Very clean and friendly.. I feel very safe here I am a single mom and I never have to worry about safety. Thank you to the staff and maintenance crew. Would recommend to friends and family . It has been a pleasure to call this home

The staff was very professional upon my first visit to the property. Upon moving in the leasing staff and maintenance team worth effortlessly to ensure my apartment was perfect and ready to move in for me and my family.

I have found Sonoma Ridge to be an excellent place to live. It's a gated complex with great amenities, the apartments are beautifully renovated, the grounds are well kept, and the office and maintenance staff have always been available and helpful when I needed them.

I moved into Sonoma Ridge after leaving one of the worst apartments I have ever lived in. The front office staff was so friendly and made me immediately feel comfortable and confident in my choice to live here. Residents around my unit are friendly and respectful and I never here any noise from neighbors. The grounds are kept up beautifully and the location is so convenient with the 101 being a stones throw away but far enough to not have residual noise. My apartment is spacious and every appliance is in working order. I'm very happy here.

The community is beautifully designed with excellent amenities like the common area ramadas/BBQ's, pool and fitness center. It is also very quiet and everyone seems friendly. The apartment is very clean and modern with washer and dryers in each unit. The office staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. They are very willing to answer any and all questions and are quick to follow up. The few items that needed attention after I moved in were taken care of quickly and on my time frame. I highly recommend Sonoma Ridge.

I love living here! My apartment is updated and beautiful. I love the year round pool, gym, gameroom, and enjoy walking my puppy on the walking path with pet stations. The staff are always very helpful and so friendly.

Love this apartment! The layout works great. There is plenty of storage and it feels very open. The grounds are beautiful and it's very quiet. The staff have been a pleasure to work with from the initial site visit to everyday interactions. I highly recommend Sonoma Ridge Apartments.

Great location, nice staff & people. Maintenance gets done super quick and efficiently. All the amenities you need is here: gym, pool, etc. Safe neighborhood, great parking. Rent is a little on the higher side

Staff has been wonderful & helpful. So far all my issues have been addressed. The grounds are well maintained & the neighborhood is quiet. The surrounding community has much to offer in terms of restaurants, stores, library. Easy assess ability to the main highway.

The office staff is always kind and helpful. Even when I email them 1000 times. Any maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. The other residents are quiet and friendly. I really like it here!

This complex is one of the best places I have ever lived. The amenities are always clean, the property is always maintained and the office and maintenance staff are always helpful and courteous. It is a very peaceful place to live. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

I love this community but I do have to say repeative surveys are a bit annoying. I don't consistent emails. The staff is awesome though. However 200min characters for this portion? Silliness that's just a burden

Great apartment complex and caring/educated staff/management team. New owners purchased complex year ago and have redefined the entire community. Also maintenance crew is quick and efficient. Very impressed and highly recommend!

We love it here. Great, quiet community and kind staff. The gym has very nice amenities. The only weird thing we've experienced here is that the drivers for every single mail delivery service that deliver here are lazy and refuse to follow my instruction to deliver to the front office (they do accept packages), so they either leave these things on the doorstep where anyone can take (and against instructions) or they send it back! Not the complex's fault though.

Overall good but since the newest owners bought the property, great. I see all the improvements daily. The staff is very nice, things seem to be gettng done faster and I see a big difference in the grounds. Keep up the good work. Eric is a superstar, Victor too, they really make a positive difference in the apt/home community! Just wish us good tenants would get a little break on the rent for living here longer??

It's been great . PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. Area convenient to shopping and restaurants. Dog pickup and barking is a minor issue. Neighbors are friendly a d helpful. Maintenance Manager goes beyond job requirements to be of service.

I'd rather not write a review about my experiences with the most recent management while I am still living here. I will say the maintenance staff is always fast here and super nice. The community is also very quiet, which is nice.

I had a very worth time when I 1st moved here into this partment complex but over time it has gotten better over rob the apartment is nice the ground your kept pretty good and the staff have become friendlier over Tom which makes you comfortable it 1st it was really hard because they didn't seem very nice and personable with the residents but that maidment's that was always great

For the most part the community is well maintained by staff . They seem to make sure tenants adhere to policies and be respectful of other tenants in the community. The maintenance man Erick is a definite plus to their team.
