Nice apartments

Ceilings are thin didn't have any problems with the walls but I am sure they are too. We had a few problems with management but all can be worked out through communication.

WALLS ARE THIN-CARS/RIMS STOLEN REGULARLY

MANAGEMENT IS GOOD, HAD A COUPLE OF NOISY NEIGHBORS WITH LOUD STEREOS/TV. REALIZED THIN WALLS WERE MORE TO BLAME. CARS BROKEN INTO AND RIMS STOLEN EVERY WEEK. NO SECURITY GATE.<br>MAKE SURE YOU GET AN UPSTAIRS & CORNER APARTMENT SO YOU WON'T BE BOTHERED WITH NEIGHBOR NOISE. BEWARE OF THE FREEWAY NOISE IN THE AM (ON OCCASION IT'S LOUD). HOPEFULLY YOU OWN A PIECE OF JUNK CAR THAT NOONE WANTS TO MESS WITH.

Nice landscaping and spacious apartment

I really liked the apartment complex and the one bedroom apartment. It is landscaped nicely and i enjoyed my year there. My ownly two complaints are the neighbors dogs continuously barking. Also,it was poorly insulated. Standing in front the glass sliding door felt like being outside. My power bill ran between 100-150 a month just for a one bedroom. Im looking forward to a reasonable power bill at the new place.

I really like it here

I moved into this apartment 2 months ago and so far I really like it. The staff has been super nice about everything (especially Flo) and we've had no problems. I don't here any noise from my neighbors, the apartment is in great shape, and the complex itself is really nice and quiet. There are 2 pools that are really nice and a racquetball court in the 'clubhouse'. The only (minor) downfall is that there is only one assigned parking place per apartment. Sometimes I have to park at the front of the complex but this isn't a big deal because its a small complex and not far to walk at all. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

ok but

I thought these apartments are nice. However due to an elderly neighbor downstairs that constantly complained about me being noisy ruined my experience. I am only home so much. She would bang on my ceilings in the middle of the night because she claimed that I was jumping. Come on. Managment tried to help but I was always feeling like the bad guy. I am buying a house now so that issue will not haunt me. I lived in other apartments and never had a complaint with downstairs neigbors. They need to insulated between walls and floors to keep noise level down.

Very Nice Place To Live

I have lived here for about nine months and I absolutely love it. The property is very well kept and it is a nice area. The apartment we live in is very nice and we have had no problems so far. Management is very accommodating and always friendly and professional. The people here are very nice and we can never hear our neighbors. Parking can be limited if you come home after 8 at night, but otherwise I would highly recommend this apartment complex!

I rented for a year and a half here and it was a very pleasant experience. The grounds are beautiful and well tended. The street and neighborhood are lovely as well. Residents were friendly and nice. <br> <br>Management and maintenance were very responsive. <br> <br>The apartments are older and the single sink in the kitchen kind of sucks, but if that´s the worst you can say about a place... <br> <br>Parking was kind of a problem--people taking my space and no place for visitors to park, but otherwise this place was great.

Very Nice Place!!

My roommate and I moved into these apartments about 3 months or so ago.First off I must say how friendly the management was.They worked with us through certain issues we were having and were very flexible with our situation.The area is very quite and peaceful as well as very well kept on a landscape aspect.The apartment was in excellent condition all appliances were in proper function.Also it is a very quite environment.The only problem is with limited amounts of parking spaces on the east side of the complex. Overall I would recommend moving into this very friendly community. :0)
