The current management company is great. Grounds far better maintained. We have to move as soon as lease is up and may move sooner, though. Dogs are permitted to run free off leashes. We have complained numerous times Two weeks ago my wife was sitting on our patio and one dog chased a cat onto our patio, the dog gouged my wife's leg and damaged our screen door. The dog is still permited to be off lease. We keep our dog on a lease and double checked with city code enforcement but unfortunately dogs in this community are allowed to be off leashes.

The IMP staff has been incredibly helpful every step of the way. The ground are well maintained and the maintenance staff is very efficient. IMT Apartments is a quiet community and the other renters that I have met have been very friendly. I believe that I have made a good choice by moving to the this property.

I made the perfect decision to move into this amazing community. I love the staff and I have also met some of my neighbors, amazing people here at IMT Ahwatukee. Can’t wait for winter, the views are beautiful and close walking/hiking trails. The community has so much to offer and so does the surrounding neighborhood, lots of great restaurants and shopping, very convenient and easy access to Hwy 60 and Hwy10! Love calling this place my home??

My mother's stay here at Sedona Ridge has been nothing if not a disgusting display of a big corporation with heartless staff taking advantage of an elderly woman. My mother has had issue after issue in the 3 years she has lived at Sedona Ridge apartments but the final straw was when an employee of this complex knowingly CHAINED MY 72 YEAR OLD MOTHER in the apartment pool area. At 5:00. My mom was in the pool alone and a maintenance man came to close the pool citing the governor's order. My mom told him that the order called for 10 or less people in the pool and that it didn't start until 8PM anyway. He didn't continue to request that she leave so she finished her water aerobics and when she got out she found that he had put chains with padlocks on the gates and left her locked in there! We called the police and were able to get her out almost an hour later. Luckily she is home safe and didn't need medical attention. We filed a police report and the police did witness that all 3 gates to the pool area were locked when my mother was locked inside. The day after this incident an employee of the complex contacted my mother. Rather than apologizing or showing empathy, the employee denied responsibility and made excuses, claiming that the maintenance man did not know the third gate lock was broken. He then actually told my mother it was her fault she was locked in the pool area because she should have reported that the third gate lock had been broken (not by her) days before. The news reported the story about my mom (linked Below) and the management company of her apartment complex Sares-Regis Group released a completely bogus statement claiming they "investigated and found the allegations to be false" (even though the police had witnessed the gates being locked and the office employee admitted my mom had been locked in the pool by saying it was "her own fault". ?? If you value your health and safety, don't move to Sedona Ridge Apartments. Link to the video news story: https:// Link to the written news story : https://

If I could give 0 stars for staff I would. GARBAGE!! DO NOT LIVE HERE. Since the new ownership has taken oven it has been nothing but awful. The office staff is very rude whenever a problem is presented they get defensive and never own their faults. Water is always being turned off with out notice and water pressure is horrible. Trash service is a complete waste of money and it is mandatory with lease. Make sure anytime that you get communication from the office that it applies to you and not just certain residents. Can not wait to get out of this dump

I submitted an online application for a 6 month term. The website allows you to pick the lease term and displays the rent before you fill out the application and pay a $50 application fee. But, after I filled out the application and paid the fee, the leasing office refused to honor the application and demanded $200 more per month. I turned down the offer and requested them to refund the application fee which they refused to. Classic bait & switch. Shady business. Sares-regis, the management company that manages this property has a D- rating on BBB. Stay away.

Its been over a month and A/C still leaks and lets out a smell. I'm sure its mold as I have advised the office. They keep doing the same thing every time they come. Not bothering to check anything else. I would think after 4 times something else should be checked at this point. Not to mention your leasing agent had the nerve to tell me in order for it to stop leaking I need to adjust temp. Aside from the pool and jacuzzi issues I keep having that no one cares to address, I'm just over the repetitiveness of the issues I have had here. And just moved here in May from Georgia! Even after emailing management over a month ago I have yet to hear back. Not even an apology when I call office to complain, as if its the norm. I have already submitted a google review and will continue with other forums. No person wants to agree up to a 12 month contract if you will not meet your end of the agreement. Should this continue I consider it a violation of my lease and feel the right to break it given a 30-60 day notice with no consequence. I have documented all correspondences should there be any issues.By the way this is not the first survey I have filled out stating this.

Im just mad that my apartment flooded and they tried to blame me for all 4 apartments flooding but meanwhile other people were complaining of there apartments being flooded months before mine ever happened. And then they say mold wont grow on wood which yes it definitely can and when we moved to another Apartment they wouldnt transfer the lease they are making up pay way more in rent because its a different building ??? Its not even fully upgraded and the dryer keeps stopping 10 minutes after I start it. Overall I dont like the drama so I dont say anything that much when I should definitely be speaking up

Sedona Ridge is a great place to live! Close to everything - restaurants, shopping, bars, etc. It's a nice, quiet community on a somewhat hidden street just south of Elliot. I lived here from 2009 - 2013 originally, then decided to move back here in 2017, that's how great it is!

