Just the right size!! The Maintenance crew...especially Eric Snow...is the best I've ever experienced. The place is kept clean and the grounds are maintained throughout the year! One complaint...the current owner has drastically reduced the heating time/days for the pool...making it inaccessible even when the weather is gorgeous, but the Earth is still cold. ??

The apartment is very nice. For my fianc? and I it fit perfectly with our budget. The facilities such as the pool, weight room and main office are always well maintained. The weight room is fairly advanced compared to other apartments we looked at and this location overall checked off all the boxes for what we wanted.

Maintenance is quick and gets things fixed correctly, staff is helpful and courteous, the grounds are kept clean, pool area always clean and usable as well as gym. I've been very happy living here, it feels incredibly safe, lots of people walking pets, kids playing outside, great sense of community here

HORRIBLE DONT EVER MOVE THERE.. NOISY IN THE MORNINGS.. BU THE WORST IS AFTER YOU MOVE OUT. My husband and I moved into Sonoma Ridge in July of 2018 and have had a wonderful experience thus far. The apartment complex is clean, well-maintained, and safe. We've had no major problems! And time we've submitted a maintenance request, it has been handled promptly and professionally. The quality of the unit we live in is nice and everyone always compliments how nice it is! I would say it's a great choice, especially for the price. We don't love the area it's in, only because it's far from some of the local attractions, but feel safe in the suburban area.

Great community, very quiet and peaceful thus far... unfortunately, it is not perfect... the pool is great but there is only one, which means, it is difficult to enjoy without every kid in the complex showing up... It is also pet friendly... Yep, despite the complex providing cleaning stations through out, tenenats don't pick up after their pets. The front office staff does not come across as friendly (need to work on your people skills) which is very unfortunate because this is the one thing they can change... like I mentioned before, this is a nice complex. Management, needs to try harder...

Having lived here almost 15 years, I find this to be an ideal place to live. All of the Admin & Maint employees are friendly, professional & efficient. The community is close to major shopping, restaurants, medical, etc. Neighbors are friendly.

My experience has not been good and will be leaving at my year. The front office lady is rude every time I have to talk to her and avoid her and she stairs people down in the pool on tours. If she was here the day I came in for my application I would of walked out. The manger did not follow through with the solution to she gave me about tents being able to tow others in there spot. The grounds are run down all the grass is dead since this new owners took over the property. The gate has been broken for months and allowing people to do crime and the back of the complex (drug deals) . I have ants I can not get rid of and the office lady got into argument with me, was not willing to work with me and hung up on me when I said I was going to call corporate

Overall good until new management came. Poor customer service and grounds are not maintained as well. The office staff is rude, but the manager tries to make up for it. My move was extremely stressful. I had to move to a different apartment due to a remodel of my old apartment. The new apartment smelled terrible..like garbage. There was a cockroach in a box after I came into the apartment. My son's room had ants all over the baseboards. Doors were off track in master bedroom and bath. There were slow drains in a tub and in sinks. The patio and outdoor storage were not swept. Washer only washes with warm or hot water. No cold. Some issues were addressed. Landscaping is not maintained and the grass is dying. I was told it was due to summer weather, but other grounds in the complex are maintained better. Overall, the staff doesn't want to be bothered and denies any problems. Yet we were threatened with extra fees if we didn't move fast enough.

Maintenance staff here is incredibly friendly and fast; I've never had to wait more than a day for them to come out and investigate a maintenance request, and I've only had to wait an extra day or two for a repair twice (both times a part/machine needed to be ordered). Gym and pool are always clean, common areas are well-kept, and the office staff is friendly enough.

We are actually leaving after our lease is up in March. We have been here for a year and would not recommend it to ANYONE!!! Poor management....management has changed 3 times since we have been here. No follow up on horrible neighbors who are SO loud all throughout the night, children throwing things onto patio, spitting, using foul language, etc......With the amount of money that is charged for this apartment it is not worth it. I would not recommend to anyone. Grounds are riddled with dog poop that no one picks up. Gates are always broken, left open. Vandalism has occurred many of times in the pool with stolen TV, etc. Residents poop in the is gross!

I lived at this apartment complex for one year and in the midst of it, they went under new management. In the process they jacked the rent up, hired all new staff and remodeled. The renovations are nice. The apartments are bright and the appliances are new. However, the rent is not reasonable or even competitive in the area for the amount of sq. footage. The staff is poorly trained and be careful as they will give you false information to questions you may have, if they even have any kind of answer at all. The property manager is not much better. Let's just say, their motto is not anything like, "Welcome home". As stated in other reviews, the landscaping begins very early in the morning. While the landscapers make the property look nice, if your apartment faces a courtyard, good luck sleeping. Also, for those disrespectful people that don't clean up after their animals, look out, as there are "landmines" everywhere and while the landscapers do a good job maintaining the lawn, they conveniently miss the feces. One positive thing, aside from the landscapers being noisy, the complex is quiet. Most people are older and keep to themselves. Overall however, look elsewhere.

We lived at these apartment for six months while our new home was being built. As previous reviewers have stated landscapers start very early in the morning and make lots of noise. Three different management teams in the six months we lived here. We gave notice of our May move out in February and contact the office to be sure of our final rent owed because we were not staying the entire month of May. Handed them a cashiers check for the final amount given to us by one management team. Schedule out final walk through handed over the keys and girl doing the walk through said everything looked great. Six months later we notice on our credit they had turn us over to a collect agency for a supposed amount of rent due. Although I personally filled out a form in the office giving our forwarding address and reason for us leaving (new home complete) the current management claims they have no forwarding address, no email or way to get in touch with us prior to sending anything to a collection agency. My husband contacted them regarding the collection account on our credit and the ledger she emailed by husband shows our phone numbers right at the top. We have had those phone numbers for four years!! No attempt to contact us was ever made by the apartment complex to ever let us know they thought we owed anything! Based on other comments stating the same thing below I would highly warn any possible tenant to reconsider moving to this complex.
