I am so happy to call this place my new home!!!!

The second I walked into the office I was greeted by Laine who was beyond sweet and made the whole process so easy and welcoming! She took me on a tour and told me all about the amazing property! I immediately wanted to apply and live here and so happy I did! The whole staff in the office were amazing and have answered any questions I have had! The property is in an amazing location and is kept super clean!

Great Experience

Apartment hunting has always been a pain in the butt so I was nervous what I was going to experience going in. The process was so easy thanks to Lisette! Happy new home in Ahwatukee

I moved into my apartment after a property tour with Karen. I loved the meandering pathways, the spotless amenities, and the beautiful pools. Once I decided on the right apartment for me, I had the pleasure of meeting Brittany who made the leasing sign-up, and move in easy and convenient. My apartment had been recently renovated, and the new floors were lovely. When I had questions, the office staff (Madison & Lizette) answered them patiently and professionally. When little things came up, the maintenance staff was there promptly to address any issues. The community seems friendly and welcoming. I'm very happy with my decision to make IMT Ahwatukee my home in AZ!

Love living here!

Madison is very helpful and friendly. I am always greeted with a smile and the snacks in the office are a plus. Every time I come to the office with an issue (which is rare) it is always resolved in a timely manner. Thumbs up to Madison and IMT Ahwatukee team. I would recommend these apartments!

New place to call home

I’m thankful for my new comfortable and nice home! I was looking for it for so long. I’m a visual person. I need to come and see, and feel it! So I made a list of 30 different places. Out of 30 I took 12. IMT was 9th on the list! Wish I would came at first place here, it would save me a lot of time and gass! ?? I’ve with Karen! And I’m happy it was her! Excellent customer service

When I was looking for an Apartment July 2022. I came across IMT. When I contacted IMT I has such a great experience with them helping me. I was relocating from MN. I knew noboby in Phoenix. Since moving and living in my one bedroom apt. When ever I need assistance with anything. They are always kind and speedy. When 8 gave a question regarding anything. They are all great! Thank for having a great staff. The maintenance folks and person who picks up my trash is also fantastic. Nice place to live.

Perfect experience

Madison rogers helped myself and my daughter get Into our beautiful new apartment. She made this happen with little to no stress involved even allowed me to come down and help walk me thru certain things I didn't have a clue of doing. Thank u Madison rogers for being there for my daughter and myself when we needed you. Oh, it’s a great experience with the maintenance crew. Next day service usually always polite and friendly, clean up after themselves, which is a plus they don’t leave until the job is done! Called the office to report a broken drawer in the bathroom, and maintenance came out and fixed the drawer the next business day no questions asked. I have had a good experience with maintenance every time.

Very responsive maintenance and quick with efficiency. Community is safe and nice neighbors. Fun pickle ball court and nice pools. Highly recommend

Best Place To Live!

We have lived here for the last couple of years and would not want to live any place else. We just signed another year lease and I would like to give a shout out to Madison in the leasing office for always addressing any concerns we have had in a timely and professional manner. The community is kept beautifully and our pups love it here as well! Highly recommend living here!

Have been at IMT for a while now and I had to write a review because they are probably the friendliest management team I've ever worked with. I hope this doesnt seem like a fake review because Karen, Madison and Brittney are an aboslute pleasure to deal with, my dogs love them and the one maintenence issue I had so far was taken care of quickly. It reminds of the kind of service we used to get in Ahwatukee ten or fifteen years ago. Seriously. It is a relief to not have a leasing office that deliberately works against its own residents. I have been through literal hell and back with apartments in the Ahwatukee area. You have no idea. The level of customer service has dropped so low you would think we were in a damn third world country or something. My last place (Serafina) was so awful I had to ge the City of Phoenix neighborhood services division to come and inspect my unit because they were refusing to repair my broken air conditioner- after that I had to take them to small claims just to get them to drop all kinds of rediculous, made up move out charges. If you don't know how to deal with these places it can be a real nightmare, so be careful where you sign those papers. Again, I cant say enough good things about this place so far.
