Nice neighborhood, community is well kept and very quiet, never had any disturbance, staffs are very friendly, nice, and helpful. The one only small inconvenience is the company charge too much for the "convenience fee" when paying rent online.

Good place, pool is nice, it's good to have a gym too, the flowers are pretty and the apartment set ups are nice and I like that they have balconies and there's space on the balcony for a couch and a little table so you can have breakfast or smoke there or take pictures of some lightning. If there's maintenance issues you either call the office or go by the office to let them know and they'll fix it. And stores are close by.

Just moved in 2 months ago, but the complex is clean and quite and dog friendly. Loving it so far. Only complaint is the walk way to our apartment hasn't ever been cleaned. bird poop and tree pods all over

I have been living here for almost 3 weeks now and it already feels like home. The staff is super nice/ helpful and friendly. Everyone in the community feels respectful. If i had a problem when first moving in , its resolved already. I appreciate the communication as well.

The staff here is very nice and courteous. They are attentive to your needs. Apartments and fitness room is very nice including the pool the grounds are kept well. Dog friendly apartments poopy station around the grounds.

The community so far has been very welcoming, including the front office staff. I have only been here approximately A month, but Sonoma Ridge has been a great place to live so far. Would highly recommend!

Sonoma Ridge is great, nice units, great amenities and maintenance is quick. Quite community and friendly neighbors. Plus electric chargers. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Security could be improved all in all five stars!

Office staff is fantastic and so is the maintenance crew. All very friendly and ready to help always. They have dog treats in the office and plenty of doggy areas around the community. I enjoy living here.

Very safe and quiet, gated community. Overall friendly community. Great location right off the 101 makes it convenient for commuting to work and school. Pet friendly. Parking can be a pain if u have more than 2 cars as u only get 1 covered spot per apartment.

It has been a month since I moved into my new place and so far, so great! I love my apartment, cozy but spacious at the same time, my neighbors are polite, the complex is clean, and the location is unbeatable, close to Bell and 83Rd Avenue. The management is also very professional and approachable.

Super friendly front staff. Ladies are always nice and the maintenance staff is quick and great. Quiet neighborhood. Everyone I have met just been friendly and helpful. Appreciate that now a days!! Great place to live

So far not great. Feeling ripped off unable to comfortably use entire unit. Floor/cieling support/joists need repair. Waiting on maintanence unable to accurately at this time. Also light under microwave not working. Charging price of a high qualitu diamond but received a fake diamond. ??

At the time I moved in, Sonoma Ridge had the lowest rent of any of the surrounding apartment communities, which was the most important factor for me in making a decision as to where I wanted to live. Add to that the fact that the apartment is updated, attractive, conviently located, and there was a gift basket waiting for me on the day I moved in, makes it a win-win situation!

staff is very attentive when it comes to issues. the property is extremely clean & well maintained. parking isn't good, as there's hardly any room to park other than your assigned spot. maintenance team is very efficient & respectful of property.

Good place to live. Don't have time to add additional comments. I enjot the community and friendly residents and staff. There is a friendly environment when with residents and plenty of areas to walk and play with dogs.

It's quiet and esthetically pleasing. Seems to be a perfect community for my 2.5 year old. Mixed community, which is great. Hoping for friendly greetings from neighbors. Neighbors don't pick up dog feces, which is concerning. We are diligent and responsible for our messes and hope those who don't get recognized.

I have lived at this complex for eight years. I love the location. It's close to everything. I like that it's not too large if a complex and the apartments are a good size. The rent has had very large increases in the last two years. There are not many amenities. It would be nice to have a community free breakfast or wine night.

It is a nice and quite apartment complex in which I love. Staff are very accomodating and efficient in fixing stuffs that needs to be done. The place is accessible to schools, hospitals, groceries and restaurants. I highly recommend this place.

our experience is much better with the new company that took over two years ago. I like the size of the rooms in my apartment and that was a factor when I moved in. I will stay here as long as possible.

Lived here for several years, an excellent community Excellent and professional management team. Good neighbors. Most tenants are very aware of keeping their apartments in good condition. Parking is usually close and several open parking spaces are available.

It is clean, safe and well maintained. There is a lot of green space and trees. The amenities are nice and the hours are acceptable. The office staff can be a bit rude and hard to work with but overall it is a good place.

This community is very quiet. It is a very safe neighborhood. I had an issue with a noisey neighbor and it was taken care of immedietely! The grounds are well maintained. I love the pool with the waterfall, very relaxing. .There is also an amaziing gym. I plan on renewing my lease here
