Just moved in and LOVE IT!!!!

Just moved in this morning and everything was so smooth and I love my new home!!! the maintenance staff and office staff have been amazing throughout the whole process and Madison the office manager is so nice and helpful!!!

Great Place to Call Home

I’ve really enjoyed living here and am happy to be renewing my lease. The community is well-maintained, and the management team has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which I really appreciate. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to everything I need. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and positive living experience, and I look forward to continuing my stay.

Heartless

[Incentivized Review] I was told the 50$ back ground check was not refundable and the admin fee I would get back in the case I did not get my selected apartment. I was not able to pay 3500+ they were asking for a deposit just to move in. I moved across the country and they would not take a split payment to move in. I saved all my emails with all this. Now that I can’t move in I’m homeless for 10 days til I get paid. I moved for my stable job with American Airlines. I do not recommend this place at all. Very heartless in my extraordinary circumstances. I will choose a better property that understands people along life’s journey! Btw I want my 250$ refunded as told to me!!

Alex at IMT Ahwatukee maintenance did an outstanding job fixing my water heater. He responded quickly, diagnosed the problem right away, and had hot water running again the same day. Fast service.

Mark at IMT Ahwatukee did an excellent job helping fix my heater. When it stopped working, he responded quickly and took the time to properly diagnose the issue instead of rushing through it. He explained what was wrong in a way that was easy to understand and made sure everything was working safely and efficiently before he left. Thanks to Mark, the heater was up and running again and working better than before. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care really stood out. Maintenance like this makes a huge difference in feeling comfortable at home.

Amazing Community

I have lived in IMT Ahwatukee for 4 years the community is beautiful and clean. Our neighbors are friendly I feel at home. Thank you to the maintenance staff in specific Manuel who time and time again has come to do work orders in our apartment and always does an excellent job.

An Oasis in an Apartment Drought

I've lived in quite a few different apartments across the east valley, from Scottsdale, to Chander and now over a month in at IMT Ahwatukee I can comfortably say this is genuinely one of the best apartments here. Laine, Madison, and Lisette are always willing to go the extra mile to make any interactions with the office enjoyable. You can tell they actually do care. (An anomaly now a days) The property itself is kept up well (no major plumbing issues, pools being out of order, broken equipment at the gym, etc.) I personally haven't had any issues in my unit yet, but that alone speaks volumes. It's a quiet, peaceful area with mostly working professionals, new families, or retirees.

Beautiful Community

Lisette is amazing, kind and so helpful. Everyone in the office is awesome, Lisette, Laine and Madison go above expectations. The community is in a great location, not to mention how beautiful it is. If you need a new home, check them out!

Ehhh...

The staff sucks. The property smells like urine. They replaced the grass with astroturf and don't clean it. Dog urine gets trapped underneath. The apartment walls are paper thin. The list goes on and on.

Great Office Staff

I have lived here a couple years now and have no complaints! We live right by the pool and love waking up to the beautiful landscaping. I use the pool and fitness center daily and love to visit the ladies in the office. They are so welcoming and i appreciate all they do. Thank you, Madison, Lisette, and Laine!

The management at IMT Ahwatukee are the best! After two years residing in IMT Ahwatukee we couldn't be any happier! The location has minimal traffic, lots of local restaurants, and is close to all of our shopping needs. The property is always clean and well manicured. The exercise room has top notch equipment that exceeds our needs. The pools are always clean and blue. Most importantly, management always treats us like family! Exactly what I needed

I was out of town while searching for apartments at the last minute with no where to live when I returned. It was very concerning to not be able to tour the community before applying. Additionally, I was coming off of a terrible experience with the previous community and management company so I was nervous to sign another lease. Laine was super friendly, super helpful, and super kind throughout my connections with her to learn more about the property and the units. She provided me with timely and useful information to help me make my decision to lease and went above and beyond to provide me with this information. I now have a lovely unit in a lovely community. You can tell IMT cares about their property and their residents by the way they upkeep the units and the property, and by their staff. Laine and the others I have connected with, like Madison, the CM, and Manuel in maintenance, have been so helpful and welcoming bringing ease to the stressful process of moving. Having a good relationship with the leasing and maintenance people where I live is important to me, and moving to this community, with this team, has been exactly what I needed.

I'm Happy to Call This Place Home!

This review has been a long time coming. I've been a resident here at IMT Ahwatukee for almost two years, and I am still pleased with where I live. I don't have the feeling that they were just nice until after the lease was signed. The staff are friendly, maintenance is A1 with completing work orders, and the community grounds are always clean, to include the dumpster areas. The complex and neighborhood are both pretty quiet as well. Speaking of friendly staff, I'd like to give a special shout out to Manny in maintenance for always going above and beyond for others. I most recently witnessed him direct an Amazon delivery driver from one side of the complex to the other. It may have been a small act, but trust me, that type of assistance isn't very common these days. It absolutely didn't surprise me that Manny did it. The office staff always ensures effective communication about our community via email and/or notices on our doors so that we are aware of what's going on, and can plan ahead if necessary. Once again, not a big deal to some, but I very much appreciate their efforts to promptly keep us in the know. I can honestly say that out of my 20+ year's as an apartment renter, IMT Ahwatukee is the best location I've ever lived at. I'm happy to call this place home!
