Maintenance Crew Is Amazing!

It’s very rare I have to call maintenance but anytime I do, they respond fast and resolve any issue I may be having. Mark and Manuel are amazing! I’ve lived here for a year so far and I’m very happy with my apartment. It’s been a great place to live!

Great place

I moved in a few months ago and have had a great experience! The leasing staff is always helpful and maintenance responds quickly. The community is well kept with landscaping and trash. I never see anything dirty around the community. The dog park and dog stations are always available with bags to help clean up. All my neighbors are friendly and the area has so much stuff to do. I am happy I decided to move in here!

Don’t make your biggest mistake!

This place is a joke! Don’t waste your time! Or hard earned money! They let people go in your apartment and take photos without permission. They allow people to watch you … stalk you and they don’t care about that but will harass you about everything else! Does not feel safe here at all knowing people are stalking my apartment and the office doesn’t care! This place is a joke!

Karen was so kind and helpful. Property is gorgeous and the new amenities they added and are adding are so nice. Great customer service, grounds were clean, it felt like a nice area, and I can’t wait to move forward!

Great community

This is a great community nestled in the perfect area. I toured here with my family member who is looking and when my lease is up I am going to consider moving in. I love the pool, it's so pretty!! There is even a fire pit at it.

Definitely recommend!

I recently moved in and have loved the entire experience. The office staff was so helpful during the application process, the move in was quick and my apartment was amazing! So far I have had a few maintenance issues and they respond so quickly and take the time to explain what is going. I would definitely recommend living here.

Friendliest people around!

The entire team at IMT Ahwatukee are so helpful and friendly! They go above and beyond taking care of requests and whenever I go in the office the ladies are so friendly. The community always looks well kept and they are so quick to fix anything around the community.

IMT Ahwatukee is my home

I lived here at IMT Ahwatukee last year. I learned that my 7 year old twin granddaughter had Neoblastoma (cancer) I really loved the staff and the community, I truly called this my home. I had to leave this amazing community to go stay with my daughter and family to help them. The staff was so compassionate and understanding. My daughter and family has been able to handle the fight for their daughters life. I’m back here at IMT Ahwatukee, the place I call home.

Maintenance review

Had issues with the dishwasher not heating or cleaning dishes. Maintenance came and said it was the heating element and dishwasher needed to be replaced. They ordered dishwasher same day and installed it 2 days later. Maintenance was very friendly, nice and super efficient!

my teenage son and I have lived here approximately a year

We absolutely love the atmosphere. The staff is amazing, every time we go to the office Madison greets us with a smile and helps with whatever question or problem we have. My dog Molly loves all the girls in the office, especially Melissa, who makes sure she gives extra love and treats each time we visit. They all make living here like family... I'm so glad we found this place when we did.

It's a great place to live

I just wanted to say THANK YOU for the new washer! I'll be putting it to good use. I'm thrilled that it's actually a new unit and not refurbished. Unfortunately it's a High Efficiency washer that barely puts any water in the washer basin. But I'm still thankful! I know how to get around that. I also wanted to let you know, the maintenance men were fantastic! Very respectful to me (as they always are) and even let me vacuum up under the units before they permanently placed them in position and finished installation. That was very nice of them. Very professional and quick. Had it set up in no time. The management team is awesome and always takes care of any problems that arise immediately. They're always smiling and outgoing. They're building a kiddie park right in the area that was just beautiful green grass and quiet. I chose this apt unit because of that. Now that quiet will be gone. That's very disappointing. Once again, thank you, your maintenance team and IMT Ahwatukee investors for providing us this new machine.

Great place!

Such a great place to live at. They are adding new amenities and I am so excited about it! The team is always very responsive and friendly. Maintenance always goes above and beyond and the grounds are very well kept. I would definitely recommend this place.

Nice two bedroom

My daughter and I looked here last week at a two bedroom for her and her roommates. We really like the area and the apt. It’s on the top of her list of contenders to choose from. Out of all the Apts she’s been looking at this has been the only place that even called to thank us for coming in.

Go anywhere else

The previous review summed that up well. Noisy “renovated” apartment. If you do not want to wake up at 6 am from the constant leaf blowers and construction, do not move here. The dog policy here is non existent, so many aggressive, loud dogs. The office staff is not helpful, the maintenance staff are good at breaking things and then fixing them (eventually) Overall, just no, do not move here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE

Nosiest place i have ever lived in. The workers are so annoying and I don’t feel like i have privacy here. The balconys suck, everybody can see you in your balcony its so exposing. They are always spying on you and im not lying…. The office also LIE about how “renovated” the apartments are while i have a washer that was made when my great grandmother was alive. I wouldn’t doubt it was hers. 2/10 living experience here, it is pricey too and it just sucks i feel like im in hell here. I wish they would let me out of my contract seriously. Save your money and take it somewhere else. PS: The manager is rude too, whatever her name is.

Great place to live

We have lived here for about a year and I witnessed the property shift between management under Sedona Ridge to IMT. The office staff are wonderful, particularly Mellissa, she is great. I have never had issues with maintenance, they are timely and easy to contact. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained and it’s very quiet despite being near a high way. I’ve never had issues with loud neighbors, so that’s nice too. We also just got our lease renewal and were happy to learn that our lease would only go up $40, which we didn’t expect. We were expecting it to go up at least $100 or more.

Look some where else before considering IMT Ahwatukee. This last year we all had huge gigantic rent increases. Property recently acquired in the last year and things have progressively gotten worse. The grass has died, getting maintenance to actually fix something does not exist. Imagine apartment flooded and no one can assist in timely matter. This has happened numerous time as they refuse fix things on first time. You pay your rent but they do not feel they need to repair things. Go some where the hassle is completely stressful and not worth it. So over it. The monthly community are a joke and not needed would prefer things to be repaired.
