Parking is the worst part. They assign you one spot and there's just not enough for everyone. It seems like people start to get competitive about the spots. I guess it depends on where your apartment is. Some aren't so bad but I live in the corner and there's literally 5 open spots for 4 buildings and forget trying to have friends or family stay with you for longer than 10 days. After x amount of time your than supposed to put them on the lease. It's a bit ridiculous. Every where else I've lived could care less about who you had staying with you. As long as you paid your lease on time and didn't cause any problems. I really do love the area though, there's literally everything within a 5 mile radius and the lakes around the community are nice. It has its up and downs. I suppose every community does.

All units need exterior paint. New counter tops. Carpet . Need modern updates. Priced high for area and not a vslue for the interior. The gate on power road only has remote access!!. Not convenient to get on property.

I'm pleased with the attentiveness of all staff. My repairs requested have been promptly resolved. The grounds are clean and pleasant to look at. I'm glad to have chosen this the complex. I believe that this is the a beatiful place to call home. Thanks.

Staff is very friendly and if you need something fixed they are on top of it. I love the pool and workout area which is very clean. There is easy access to anything you need. Restaurants are right across the street.

It's been great so far. It's an excellent community. It's very quiet and we have nice and considerate neighbors. My wife and I are very likely to renew our lease assuming that the rent doesn't go up too much.

My overall stay has been good. The staff are friendly and attentive to my concerns and needs. Work orders get done in a timely manner. The grounds are kept in good shape and it is quiet and safe living here.

Love the location can walk to restaurants, groceries and movie theater. Never had any issues with staff or residents. Like having the bbq grills and the lakes. Pool is always nice and clean. Like the new gym.

It started out okay not very accommodating to my wife who had lupus would not help to fix things in the apartment where she would be comfortable over the years it has been the same with different managers they don't really care about the people that live there they just want money and rules abide by the rules or you're evicted

Most things are great. Nice people. Love the ponds and animals. They usually get here to fix a problem the same day. Unfortunately the landscapers leave something to be desired. When branches fall off trees, they can lay there for 1 to 2 weeks. The grass in most areas is green, in ours it is brown year round. Nothing was done all summer, now they put down fall seed. Problem is it is never watered. So...

The community is very mixed with a diverse group of people. Leasing office staff is very rude and not understanding. I was kicked out of the pool for wearing a two piece bathing suit. There's no signs or anything enforcing a dress code for women. Very sexist staff.

We love the staff and they are always willing to help. Whenever we need something the office is always available. The service team is great! They get the job done on time and are very clean and professional.

I have had no problems at all. very quiet, clean, and affordable. Ive seen a security guard walking around at night , so that is a good feeling. My apartment is not newly renovated but it was all built and applianced with well lasting equipment. This is my first time that I will renew my lease at an apartment.

Overall things have been good at this community. I don't have any issues apart from the fact that my bathroom shower was spray painted and it looks terribly done . Apart from that it's all good at this community

For the money it's a good value it's a nice area close to many stores and restaurants. There's the mall which is close by lots of restaurants across the street. There's Lakes and a nice walkway you can take that goes around the complex in The Lakes

Awesome place to live! Convenient to shopping. The property is well kept and the staff is great! Maintenance staff is amazing, fast and friendly. I love the pool and fitness area and there is even a steam room. Living at home here feels like a resort!

The apartment is in a good location. Maintenance requests are always handled very promptly. Though I've had a noisy, inconsiderate neighbor in the past, which is quite normal for apartment living, my current neighbors are very quiet and respectful.

My family and I have lived at San Montego apartments for going on 3 years now. We've had nothing but great experiences here with the maintanence team and the front office staff. The grounds are always nicely kept and the apartment itself is awesome.

Original apartment moved into was not move in ready but the leasing agent moved me to one that was. Nice property. Safe. Most office staff decent. Too many unattended kids and kids using areas where no kids are allowed such as the hot tub. Parents don't "parent" their kids which makes it annoying for other redients

Very friendly staff! Fast responses to any issues. Great value for the rent. Love the community and area. Looking forward to the next year here. Pet friendly! Lovely outdoor areas for walking, bbq. A lot of cool wildlife like ducks, turtles, and fish in the ponds.

Love how nice and quiet the community is. It is a great value, and the rent is super affordable. Love all the amenities that are included, like the gym. Not many apartments have free weights in the gym. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

Friendly, helpful staff and amazing maintenance crew! Best complex we've ever lived in! Love our neighbors and my husband and I enjoy watching the ducks and geese on the pond. Couldn't be more content!

San Montego apartments are a little dated. Parking is minimal. Pool area is nice. Security gates working again. Neighbors smoking marijuana and I just have to live with it. The smell would be in my apartment and bathroom.

The staff keep up the property nicely. There are good amenities onsite as well. The location is great for shopping. It's been nice living here. If you have multiple vehicles the parking can get difficult, but you get an assigned covered spot. It's a great complex.

The apartments are clean and the community is very clean. The maintenance staff has been very nice and very Speedy on getting maintenance done. The office staff is not nice and is unwilling to help people.
