I enjoy the peacefulness, and the queitness. I love that I can take my pet to potty with no worries. Every body seems to mind there own business. It's just so quiet I love it. The staffing seem to be very friendly and helpful. Overall I feel it's a nice place to live it's close to many different types of stores ect.

In the 7 years I have lived here, I have enjoyed this apartment and this complex, but recently I have noticed something which I never experienced before. Some nights the premises are completely dark, no porch lights, no lights on the grounds. When this occurs, I miss the security of the well-lit grounds and the porch lights.

Horrible experience. I have never seen a place literally go out of their way to harass their own residents the way that sedona ridge does. It's insane. I am currently dealing with a lawsuit with them regarding retaliation and harassment. They have tried everything to make me miserable including forwarding my private information to a 3rd party debt collector for repairs that they did to the plumbing in my NEIGHBORS APARTMENT!! This was all disputed but the stress and damage they have done to my personal life along with the money ive had to spend to protect myself the last year is hard to put a price on. These people are just downright bad. If you do move here be prepared to join a tenants union and have an attorney who specializes in this kind of stuff to advise you because without them behind me I wouldn't have known what to do when the bullying started. We have gone through 3 managers in a short time frame all of them downright NEGLIGENT and manipulative. They never last long. This includes the maintenence crew ALL OF WHICH has been replaced in just the last month. They all quit out of frustration for the very things I have listed here and they told all of us on the way out. Almost every employee that has worked here has leaked and talked trash on the management , I can remember when this was a regular side conversation i would have every time i would go in the office to check my mail and the main manager wasn't there, they would all spill the beans about how insane it is working for greystar since the switch and how negligent and impossible they are to deal with. It's utter madness. Last year they had to repaint the parking covers and just out of nowhere started TOWING our vehicles to other locations. Many of us thought our cars were stolen when awoke the next day to go to work only to find out that a 3rd party company was told by management to tow all of our vehicles. Mine was almost a mile away and I was late to work because of it. No one ever said anything about towing anything to any of us, they just rolled in like the mafia and did it unapologetically. The previous maintenance guy who just quit would regularly try to intimidate me and other residents when we put in repair orders and would never fix anything. I specifically complained to management about his bullying and asked that he not come to my APT anymore and they continued sending him over just to harass me Many of us have recorded phone calls and emails / texts to prove everything I am saying here. Please take this warning seriously. This place is worse than anything I have ever dealt with. Please go to the apartment yourself and talk to residents who have been here. they will tell you the truth. Look hard at these reviews it is not hard to spot the ones left by people who actually live here, and the ones that are fake accounts and dishonestly posted by sedona ridge and greystar to try and cover their tracks. One final word of advice is that if you do decide to move here despite all of the bad reviews- make sure you install a program on your smartphone that records all of your phonecalls, and you might consider doing the same for any in person conversations you have with the front office since they lie without shame and most of them quit and get replaced anyways Trust me you will be glad you did.

It's an average apartment. Outdated and things like paint and cabinets are poorly done, but that is standard for apartments. The pet policy is great and there are a lot of dogs around the complex. Maintenance requests are completed quickly, but are usually cheap fixes and sometimes 2nd request in necessary. I can hear my neighbors' bass, TV, plumbing, and talking through the walls. Overall it's not a bad place to live, but there is nothing special about it and I don't see Sedona Ridge making an effort to be anything more than average.

I do not trust the maintenence guys here. Two of them are nasty and they have some weird thing going on a side business running a chopshop and leaving used cars parked in our guest spots. They seem to attract ------ types. One of the residents was physically attacked earlier this week by another residents boyfriend there were 4 or 5 cops out there calling it some kind of hate crime Unprofessional. Lights are out all over the place. All they do is ride around on golf carts mean mugging

