When I put in my application for the apt. It was quick, simple and welcoming process. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The complex is very quiet and clean. I am located in a great area that is convenient for me and my children.

Small compacted two bedroom, very thin walls, ac vents in restroom always loud, balcony flooring very scary, apartment flooring very uneven & multiple "dints" under flooring. Roaches coming from other apartments, laundry room always has an flooded washing machine & pool is always covered with bird poop :)

The complex is nice and has great amenities. Gym, pool, jacuzzi, laundry rooms 2 to be exact and grills stationed throughout. They accept pets although the move in fee's for pets are pretty high if you ask me. I've been here less than 2 weeks and it's been nice and quiet so far. Downside is the pest. I moved in with dead and live roaches not so fun. To later find out it was bedbugs near the carpet areas NOW THATS A HUGE ISSUE FOR ME! Upside with it is they hopped on top of caring for it asap!

This place is pretty much a sham. I need to get out of here asap. They raised rent by 44% since I started. Plus they have the audacity to charge for amenities (gym). The units don't even have washers or dryers. Half the keys they give don't work or keep getting changed but you aren't informed and have to ask for new ones. Only one gate beeps open which is also an inconvenience. Someone keyed my car. The gardeners are always trimming and blowing away leaves in the morning so it's hard to sleep, yet there's dog poop everywhere. Stay away

Very quiet,people are friendly,courteous staff,nice apartments. The pool is clean and well maintained, hot tub is clean and well maintained. There are both gas and coal grill stations, nice picnic areas

Quiet and friendly community kept clean. Maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. Best part is there aren't any bug issues and laundry rooms are always kept well and clean. Best apt I have lived in so far

Overall, Camelback is a wonderful place to live. Most of the residents are kind and considerate. The office staff is courteous and understanding, and they respond to and follow up on situations. The maintenance personnel are knowledgeable and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. The grounds are in very good condition are maintained on a regular basis. The lighting has been upgraded to digital lights, including the covered parking, the buildings were recently painted, and the pool fence, heater, and tiles were replaced. Camelback Cove is located on a local bus route and within walking distance of another and both connect to the Metro lightrail. There are several grocery and convenience stores and many restaurants within a couple miles. There are several hospitals within a few miles, including the VA hospital.

My experience in this community so far has been good pretty quite everyone keeps to them selfs we love it here we have schools close by shopping centers restaurants and it's in the center of town over all its a good area

Feels like home every time I deal with the rental front desk and maintenance staff. They are more like friends than just staff working here. I have lived here in three different apartments Over the past 12 years or more and all have been great to be in.

Great leasing office staff. Leticia kept me informed with the move in process. The apartment was ready to move-in with new appliances and the grounds are great. I rented here in the past and loved it am glad to have moved back.

I recently went with a friend to tour this community and have had nothing but a great experience. The office staff was so friendly and accommodating, they took their time showing us around the community. It's always nice having a welcoming office staff, it makes your living more enjoyable. My friend ended up renting here and if I wasn't in a current lease, I would have rented as well! A+ for community and staff!

I like living here its convenient for my family, everything is near by, laundromat, gym, water, food stores, the staff are certainly nice to work with. Neighbors are friendly. The only thing I have a problem with is dog S___! That people leave behind. Pet owners need to clean after their pets.

Around the Complex-The grounds look nice and the gates work which is good. But the gym are closed due to COVID which is sad. My Apartment- only one complaint ?my shower head is short. And I'm 5'7",,,keep hitting me head. Other then that it looks okay.. ????????

These apartments are centrally located so I am 15 minutes from the best food, entertainment, and shopping the city has to offer. It is a quiet community that is pretty well taken care of. The staff and maintenance crew have always been very helpful.

The staff was very communicative and lenient to out situation. They were professional, easy to approach and provided great customer service. The move-in process was difficult on my end, but the staff were very patient with us and were nothing but the best. Especially Leticia. Thank you!

I've been here for over three years and was excited that it had all the amenities I was looking for. Gym is very basic but doesn't seem to be maintained, at least that's the impression I got after submitting a work request for hand sanitizer that went unanswered. Laundry room is pretty much the same, I moved on to a nearby laundromat pretty early on as I was constantly having to re-washed and/or dry my clothes. It's your basic apartment to meet basic needs. Great location and generally great neighbors but keep your expectations realistic for what seems to be the only affordable apartment in this neighborhood. My rent is going up 12% this year :) that should go great with my 3% raise at work. Fml.

I like the community and the so my laundry here and I like pool. The staff in the front office are very nice and welcoming people to the area and I like the fitness center..where I go to do my walking.

They didn't disclose a roach infestation prior to moving in. It's clear they treated, but it's an ongoing problem and they failed to clean the dead roaches out of the apartment. The apartment wasn't available to look at previously- if I had seen evidence of roaches I wouldn't have signed the lease. My move-in date was delayed by one week because of supply-chain issues, which I understand, but they were working on the apartment up until I was physically moving in. They comped my yearly parking fee, but that's still only half of the cost I incurred from the 1-week delay. It's been a pain and will likely continue to be.
