It has been horrible. Issue after issue and constant effort to get management to assist with anything. Parking is a joke. The renovations aren't even very nice and not worth the price increase. Sucks.

When a request for maintenence gets put in it gets taken care of immediately. Office staff is very accommodating. I have been here a month and no problems as of yet. I would recommend renting here. Ask me again when my lease is up.

The apartments are pretty well taken care of and the upgraded apartments are nice! The location is good for shopping. The office staff makes themselves available and they are fairly easy to approach.

The community is very great and nice. Its very peaceful. Its a great place to stay at. I love the area its at. The staff members here is very nice and great. They have a nice dog park. Nice gym and nice pool.

I love this community. It is a quiet community and the neighbors are friendly. Safe, quiet and comfortable. My unit was remodeled before I moved in, all new appliances, and a washer/dryer in the unit.

Community is the word I would use to describe Camelback Cove. I recently moved in and my family continues to be welcomed by everyone. The upgraded apts are awesome and made settling in a breeze. I previously lived here for 10 years. I then moved out for 5 years then moved back in for 5 years. I would never plan to move from here if the complex were not planning to renovate my apartment, thus causing me to move out.

The maintenance is always awesome, quick and responsive. Construction unfortunately is always going on, in the main street. But overall it has been an awesome experience. The office is quick to respond in case any emergencies

When the move-in date keys, lease and every other steps for a smooth move in already completed by her, just signed and moved in very fast. Also they prepared a very sweet welcome kit. So far so good. Very laid back community that continues to be quite lively. There is a bit of noise but it is welcomed. I would rather live somewhere with noise than complete silence. The maintenance work I need was completed quickly.
