Sonoma Ridge is in an excellent location, nearby you can find amazing restaurants, shopping centers and great entertainment, and most importantly for our family, it's in a school district with great ratings.

Just move in at this community, I love it because it is close to most shopping center and also a great school too around.It a very spacious community and i love this place. Staffs are professional and friendly.

It is usually very clean pretty quiet fast response to problems,easy access to expressway food stores hospitals five minutes from bell road and 83 minutes from union hills and about ten minutes from deer valley. .

The whole staff at Sonoma Ridge are very accommodating to the residents needs Outstanding Customer Service and friendly including the Maintenance guys with unbelievable skills. This place gives me a warm feeling.

Beautiful, peaceful and clean. Love my apartment, and the beautiful amenities offered here. Very quiet, cozy and comfortable. Neighbors are kind and friendly. Would highly recommend this apartment complex.

This complex is great. The leasing staff is always pleasant and accommodating when possible. The grounds are beautifully kept, friendly residents. Maintenance staff is prompt and knows what they're doing. Pretty quiet neighborhood. Great location.

It's been very calm and collective. I haven't had any problems with anyone and if I had issues with anything, maintenance was there the next day easily. It's such an amazing place to be at and I haven't had any issues with anything that's gone on.

I love it and every body is friendly it's very clean and so quiet her it's a good area the swimming pool is very clean and the grass is awesome the parking lot is organized and it's safe for kids to and the playground is nice to.

We moved from Wisconsin. We felt like there were a lot of hoops to jump through with identity verification and job security. Once we got settled most of our time here has been pleasant. I would recommend this complex to a friend.

The construction is insufficient. I hear EVERY step my upstairs neighbors take. Not a good place if noise is an issue for you. The grounds are well kept and people are friendly. The new river trail is a jewel

Beautiful apartments. Nice & quiet. The apartments are very nice, lots of space. The grounds are kept up. When you need maintenance they are quick to take care of the issues. Office staff is great. Shopping very close

The management people are unethical, rude and fraudulent. The owners should consider changing the people in the front office. Otherwise the property is nice. The maintenance team lead by Eric was great. The issue are the front office and the manager, both are horrible!!.

Except the office staff everything else is good. The office staff think they are boss and the residents are obligated to them. The maintenance staff is awesome . If only they had better people in the office this place will be great.

The staff is polite and courteous. The response time is always quite rapid. They always follow up with you to make sure you are satisfied. They make you feel you are important in the community. The grounds and pool areas are well kept and clean

quiet need handicap parking should be able to trade parking spot for one closer if no one uses the spot. Don't like when people stand or sit by air condition and smoke it comes into my apartment gross.

Easy going beautiful apartment. Close enough to the freeway but not so you see it. Safely gated and beautifully landscaped. Moving in was a breeze and the apartment is clean and ready with no issues on arrival.

in the few months that I've lived in Sonoma Ridge, I've enjoyed it. The staff is kind and helpful. The campus is beautiful and clean. If you apartments are beautiful and homey. Sonoma Ridge is perfect for me, and I can't see myself leaving anytime soon.

As opposed to many complexes, Sonoma Ridge has a very comfortable homey atmosphere. The office staff and maintenance staff are very pleasant and helpful. I'm happy to have located Sonoma Ridge and look forward to my stay here.

I am brand new to these apartments but I have been thoroughly impressed. The place is upgraded beautifully, well insulated walls, wonderful pool, and nice gym. Not to mention the ladies in the office are very kind and made my move in very smooth.

Move in was very easy. I was able to do a lot of it online. I'm very busy and that was helpful. Getting my keys was painless. Staff is amazing and very helpful. I felt at home immediately. Very safe community

Great place!! We love the area. Easy access to shopping areas and getting on the freeway. The staff is very courteous and efficient in response of e-mails and phone calls. The maintenance staff has been very helpful in dealing with work orders during the COVID-19.

Everyone including neighbors we have met have been very nice. The community is very clean and well kept. Parking is great and always available. Front office has been great and my work orders are placed through the portal and taken care of very quickly.