I've been living at Sedona Ridge for a few weeks now and wound up here because they were willing to give me a short term lease and had garages available. So far, so good. The apartment is nicer than your average apartment, but I'd say its a stretch to call it luxury. I haven't rented an apartment since about 2004, so I'm probably a bit spoiled when it comes to my living quarters. The flooring in the main living areas is really nice, the counter tops are formica, the kitchen appliances are in excellent condition, and the carpet in the , it wasn't brand new so I'd say the carpet is the weakest link in this place. If it were newer or nicer carpet and they had solid surface countertops then I'd say it's a luxury apartment. There were a few small issues when I moved in and the office had the maintenance guy fix them immediately. Some of the things he had to come back to take care of but even those things only took a few days. I had some ants when I first moved in but the pest control people came (they come by once a week, so just put in a request and they'll come by your unit the next time they're at the complex) and I haven't really seen any more. So overall, I'm pretty pleased with this place. I can hear neighbors coming and going and if the folks directly above me get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom the noise from the plumbing can wake me up - a common problem in ground floor units. But overall the folks in the community are friendly, quiet, decent people. The garage that I rented (only $75 a month, I'm using it to store stuff that won't fit in our apartment and it is soooo nice to have this option) is clean, dry, and private, and has a light in case I need to get in there at night. If you are renting a garage for parking, keep in mind that there is no garage door opener, you have to open and close it manually. There are a few kids in the complex but they tend to hang out around the front of the complex, near the office. I never see kids at my unit - I'm in the back by the garages. And really, there are only a handful of kids, most of the renters are young single professionals. I'd say on the whole, the noise level at this complex is better than average - it's rather quiet considering how many people actually live here. I've used the gym a few times and only once have there been other people in there and I didn't have to wait to use any of the equipment, though there may be times where you have to go to your second or third choice, as the gym is small and there are only two of each cardio machine. I have yet to use the pool, as the heated pool isn't kept warm enough for me to use in the winter. The clubhouse has wifi, but it is only open during the day so kind of useless to most of us. The office will take your packages, but you have to get there to pick them up before they close, luckily they're open on Saturdays. there anything else you might want to know? You have to pay tax on the rent, plus you get billed for water, sewer, trash, pest control, and trash valet service (not electric, you set that up yourself), so tack about $100 or so onto the quoted rent every month for all of that. I don't think those are unusual charges at large complexes like this but I was a bit surprised by it, as I'm used to ordering and paying for all of those services myself. I pay my monthly rent and other charges online - I have it set up to automatically deduct from my bank account on the first of every month so I don't have to worry about it, which I really appreciate. I'm only writing this review because some of the negative reviews around almost persuaded me not to rent here, but I drove around and talked to a few residents that I found outside and they changed my mind. I really don't know what negative reviewers are talking about, this is so far a nice place to live and I think my rent is very reasonable for what I'm getting. I think if you're considering renting a place, it's wise to try to talk to some of the residents (and not the ones that hang out around the office). You'll get a good feel for what residents think of the place and what kind of people actually live there. Personally, I'd recommend this community to any of my friends or family.

Sedona Ridge is an excellent apartment complex that offers a wide range of amenities both inside and outside. All of the features within the apartment are good quality and modern looking. The outdoor landscape is always well maintained and there are many amenities including 2 pools, volleyball court, tennis court, basketball court, gym, and a nice center in the office for meeting up with people and just relaxing outside of your apartment. It's a great location - wedged between a Safeway and the post office, making daily tasks more convenient. Also right off of I-10!

Noisy place. Pretty landscaping, terrible management and old buildings. You dont realize youve made a bad decision until youve signed those papers. The only thing they take of here is the outer appearance. Residents here are furious. We have an online community portal where other residents can post messages, and it is literally full of people complaining because management typically ignores emails. They are clearly leaving fake reviews here too. Look at these all 5 star ratings following every negative review. You can tell they are fake because the person doing it is an amateur. IF YOU WANT TO GET AN HONEST REVIEW, DRIVE THROUGH THE COMPLEX IN PERSON AND ASK ONE OF THE RESIDENTS. We will tell you the truth. Avoid. All of us who have been here pre greystar are jumping ship. Terrible management and shame on all of you in the office turning your back on your loyal customers the way you did in 2016.

Sedona Ridge is a pleasant place to live. The area is wonderful and everything is close by. The people in the community are friendly and everyone in the area has been friendly as well - it has a small town feel to it. The apartments themselves are nice and are reasonably priced. The valet trash service in super nice too.

I am warning you these good reviews you see below me are clearly fake and typed up by someone who works here. As i am writing this (1am) my neighbors are downstairs doing laundry, which causes my entire bedroom to hum and vibrate jolting me out of bed. If it isnt that, it is barking dogs or fighting neighbors. Once sun goes down you head EVERYTHING. There is no noise proofing here at all the buildings are super old . Dont move here it is like living in hell

This place is great! Friendly neighbors, staff that is responsible, and a great place to have dogs. The grounds layout makes a great place to walk your dogs, lots of grass, lots of trees, and plenty of pet stations. A great location, far enough from the interstate to not hear it, but close enough to jump on in less than a minute.

Sedona Ridge has proved to be a safe, quiet and friendly place to call home. The office staff and helpful and maintenance is normally taken care of within one day! Living alone these apartments have definitely met my expectations and I hope to call home for several more years.

This is a BAD review. Great location, buildings are in good shape, grounds are in pretty good shape, those are the goods. However, I was recently double charged on rent due to an issue I had with the online portal, and Sedona Ridge told me that they would not refund the unauthorized payment that was taken out of my account (stealing?). I proved that the reason they wouldn't refund me for 1 of the payments was inaccurate information, and they just stopped responding to me. So if you take the risk and do move here, this is the type of customer support you will receive. They have also had a string of car break-ins over the last 6 months and very few people clean up their dog's poop, so there's that too. I do my business based on the type of people I'm doing business with, and because of that I cannot recommend Sedona Ridge.

