This is the nicest place I have lived.it feels like home, the staff is friendly and I feel like they are my family. The apartments are clean , bug free and well kept. They accept my dogs too!! You will love living here!!!

Amenities are not properly maintained. Both jacuzzis are mildly warm, kind of like sink water. Have emailed several times about the pools and jacuzzi's not functioning properly and nothing is ever done. I have lived here almost two years now, this will be my last. Washing machines, stoves, garbage disposal and fixtures in all of these apartments are very, very old. Maintenence staff will show up promptly to fix things but generally do a poor job and have to be called back. Considering this is one of the more expensive complexes in the area, these kinds of problems are unacceptable. I can get a two bedroom with working amenities for the price i pay for a one bedroom here. The other issue is they have been letting literally anyone move in. And since the first year the quality of tenants has gone done significantly. Lot of ------ people moving in, and familys with tons of kids so you can't walk outside without running into an army of little kids. I think this place used to be very good as you can tell from the reviews, but please note that any review written after mid 2013 is a thing of the past. things have gone downhill significantly since the new management. Take all of this into consideration before you move in!!

When I first moved to Phoenix, I had nothing but trouble with finding a good, safe apartment. When I had to break my lease to get out of an unsafe area, I stumbled upon Sedona Ridge. This place is perfect. It's quiet, neighbors are friendly and polite, grounds are beautiful, great amenities. The staff was so incredibly helpful and there was a fantastic move-in special when I moved last June. They've been nothing but helpful and great. Yes, it's not gated, but I lived in two other gated complexes and never felt as safe as I do here. Ahwatukee is a wonderful neighborhood with little crime so I'm not worried, even when I come home late. As for my apartment itself, I never had any major problems. Any tiny things, like the toilet handle breaking or something, maintenance was there in a flash and fixed it asap. The management and company have put a lot into remodeling the place and it looks great. Fitness room is small but wonderful, rec room can be rented out and it's beautiful! I wish I wasn't moving out of state for work because I would live here for years.

When maintainenance is on site they are unfriendly to my guests. Gawking at them especially the younger gentleman of the maintenance men. They however almost always greet me. There is no security in the complex eventhough it is not gated. The staff is somewhat welcoming, friendly but not by choice. Can hear my neighbor as if they lived in my unit along with me.Maintenance issues take about the 3rd time to correct. Will definitely leave when this year's lease is up in August.

Extremely poor. Poor customer service - incompentent staff - both maintenance and office. Work orders NEVER completed correctly or ina timely fashion. Front office personnel are argumentative and confrontational. Terrible experience - would not recommend this complex to my worse enemy. Construction over the course of the year has been inconvenient and inconsiderate of the residents to say the least. Noise levels extremely high - on weekends too!

For the most part, Sedona Ridge is a very pleasant place to live. Lots of renovations have been done to the whole complex lately. The staff is excellent, and maintenance requests are usually handled quickly. There have been a couple incidents of car break-ins since I've lived here, but none to my own car--it is a non-gated community, so it might be more prone to that sort of crime than comparable gated communities. It could use a little more external lighting in some areas, too. The noise level overall from neighbors is relatively low, although the floor creaked with every footstep of my upstairs neighbor. My smoke alarm was too sensitive--it would go off any time I cooked anything in the oven, so I got really fed up and just disconnected it. Hope you like dogs, because everyone and their brother has one in this place. The dog owners usually do a decent job picking up after them, at least. The water pressure in my unit was more than adequate, which is something I'm pretty picky about, so I was pretty pleased with that. As for solicitors, there really haven't been too many, especially considering it's a non-gated community. The location is terrific, being right next to South Mountain, and having all the stores and restaurants you could possibly want so close by (not to mention the post office is within walking distance right down the road a bit). You're also very near to the 10 and 60 freeways, with Sky Harbor Airport only 10-15 minutes away. In any case, I'd recommend this community for its overall value compared to its price.

We are very happy here and hope to return again next year! It has been a most enjoyable experience for us. We live in Colorado and our children live here so we decided to try a longer visit and rent for three months in the Phoenix area. The location has been perfect for us!

Love the community and the location and the staff. Ongoing construction the last several months has been disruptive and noisy including weekends and evenings. The gardeners massacre plants & trees cutting away beautiful growth and flowers. Noise from construction and gardeners should be limited to making noise after 8 am and before 5 pm week days. And gardens would be much more beautiful if gardeners only came every other week and refrained from trimming beautiful growth off of everything. Other than the construction and gardeners, we love the complex.

I've lived here for over 5 years. Greystar just bought the property and they are absolutely terrible. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The emergency maintenance line is a joke. They only respond if it's during office hours. If there's a flood due to sprinklers, they'll just let it flood until they come in for the regular work day to turn off the sprinklers. Meanwhile, you belongings are completely destroyed.

I have lived here one year and am happily renewing my lease. I am always comfortable and feel safe walking around the complex. The office staff is ALWAYS quick to respond to any issues or questions I may have. If I stop by to say HI, they are very nice.And friendly...OMG..They are all friendly. The maintenance crew all wave to you on their little golf carts, LOL, and when they respond to my apartment for a repair or concern, they are professional, friendly and they get the job done!!!!!

Overall this place is very nice. However, you advertise heated pools and spas. This is categorically false. The pools are not heated and the spa is slightly warmer than bath water. Not to mention the jets do not work. One won't even turn on and the other shoots out cold water. Please fix or I will not be renewing my lease. I know I am not the only one who feels this way.

Place is great but both of the jacuzzis are BROKEN and have been for quite a while. They advertize heated pools and the best amenities in the area but like many apartment complexes they skimp on the jacuzzis to save money. First of all, only one of the pools is heated, and only one of the jacuzzis actually works. When I say works I mean it's...slightly warm but hardly what you'd expect coming home from the gym. The jets on it still blow out cold water but hey at least it's somewhat functional if your a 90 year old senior citizen. The 2'nd pool and jacuzzi on the far side of the complex are almost forgotten about. The pool is unheated and the jacuzzi does nothing when you turn it on. It's like sitting in warm sink water with no jets. It makes no sense. They have great maintenance staff, and the front office people are as nice as can be. I shouldn't have to go to my friends ------ apartment to use their spa which is actually hot enough to be therapeutic. Everything about this place is great but for the price we all pay to live here the amenities should be kept functional.

I must agree with the positive feedback. I have lived here since 2009 and love it. ------------- are two of the nicest people you could ever hope to have at an Apt. office. I am hoping to renew my lease. Grounds are clean. It is quiet here and alot of tenants have lived here several years. Thats speaks for itself! The fixtures (counters,washer/dryers etc) may be a bit older but still cant beat the location.Feel very safe. Plus the office always has treats for my little pup!! One last thing to mention. The maintenance crew are the nicest, hardest working guys!Deserve a raise! Thanks Sedona Ridge, -------

Quite happy so far

I've been a tenant here for just over six months now, and unless they hike my rent up too much at renewal time, I will be glad to renew. It has been remarkably quiet, meaning both little noise outside and also seemingly well insulated units. I've taken strolls around here at night as well and have never heard a thing outside of local wildlife. The couple times I've needed something fixed it has been done promptly and correctly. My interaction with the staff has been nothing but pleasant as well; Pam Peiris in the front office has been especially helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, well kept place to call home.
