We have lived in a few apartment communities over the last several years. This one is by far the best one. It is like resort living. The amenities are fabulous and well kept. The front office and maintenance staff is thorough, prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend this community.

Friendly staff, safe beautiful community, but definitely ask to see the unit you are moving into before renting because you might think you're moving in a luxury apartment that has stainless steel appliances, new shower doors, and counter tops but end up moving into an old looking apartment with out dated appliances , shower doors looking old and walls not sanded and painted properly.

ive been at this apartment complex for several years. i moved out on my own at the same complex different apt. and the move was alright no ac in the apt. through and some appliances were damaged from the heat i contacted the office and they came out and fixed most of the damaged appliances. it took another visit for maintenance to fix the rest. over all my experience was a 3 out of 5

Very quiet community, the surrounding area is full of shops, and restaurants. Management Staff and Maintenance is quick to respond to your requests they maintain the grounds and go above and beyond to satisfy your needs to make you comfortable.

It's quiet, property is always clean and maintained. Front office is always nice and respectful. Maintenance Dept is always prompt and completes anything wrong that is reported. It appears the entire leasing office, maintenance dept and any other 3rd party are always aware of what's going on regarding a request by tenant.

We've lived here for a few years now. The office staff is friendly and efficient and always remembers our family. The maintenance guys aren't particularly talkative but they're fast and efficient so that's all that really matters. If you need something fixed, they always get it done the same day or next day, always. That includes installing a new appliance, fan, toilet, etc. The grounds are clean. The pool and hot tub area are clean and sparkling. There is a big gym with a yoga area, bathroom, shower, and sauna. The only complaint we might have is that the sauna never gets hot enough so it's kind of pointless. The location is great. There's easy access to 2 freeways, a movie theater, mall, shopping, and restaurants. You can literally walk across the street to restaurants. The 3 bedroom is spacious. Our unit is upgraded, meaning it has stainless steel appliances and the nice "dark" counters and cabinets. There's minimal extra parking on the side we live on but the other side of the complex has tons of parking. There aren't many families or young kids. I would say it's more of 20-year-old to 60-year-old, working class vibe. It's pretty quiet. Overall, I would recommend San Montego to anyone looking for their new home.

San Montego is a nice place to live. Seems like there is always something being maintained or updated so the grounds always look nice. The office staff are always very helpful. The maintenance people are knowledgeable and quick to respond if there is an issue in my apratment.

We truly love our apt in a quiet setting. The community is maintained and clean as well as quiet. Also. we just love walking around the lakes and seeing the Canadian Geese. The grounds are beautiful as well.

This community is safe and clean and very convenient. It is close to any facilities such as restaurants, mall, grocery stores and so forth. In the center of East Mesa, still, it is safe and calm. Landscaping in early morning (at 6:30 am, usually twice a week) is noisy, but except that, the community is pretty calm and safe. People are nice here. Leasing office and maintenance respond to our request very quickly. Buildings are getting old, but they try to renew them little by little like painting the wall and such. Overall, not regretting.

Our 5 years stay at San Montego Apartments was great. The staff was exceptionally wonderful. The amenities are clean, accessible & maintained well. There is a security at night that works to make residents fee secure. The streets, garage, outside exterior of the buildings,lakes are well kept. The garden is beautiful all year round. Maintenance men respond immediately to any problems when you all. It's a friendly environment. Thank you San Montego for the awesome 5 years !

Apartment Complex is exceptionally well taken care of the work orders are done the same day that is tremendous and usual. Complex has been recently been re-roofed and the are in the process of repainting. Love it here excellent staff also!

Awesome community!! Quiet, with an exception of a few ducks,Geese and a crane or 2 in the 6 Lakes, if you like wildlife, you'll love it here . Great sidewalk system around 6 separate lakes. Walking distance to several nice restaurants. Superstition Mall is 5 min, easy access to US60.