I was very impressed with the online maintenance form. The process was super easy and smooth. I also was amazed on how quickly the maintenence crew came over to fix the problem (less than 24 hours). I also appreciated the confirmation and follow up emails. Very thorough.

Personnel turnover has been excessive. We have been here through at least five different office teams as well as several maintenance crews. This office staff has not kept up on little things (the resident portal still lists prior employees) which seems negligent on their part. Things get great before and after visitors from corporate are here, but then they slip back again very soon. As I have stated, there just doesn't seem to be a sense of pride anymore. I was a rental/leasing agent for many years and know how important a good office staff is to any operation.

These apartments are horribly managed! I moved my 72-yr old mother there for a year and it was the worst experience ever. There were add-ons to the monthly rent such as the water bill, which is not based on your use, but the entire buildings use. She had a toilet that didn't work right and had to have maintenance in multiple times to fix it - I suppose they don't care about water leaks since the residents pay! When we moved her out, she was told by ---, the manager, she would get a refund for her deposit, but when she got the check it was only 1/3 of the amount she was told she would get. They claimed some bogus excuse about a management company change, but it's all BS. I'm a white-collar professional and deal with vendors and contracts all day long - this is by far some of the worst management I've ever seen. In addition, the upstairs neighbors threw cigarette butts down to ground and many landed on her patio. Management did nothing to address this issue either. We paid $200 more a month for her to live their because the apts seemed nicer than others in the area - save your money and don't live here. Not worth it at all! If I could give zero stars out of 5 I would!

greystar managment is horrible compared to equity or mark taylor. the sedona ridge property is clean and safe and quiet.however when there is bad management there is turn over of residents. the remodeled apartments are not worth the value when compared to a similar apartment.

Never would I ever sign a lease here again. The office staff are the rudest people I have ever come in contact with. If you have a problem don't bother calling to get it fixed all they will do is come in and cover it to make it look okay and the same problem with reoccure in a few days. They will act as tho they are doing you a favor to fix a problem that should of never been wrong in the first place. If you do decide to put a request in to get fixed soon spect to be put on a "list" and not have whatever fixed for a few weeks. And again the part will not be new it will be old so expect the same problem to re occur. They will also come up with any number to try and over charge you on your monthly lease. Look for hidden fees. They will not addmit they were wrong they will say they will do you a favor and take it off when the fee was never supposed to be on there. They said there would be minor construction by my door way and my front door was completely blocked for a few weeks with saw dust flying around my house.

Improvements could be made to the fixtures in the apartment, include a microwave and storage space besides the outdoor closet to put essential things such as blankets, towels, etc. The location is good which offsets the cons.

Sedona Ridge Apartments is indeed a pleasant compound to stay. The residents are mixed (which I do like)and the staff is very pleasant. The website shows you nice pictures of the units, however, seeing the building and the units gives you a very warm feeling.

I have lived here for about two years with my two dogs and cats. I wanted to write a review here after seeing complains below about the pool areas. I agree that they do need to take better care of the second pool ( i live right next to it and the jacuzzi thing is true...it is basically mildly warm and no one ever uses it) but having said that, i don't think it is the staffs fault. Julie and Pam have always been very nice to me and my animals, and the maintenance guys are as cool as can be. Really. These guys work hard and my intuition is that the owners (graystar) are not allowing them to fix the jacuzzi thing simply because it costs a lot more to keep it running properly and the complex itself has been undergoing some construction this year (repainting, roofing and a couple other things). I don't know exactly what it is, but i would not blame the office or maintenance staff. That is really the only bad thing i can say about this place. They take real good care of the landscaping and outer appearance, and customer service here is excellent, but a little more attention to the "inner" things like old fixtures and the second pool area would go a long way. There really isn't anything else to criticize here. You wont find a more pet friendly apt phoenix (at least i can't), and outside of the second pool area issues, the rest of the amenities are working as advertized. I'm not sure about posters issues with children running around but it doesn't seem that bad to me. just my opinion. Neighbors all seem very friendly to me but maybe thats because i have cute dogs. would recommend.

Sedona Ridge is def. the best Apartment living I've experienced in my 14 years in AZ. The rent is very reasonable esp. for the area. You are paying for the location., and you can get almost any errand or anything you need done in practically a one block-mile radius. I have had some after-hour maintenance needed (maybe a couple times in my 4 years of living here) and Anthony (in maintenance) has been incredible. He's gone out of his way to help. Kudos to him and the rest of the maintenance staff. The pool and grounds look awesome and well kept. The only noise that I had a little issue with, is not the neighbors. I've never had a problem with noise coming from the neighbors. The only hiccups that I had with noise is when they have had to work on the roof., and the pounding on the walls with upgrading the apartments once a neighbor had moved out. This only became an issue because I work the night shift (Sleep in the day), So this can be an issue anywhere. Otherwise their really isn't any reason to move.
