All I good. I have no problems with anything so far. Community is nice and clean. Everyone is friendly. Maintenance gets everything completed in a timely manner. Office staff is friendly. No issues at all

This is a great community. The maintenance staff is excellent. The landscaping is well kept. The office staff is great and they have great customer service. They resolve issues quickly and they treat the residents very well.

I've had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is incredibly nice and quiet, making it a perfect place to come home to after a long day. The grounds and buildings are always kept very clean, which really adds to the overall peaceful atmosphere. It feels safe, calm, and well cared for at all times. The staff truly stands out?they are friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the office staff is welcoming and respectful. Overall, this is a wonderful place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable community.

I have been here for 6 years and still love it here. Great staff, great community, great location, great amenities. I would recommend living here to anyone!. Maintenance is quick to respond and respectful.

Great property. Clean, safe, reasonable priced for rent. I recommend to anyone looking in this area of Peoria, AZ. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My section is very quiet and I feel very safe.

Nice clean apartments. So far so good, lived here for only 2 weeks. The pool has been shut down since we moved in and having issues getting a door fixed, other than that I'm happy with everything???..

Sonoma Ridge is a great complex. It is quiet, very well maintained and very enjoyable to live. I enjoy coming home when I am done working and being in my apartment on weekends. I feel safe and have lovely neighbors.

I do not think many would be disappointed in living in this community. The grounds are nicely kept. All Maintenance Personnel are very professional and knowledgeable, Office Staff are Professional and Courteous.

Everything has been great so far, everyone is so friendly and helpful. We have nice neighbors and everyone seems to have a great time around here. The pool is nice and everything around the area is beautiful. I would like to see other residents with small dogs not leaving their dogs poop around. I have noticed poop in the grass area by the park and in the dog park. Other than that everything is great.

I love Sonoma Ridge , It's always professional and prompt with any issues or concerns . It's a lovely community! Moved here from outta state and I feel safe here. My dog is happy and most importantly I've never had any issues regarding him here.

Sonoma Ridge is a very nice place to live, you can spell the plants on the grounds in the spring. It's in a nice part of Peoria, right next to the 101. It is walking distance to the Arizona Canal Trail. The owners and the leasing office staff are very friendly and very professional as well as the maintenance staff. It's a quiet complex with residents of all ages.

The apartment complex is in a very good area and is very close to the freeway but not close enough to hear the traffic. One thing we have appreciated the most about living here is that our rent has gone down instead of up both times we have renewed our lease.
