse and pleasant group.

This is a beautiful community, The staff is amazing whenever I have a question or concern they get back to me right away and the Maintenance guys come out and fix things in a timely manner! The second I walked into my apartment it felt like home I love it here