Just dont do it. We were shown and told what our apartment would look like. Not all wood floors like promised so be sure to see your actual unit. Had ant infestation which was disappointing to have to spend money first night on ant bait.

Its been great! I havent had any issues while living here. The staff is very responsive and completes service requests in a timely fashion. The pool area and pools are nice, the grounds are clean and well kept. Its quiet here, even with all the families with children. The staff is quick to send out alerts when there is suspicious activity, and do well at planning community socials.

the mangement team here is shady. they claim there is an HOA as a way to manipulate the residents. i never signed any HOA paperwork and was never given any notice that i would be subject to any HOA policies. then when i asked for a copy of the HOA guidelines the managment refused to send me a copy saying to ask them about any questions we may have.....THATS NOT HOW HOAs WORK! how can you expect people to follow guidleines they have never been given?! very DISHONEST and shady business practice. the complex is nice, but mangement is dishonest and will act confused and useless at the first questions you ask. be cautious when looking here, and ask about the "HOA". strange they come up with an HOA AFTER you already signed a lease.....

The location condition of the apartment is the best. The floor of the apartment is very thin. I would like to know if the inhabitants on the second floor knows that their own footsteps are making noise. Sometimes garbage is not collected even though we pay $ 25 a month to collect garbage. Tap water is not cold during the summer. As if warm water! Because there is a gap between the screen door and the window, insects come into the room.

Good so far. I like all of the green grass and trees they have on the grounds. Super convenient that my parking is right outside my door. And my neighbors are nice and quiet; barely even notice that they are here.

The property is very clean and comfortable. The maintenance responds on a timely manner. I am pleased with the cleanliness and quietness. My only concern is the plumbing concerns. I am pleased with the community and environment.

Live here for 1 year and I really love it. Very peaceful but maintenance needs to improve and trash fees need to stop. Also they are unessary fees. But other than that it’s a great place to live in. Very clean, quiet

Very positive, great location, beautifully maintained, good value, well managed. Only negative is the management of dogs. I think each owner should be required to take a class on proper dog obedience and manners.

i have lived at sedona ridge for almost 10 years and love it. the property is well maintained, maintenance concerns are addressed in a timely manner and, after a somewhat rocky start, the site management has figured it all out and is bringing the community together. the easy access to the highway, close availability of all types of shopping, the wide variety of restaurants within walking and driving distances and the surrounding neighborhoods all make sedona ridge the perfect place to call home.

Love the area and how closes the shopping center are. Only thing I didn’t enjoy were my upstairs neighbors. There created so much noise during the day and night. It was like they were wrestling are fighting. But overall love the conveniencey.

They get a service fee every month for what???? The cant figure it out by themself. Water shutdown is the biggest issue. I called in or showed up multiple times for certain problems at the office I'm tired off it. I will definitely move out. To expensive to for this what they called upgrade.

Landscaping and appearance is great. Area seems good so far, close to everything and haven't seen any safety/crime issues thus far. Apartment was nicer than others in price range, no maintenance problems thus far. Be aware when you move in you are required to pay 25$ a month for valet trash and there is no way to opt out, feels to me like a hidden fee. Other than that i have had a positive experience with management and they have gone the extra mile.

Have to babysit these people anytime you make a maintenance call. They sent over some old man who asked me what was wrong with the AC, I told him that it all of a sudden would not cool the APT down below 78 degrees and that I couldn't sleep. He kind of scoffed and said "well how cold do you want it??? its 110 degrees out now so it's not going to cool off the same way it did in the winter" I was so confused at this statement but it got worse when I told him I've always slept with it on 65 degrees. He tried to tell me at first that it "couldn't possibly ever get that low in the summer" and then after about a 5 minute argument he changed his story to "Well i never said it COULDN'T, I just said it wasn't designed to go that low" Obviously this is BEYOND --------. I've lived in apartments all over the valley and never heard such -------- in my life. ridiculous way of not wanting to have to pay to replace my broken air conditioner unit. He leaves without doing ANYTHING other than aiming a thermometer laser at my vents and saying "its blowing air that is cooler than ambient temperature so there is NOTHING else I can do" I ofcourse sent them immediate notification that I was going to hire my own people to come look at it, and that I would be using my Tenant Rights and taking the bill out of next months rent. As you can imagine, they were at my door the very next morning and came inside arguing with each other about what to do (they clearly had no idea) and eventually called their own air conditioner repairman in, who took about 5 minutes to declare that it was indeed broken and said the entire unit was junked and should have been replaced a long time ago. I could go on and on and on. This place sucks.
