The area is very nice and quiet with lot of places to eat and shop. The apartment community is nice, clean and friendly. The units are nice and clean also. The staff that works in the front office are helpful in clearing up any issues or questions that you may have here as well.

I have lived here since 4/2019 and have found the community to be friendly and the management caring to the residents needs. The complex is close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. It is centrally located for easy access to the freeways.

Camelback Cove does an excellent job of maintaining the property and the individual units. The management office is prompt in addressing your questions or concerns. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable in all aspects of the upkeep of the apartments. They go way above & beyond.

It is a good apartment community and great to live in. The maintenance staff are helpful and respond as soon as they can. The staff are also very friendly and kind. Once you have a problem, they do their best to find and answer any questions

So far everything has been wonderful - the staff and maintenance are easy to reach and good at communicating if there are any issues. My transition went very smooth and I am happy to be here. The property feels clean and very secure.

Great and affordable to live. Office and maintenance staff are really helpful. Only problem I have, my rent always goes up every year, so I can never really get ahead. I wish they would cut me a break, especially after living there for a while. I also have a problem with the grounds that's contracted out. They blow rock and dust on to my car every week. They don't really need to blow the parking lot, and ruin people's vehicles. Other than that, everything is great.

I love living here. The office staff and maintenance staff are always responsive. No neighbor problems. Very diverse community. Pet friendly. Covered parking. Gated. Great location. The management is very professional.

Leasing staff is top notch ! Professional, friendly, informative and very patient and helpful. I'm thankful that the staff is so terrific ! I feel like I can go to them and they understand my needs . Great experience!

I have lived at Camelback Cove twice..2003-2007 then again starting in 2017 when I needed to be in this area. I have spent over 25 years in property management and lived in 20 apartments around the valley sjnce 1977. I enjoy living here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Work orders are done in a timely manner and the property is always clean and well kept. There is a very low staff turn over and they make it a point to know their residents. I always recommend Camelback Cove highly. And I cant say that about many of the places that I have lived or worked for in the past.

Friendly safe cleaned community. Wonderful amenities such as two pools two laundry rooms and a gym. Not to mention these activity areas offer free Wi-Fi. Close to central Phoenix with only few blocks from Scottsdale.

I've always liked this community because the units are good, good location, good prices. The only thing would be nice that every unit had their own washer and dryer inside. The buildings are in good shape.

It's cool living here with spa, gym and swimming pool. The appliance is amazing and as if you have problems , you can contact fast by app.When it comes to convenience, you would have many options like freys, whole food, target, Marshall and trader joeys.

Any problems have been fixed quickly and everyone has been very friendly. The apartments are a good value, but not perfect, and very convenient to downtown. My only complaint so far are the outrageous application fees, but they seem to be standard for all places in Phoenix.

Great sense of community almost everyone has a cox camera so it feels very very secure that someone has an eye out on the property also everyone picks up Fter their pets if not they are hit with a penalty which is pretty cool

Sailing High These Days
I have lived here for soon nine years. When I moved in, the property was very underperforming. Lack of care, indifferent management, etc. That has all changed within the last two years since the arrival of the new manager. The property fairly shines these days. Yard maintenance is excellent, the laundry rooms have been secured so that they are no longer homeless shelters. The manager walks the property daily. The office ladies, who have been here years, are also one of the bright spots in the place. Helpful, caring, involved, polite. I am very grateful that they are here. My apartment is fairly soundproof and rarely do I hear the neighbors. That being said, the property is relatively quiet both during the day and at night. The remote-control gates, which in the past prior to the new manager, worked only sporadically, now work nearly 24/7, reducing unwanted traffic into the complex. The Maintenance Department Manager takes care of repairs on an excellent triage basis. Serious issues are dealt with immediately, etc. Because of the labor shortage, there had been unfortunate turnover in this department, and he continually having to retrain new staff. This manager, however, is very appreciated by the tenants. The new complex manager is making noted efforts to turn the property into a community. Community events are held throughout the year, especially now so since the worst of the pandemic has lifted. There are two areas that require improvement, however. One is the pool and the area around the pool which are not as always as clean as they were in years past. The other is the jacuzzi which was rather problematic the past year. In the overall scope of things, these are minor items that can easily be addressed. One can definitely see that the property has changed from underperforming to performing well. At the beginning of my tenancy, the complex was fairly transient. Neighbors came and went, sometimes within three months or less. Now, I see many, many neighbors who remain here for longer periods of time, obviously a sign of their contentment. Ratings as follows: Management, maitenance and staff : 5/5. Value for money : 5/5.

Location= amazing. Office = great (friendly, accommodating). My unit = meh, impractical door placements, appliances okay, OLD cabinets/features. My neighbors = couple upstairs are loud many nights, otherwise okay so far. Community = smells like cigarettes/piss until rain cleanses everything, rocks are EVERYWHERE (hope you have thick soles in your shoes) parking lot is awful and there is one (ONE) entrance? have to drive through a long U to get to where I need to go, also random cars drive through (I live at the very end so I see them drive in after me and leave the complex - yikes). Used the laundromat once, the appliances look like ppl are taking out their frustrations on them... idk, maybe it will get better? The staff, though, are top-notch - I imagine many people stay because of them.

This is a safe and quiet community. Staff is helpful and professional. Maintenance is prompt and knowledgeable. Pool and grounds are kept neat and clean. I have never had a problem with packages being stolen.

The complex is quiet. Neighbors have great manners. The apartment I live in it a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. It spacious. Carpet in the bedroom only. A/C and heat. I live on the first floor and in a corner. Perfect spot in the complex.

Friendy community. Apartments are solid. I haven't had any major issues. Pet friendly. The pool is taken care of well & in a nice setting. Staff is mostly friendly. Most residents keep to themselves & will chat if wanted.

My first 2 years of residing at Camelback Cove were not quite enjoyable because of the neighbors. Therefore, the office staff were very polite as I decided to upgrade and move into a different unit. I love where my home is at now and I'm thankful my neighbors are respectful.

The repair was for a toilet which was leaking under the base. It was a brand new toilet that replaced the old one not more than two months ago. The toilet should not have had any problems with it. It needed a new gasket. The repair was done efficiently.
