Good place to live no real good parking for handicap no assigned parking. Handicap people have to hope mentally handicapped people don't take the needed spaces and that the walkways will not be blocked with people unloading and delivering people

I have really enjoyed living here. It really is a peaceful place. The staff is awesome they complete things in a prompt manner. Always courteous and helpful. I have nothing bad to even say about the neighbors. Everyone seems committed to keeping this a safe and peaceful place. Honestly I want to stay another year or until i buy a condo.

Everything is great except for the constant towing of cars of tenants or guest cars. A one time warning notice, then towing after second mistake would be appreciated. There's an issue with the drainage system almost all the time, however maintenance is quick to response in order to fix it. Application process and approval time was really fast.

Nice and friendly staff. Nice and friendly maintenance. Relatively secure. Close to all accessible places. Would be nice if the rent did not go up every year. Also would be nice if some of the fees like the parking fees and the water fees B reduced

The area is great! Close to a lot of shops and good food places as well as downtown and the local canal system which provides good evening walks or bike rides. The property and amenities are wildly average, really underwhelming, as far as apartment complex's go. The front office staff though pleasant in person seem to have a difficult time corresponding once you're no longer physically present, even after collecting your "processing fee" which was frustrating. All in all, the location is the selling point here and I would certainly recommend negotiating your lease! I have a friend living here as well I later found was paying only 880 for a 4 month lease on a 1 bedroom unit the same as mine, while they made me fight for 910 on a year long lease. Pretty shady if you ask me. I will end on a positive note though, the maintenance staff are competent and friendly!

The area and location are met very well with how the community presents itself. This community and complex meets every and all needs for a place of living and created a sense of Home before the HOME. Love it here!

Convenient location, but the gate is broken so there's no sense of security. My new apartment was mostly clean when I moved with new carpet & paint which was great, but I had a major COCKROACH infestation! I informed the staff about it immediately and they did their best to resolve the problem, after all it's not their fault. But the point is that roaches are gross!

Very quiet! Surprised at how quiet since it is a fairly large community. Waiting to use the fitness center and jacuzzi...closed due to corona virus. Walk around the neighborhood and feel safe. Gated community

Everything is very clean. It is a very quiet community with great amenities. The staff was very helpful when moving in. I enjoy the many laundry facilities there is. I also really enjoy the pool and hot tub area.

Since I moved in my request has always been attend to on-time. and the apartment emergency unit did a great job when there was a water overflowing form my water closet at midnight. I do not have any regret moving in here since last year august 2019 and I hope it continues this way.

So far the community been good but when I move in there was a Live roach in my sink and food left in the refrigerator so that threw me off .but beside that it good .I would recommend this apartment to anyone

It's a nice community to live in, everyone is friendly. Would recommend friend to live here, it's a quiet community too. And all the store and entertainment are close to the apartments, and specially the parks.

When we first moved in we loved the place. We have been having some issues with landscape and the gates. The front office and maintenance are very kind and quick to help. Overall it's been a good place.

It has been nice living here. It is quiet and I feel safe. The only complaint I have is parking. I think there should be an assigned parking for each apartment renter. There are too many people leaving there cars in one spot for a long period of time

I like the community but there could be better communication about things that effect the community, example. The call box not working when trying to let guests in. I have asked several times for the progamed number code to enter the property and have been declined.

The whole process has been nothing but smooth. The people in the office were willing to work with us on any issues we had. Also the community has been great so far. It is gated, quiet and clean. Very happy with our choice.

The Management Team here has been very accommodating and kind since I have been here. They are efficient and productive whenever I am in need. Thank you **I do have to say that the security can be better...but all-in-all, a good place to live.

It's a great spot! First time moving into an apartment complex and I have not yet been disappointed. It is so peaceful and quiet, the people around the complex are so nice and friendly. Definitely a great spot to stay!

No hassle, friendly, and seamless move in process. The power and insurance process were just as easy. The community is very friendly and welcoming. Centrally located in a hub of great restaurants and entertainment.

The best prices around, 3 minutes away from work. Central location, and very spacious. Pool is kept crystal clear year round and the grounds too. Staff is very friendly and professional. The only thing, automatic front gates would at times be broken for days and gates would be left open day and night for anyone to enter.

I lived at Camelback Cove 14 years ago and like it so returned last year. I have had good experiences with both office and maintenance staff. I like the location - close to everything. Neighbors seem quiet and friendly. Grounds are well kept up. Tip - if you pay for covered parking be sure to have your permit visible or the Tow company Will tow without notice.

I just moved in but the place is in very good condition. Everything has been good so far. Loving the space of the place. I am more closer to work so that helps out alot. Would recommend to friends. Doing a very good job in the complex.

It's pretty cool here, i use to have this ---- head neighbor named Rob who was a pain in the ---. He moved out recently, word around the complex is this dude was baning other dudes wives. Just to be clear rob wasn't cool, he was a stoner hippie who was going absolutely nowhere with his life. Use to talk to me about astrology all the time like non stop, got into fist fights, loud arguments with Neighbors, door slamming, loud music you name it. To be fair dude had good taste in music but was always blasting it at all hours of the day. Man there was two seperate occasions where this dude tried to open the door of my apartment thinking it was his. Now that hes gone it's pretty chill. Camelback cove 10/10 Rob 0/10
