Been here for just over a year and love this complex. Usually always quiet. Sometimes you can hear cars from the freeway but overall nothing to keep you up at night. neighbors have been friendly so far.

We've lived here for five years never had any issues, peaceful quiet the landscape is always kept up. The staff is always on point. The community pool is always crystal clear ! The weight room is always clean. Everyone's very friendly. Everybody gets along really good here. The girls at the front office Denise, Torih, and Devine are very helpful in any matter. Great place to live! Love it here! The staff and the apartments are amazing! Couldn't ask for anything more! Easy access to freeways malls restaurants you name it it's in the area! The communication between the staff and the residents is fantastic!

I've known this place for over 10 years and they have kept the apartments very clean and maintained very well! Great staff here and I'm very happy to live here! The new dog area is my favorite thing they added to the apartments.

No complaints. Office staff, and maintenance team are all nice very helpful. The property is clean and well kept. They have a big pool and playground for the kids. Office hours are great and plenty of space to park if you have guest.

So far everything has been okay. The office staff has been so incredible helpful (especially Denise and Divyne!) The apartment itself is decent, I feel like it's a little overpriced for what you're getting to be honest. You can also tell there's certain spots that have just been painted over or not entirely cleaned/super dirty. The front gate seems to be broken which is a little frustrating because anybody can come in or out. When I've had problems, they've come out and fixed it pretty quickly. I just wish it was a little cheaper. ???????(Paying 1500 for a one bedroom)

The staff here are very responsive - they get back to you very quickly and answer your questions. The property is kept in very good condition, very clean. The complex has a playground which is amazing if you have some children.

I've been here a little over two months and I'm very pleased with my choice to live here. There are wonderful amenities here, including a big pool, a jacuzzi, cabanas, two drink machines and a fitness room and the community is quiet and safe

So far so good. The place is quiet and accessible to a public high school, grocery stores and a lot more. It has a gym where you can work out, pool, activity areas. The one bedroom apartment is also very spacious and really feels home.

They are nice peoples here and it really peacefully when you walk around. The playground the pool area and gym look really neat easy access to get around. Parking is never an issue so that great.I feel like there be more people interested living here.

It's the most quiet, well manicured, trusted apartment complex I've ever lived at. I'd go as far as saying, most trusted I've ever known. I have had deliveries at my door over night and no one takes them. My neighbor doordash sat there for half the day. It's a great complex. And even better staff! Thank you.

This apartment complex is beautiful clean and comes with the most willing to help you, most knowledgeable kind and funny office and maintenance staff. It is always a pleasure to work with them and live here. I have no issues and this place is clean and drop dead gorgeous hope to be a resident for the next couple years. Also the amenities couldn't get any better I was able to cancel my gym membership.

Great place to live! Maintenance crew is very responsive to requests and grounds are kept very nice. Apartment is large with handy extras. The patio is over sized and very pleasant. Sonoma Ridge is a very special place to live.
