I enjoyed the first couple of months living here, until recently my family and I had to be without a/c for the weekend and get horribly sick from a window a/c unit they placed in the master bedroom. The problem has now worsen and staff has not responded to my email request and the a/c continues to leak.

its a great community I haven't had no problems other then the maintenance workers taking forever to fix a simple problem or them coming to fix the problem half done and then leave an never come back other then that I don't have any issues

Very easy and moved because of the affordable rent that was major for me moving here especially the location you can't beat it! Plus the community and neighbors seem very friendly and it's actually really quite here and you can have dogs win win

The front office personnel was rude and difficult to understand. Maintenance was unqualified and people were constantly moving in and out at all hours of the day. Dumpsters were full of other peoples furniture.

This is the absolute worst staff of any apartment building/complex I've ever lived in. They are rude, refuse to fix simple maintenance requests, there is black mold growing in the bathroom which they said is not black mold, but then offered to replace the toilets. Why on earth would they offer to replace the toilets if it's not a toxic mold? My air conditioner broke on a Saturday shortly after I moved in, when it was 110 degrees, and rather than have someone actually fix it that day, they had a maintenance person bring over a giant air conditioner with the hose that goes into the window, and he had to tape up plastic around it to keep the air in. That was very safe for me and my 3 year old! Then I had to wait until the following Tuesday to get it fixed. The hose kept falling out of the window and i had to fix it myself many times. I woke up on a Friday to ants covering my bathroom floor, toilet and shower. They told me I had to wait until Tuesday when the exterminator would be there again, and that I should go out and buy some ant killer in the meantime. This was one week after raising the rent. They are rude, unprofessional, and terrible at what they do. I would tell anyone thinking of moving here that it is definitely NOT worth the fact that it is one of the cheapest complexes in Central Phoenix.

Very average apartments. No bug problems yet, but most of the amenities don't work (such as water machine and entry gate) and Maxx seems to drag its feet fixing anything that isn't disaster level. The apartments can be fairly cheap depending on when you rent.

The location is not a bad place to be in. There could be some fixes that the apartment complex could do to help make the place better. The maintenance staff seems to always be backed up because I think it is just one individual who checks out all 200+ apartments. During my time here I have had roof leaks which they solved by placing caulk on the crack and I believe that was it. I have had the maintenance come to my apartment around 5 or 6 times to fix one issue after another like my A/C not blowing cold air for a day, numerous kitchen repairs from fixing a piece of wood frame on the sick which came off and began to crack to having the person come to the kitchen to continuously glue wood panels which should have been done before I moved in. there is usually garbage and dog poop in the street and the sidewalk. Not excessive amounts but i'm not sure if the garbage issue is caused by the garbage trucks or the residents. Dog poop in the grass or sidewalk is due to people not wanting to pick up after their dogs.

Place is not good at all people steal stuff here and management doesn't do anything about it. I do not see my self staying here for a long time. It's always one problem after another. I rather live in a crackhouse.

Very good place to live...need more garbage containers... I would like to see lower rent...after a person lives at Camelback for more than 5 years rent should be free for the month...see with less rent to pay more for economy and myself...and that is what it is all about...

Camelback Cove is a nice apartment community. There is a clean pool and hot tub. My one bedroom apartment is spacious and has plenty of storage for my belongings. The office staff is so friendly and attentive. I feel safe here because of the gated community and really like the covered parking. I would definitely recommend, especially because the price is so much lower than other apartments in the area. I am saving money but still live in a nice place!

Maintenance is absolutely awful. I would have chosen a different place to live if I knew how bad they were. I've submitted multiple requests for repairs and guess what? Still nothing done. They've outright refused to fix some of the items.

The front office staff either do not understand their own policies or cannot communicate them effectively. The maintenance staff are neither timely nor effective. The unit and appliances are pretty good, and I do like the design layout. It's too bad the customer service is as bad as it is, because this could otherwise be a good place.

I am a screenplay writer and have had recent success. (Rouge le Infante-Cruise and DiCaprio) The community appears comfortable with this environment. The pool was pleasant and the fitness room should have key availability.

The office staff is very amazing, the maintenance folks are very responsive and get the job done, the floor plans are the best in the area w two masters, the laundry facilities are very clean, efficient and hassle free, very pet friendly, tons of covered parking, great locations, community very conscientious of neighbors, all friendly!

Camelback Cove has been very responsive to any mtnc request. Property is well kept. Staff is friendly & caring. Only concern is it's really not kids friendly. There is nowhere but the sidewalk & stairs for kids to play and that gets a bit annoying. Otherwise it's a good spot.

This property is the least expensive in the area, but if you live in an "upgraded" unit then not so much. The community is nice, but the office is run by a nitwit. If you'd like there are many other options around which are trying to be better.

I really like this community. It is quiet, the office staff is great, and I have never had any issues. The maintenance staff is always prompt and any issues I have are taken care of almost immediately. I am in my third yer and have no plans of moving. I may even upgrade to a two bedroom next June.

I've lived here several months and like it very much. The office staff are always friendly and professional. The common areas are well kept and lit at night. I had a minor, non emergency drain leak. Maintenance came within a couple hours and got the job done within reasonable amount of time. There was an on and off issue with the security gate for a while. It would work a few days then not. This happened a couple times. I heard a new company was brought in to fix it. The past week it has been operational. This is a huge plus as the security gate tipped the scales for me when choosing a new place to live.
