Overall happy. The grounds are well maintained. The pool rules a little too much compared to other complexes that allow floats. Community is nice and people pretty neighborly. Complex is attractive but could use a new paint job.

Office staff are wonderful, having to do everything online not so much, it would be a lot easier for people who work full time with no access to a computer to have the ability to walk into the office and fill out the required paperwork/lease agreement

Great Community! Me and my partner searched EVERY apartment complex within Mesa/Gilbert/Chandler and found this gem. Best neighbors, staff, and very attentive maintenance. Anything that we've asked (small stuff so far) has been fixed immediately.

Overall it has been good. But there is pungent smell which we think comes from the stagnant lake which is adjacent to our building. More frequent cleaning will be good Also the swimming pool looks to lack maintenance

Great Staff always helpful in getting what you need done. Recommend spending time to get to know the staff and community. Apartment was clean and any problems were fixed before move in date as requested.

Overall I've really enjoyed my experience so far in this community. The apartments are spacious, and the location is great! The complex is also pretty quiet and all the other residents I've met have been super friendly... the only thing I would probably change is that some of the appliances in my unit are a little outdated, but other than that I've enjoyed my time living here !

It's a nice community, quite, close to plenty of businesses to venture out to. Not all that far from anything, if a person likes staying close to homebase. Good for walking in evenings if chose to do so.

Wonderful! The best! Staff is nice, ponds are nice, and its maintained nice. Honestly, I cant think of any where else in town that I would want to live. All the geese remind me of Wisconsin and I love it. ... Unfortunately that comes with the price of a lot of goose poop, but the place cleans it up very fast.

It has been a very positive experience with a well kept campus. If anything goes wrong and maintenance is notified it is responded to within a day and fixed. Residents are found friendly and notifications of events are regular.

I have found that maintenance is a top priority. Maintenance of each apartment's function is superior and the grounds keeping us top notch. Office management is at a high level of customer service. I appreciate adhering to the contract rules even though Corporate rules restricts too much of personal human rights.

So far my experience has been very good. I absolutely love this complex over the others that I have previously lived at. One of my favorite qualities is that if you put in a work order they don't waste any time getting whatever you needed fixed, fixed.

The staff in the office have always been helpful and personable with any experience I have had with them. I know they can't control the quality of tenants so some of them leave a lot to be desired, but I don't fault the staff for that.

Noisy!!! Landscapers wake me up at 7 in the morning with blowers every Friday (and sometimes Mondays too) next to my bedroom window. Told the leasing office not to start that early, but there is no improvement so far. Other than that, safe environment, great people, convenient location, quick maintenance, beautiful scenery though... just NOISY. That is the only complain.

Horrible druggie low lifes live here! Stop letting the rift raft in. Never in my life have I been so unhappy in an apartment. The apartment needs to have a team of drug dogs sweep the place. I have provided a tip to the Mesa police narcotics department.

San Montego Luxury Apt,is not just another place to live but; has become my home for the past seven years. Because it is a beautiful community well kept. Further more I am grateful and appreciate for the amazing staff and maintenance team for the excellent service they always provided. OK community and staff is pretty nice. I don't care for always being charged a convenience charge to pay online when its a convenience of management and not a convenience for myself. The outside could use a bit of paint or cleanup of buildings.

Beautiful grounds, amenities, etc...........Most of the employees are very nice, friendly and helpful! Inside is another version. 70's, cheap fixes to what is advertised as Luxury Apts... some I see are redone but for top dollar, this is NOT*** So sad I fell for this and cannot sleep for the constant banging upstairs....just too bad, I thought I would love this place!! I really wanted to.

Very quiet community and maintenance takes care of problems quickly. Landscaping is done on a regular basis. Office staff very friendly and professional keeping tenants updated on gate repairs and other major repairs.

The apartment has been nice. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious with good storage space. All our maintenance requests were taken care of promptly. The property is clean and very very quiet. There isn't much extra parking right next to our apartment but none of the extra parking is that far of walk. When we first moved in to the apartment in July 2020 we had a huge spider issue. There was a bunch of tiny black spiders everywhere. We'd find them by the doors and windows often. We'd find new webs in the kitchen almost weekly. Once the temperature cooled off the spiders seemed to just go away. We also had stray kittens living on our porch for a couple of months. We tried to get them to go away but the we believe the mother had given birth to them on the patio and so they wouldn't leave. We had contacted the apartment complex to see what to do about the cats but there wasn't much to do. Eventually they grew up and now they're not around as much anymore.
