Love Camelback Cove Apartments! I've had a great experience living here, the people are nice and my unit is great. You get a good size in the Phoenix area for what you pay compared to some other gated apartments.

I previously lived at this community for 10 years, left for 5 and moved back for the last 3 years. I have been very satisfied with the care I receive here. The grounds are properly maintained, the laundry rooms are clean and maintained and the office staff is always friendly and efficient.

It's a nice place. The front office is helpful and work request s you submit get to answered and worked on quickly. I like this place because it is located close to work and close to several entertainment spots.

This is a nice place to live. The people who assisted were caring and knowledgeable and very concerned if everything was ok. I also was given a move in paper to check what the appearance of the apartment was upon my moving in was as well

I've been living at Camelback Cove for 2 Months now and it has been nice to in a community and close to everything. The front office staff is very responsive and nice! Thank you for the easy transition and welcome.

It's been decent so far, nothing big to complain about. I'm grateful to have a safe space to call home, and a new maintance team who answers fast and sufficiently. I'm also extremely happy they have loosened up on dog restrictions that's truly amazing.

Everything is great. The staff is fast and polite. The grounds are nice and clean with green grass. These apartments are very nice for the low price. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

I have a wonderful time at this community. It's very clean. It's very quiet. Alsoh maintenance gets the job done quickly and promptly. Only problem is there is not much handicapping accessible. Stuff, the gym is upstairs and they finally have a hortier. Lift to go into the pool after 2 years of living here. But I'm glad they have one. Can I hear you're a girlfrbesides that it's a great place.

Great I had nothing happen here but nice ppl and great staff and nice parking and it's nice to have a gated community that's the most I like and I know I'm safe when I'm in the gates so everything else is nice and cool and quiet

I spoke to the staff in the office. I expressed my concerns and they were quick to respond. They stopped what they were doing and completed the work order while I was in their office. They asked how I was liking the apartment and the community. Very nice and helpful.

Great staff and maintenence. Efficiently takes care of any problems. Nice neighbors and quiet community. Hot tub. Clean apartment. Gym and laundry room next to eachother make ir convenient to spend days off

I like living in these apartments. Anything that needs updating or fixing gets done, like the trash bins or now the community washer and dryers. Staff in the office are always nice, professional and helpful. The company offers flex pay and they are good about mainting rules of the complex. It's appreciated.

Not too bad, there are alot of children but they are all well behaved and they haven't started stealing my stuff yet. it's also usually quiet through the night, some of my neighbors don't clean up their dogs poop but its not too bad of a problem.

Camelback Cove is a great community to reside. The office personnel are knowledgeable & personable in all aspects of the community. They are just a phone call away & are always willing to answer questions & help. The community is impeccable & managed with respect to all occupants.

I love living here!! The apartments are really nice, and are continuously getting upgraded. But honestly the best part of living here is the staff and my awesome neighbors. We are all friends here and everyone looks out for each other!! Anytime I have an issue, the staff gets right on it and it gets resolved immediately.

Recently I have developed a massive infestation of Roaches. I was put on an exterminators regular weekly schedule. Also, every night I spray generous amounts of bug spray through this unit. The other day two strangers stole packages from my porch.

The place is clean, appliances look new or cleaned very well, new carpet, light switches seem to be new. A/C filters look new. I've been here for 2 nights so far and no noise to complain about as of yet. so overall I'm happy.

One of the best ever I've rented from. The pool is an awesome amenity as well as the spa and the gymnasium for working out in the community. There are restaurants and convientent stores within the area too

The apartmemts are kept clean and without messes laying around. Everybody may not clean up after their pets but the crew here makes sure its all cleaned up. The apartment itself came with some definite quirks and kinks for sure. A nice size patio if you're lucky enough to get one, these railings, steps and upstairs pathways could ABSOLUTELY go for some inspections and upkeep and so much for the no smoking policy its ALWAYS smelling like either cigerattes or reeeeking of weed. And i hate that theres no cameras in the parking lot, laundry rooms, and just no cameras in the entire premises. And they could absolutely do some real good by updating the laundry rooms washers and dryers and man an AC unit for the laundry rooms would be lifesavers.
