We have loved this complex since we moved in. The amenities are great and the staff are super helpful. If we dont choose to buy a house, we will definitely renew our lease. Whenever weve had any issues, management has worked with us incredibly fast.

Maintenance is very poor here. Weve made several requests for things to be fixed and should have been fixed prior to moving in. Maintenance has only fixed a few of them and hadnt been back to fix the rest.

So far so good. I still find little issues with the apartment from the last residents, but you are quick to resolve the issues. The dogs barking from the balconies is my main complaint. Its almost as if the owners cant hear the dog or just dont care

I've lived here since July 2021. My fellow residents are friendly and seem to watch out for each other in a way. Super dog friendly which I love as well as my dogs love. Community is close to everything you need. You can definately tell we are right on the edge of the Arcadia area.

It is very peaceful here. I dont see a lot of children in the complex. Im not sure if this is kid family friendly community but the animals are beautiful. I love my layout and my children love the community being gated with walk ways. We enjoy walking the complex and feeling safe and secured.

I have had a great experience here just was a little rough when I e had some loud neighbors above us but is to be expected sometimes. Love how clean the place stays and how nice the office staff always are! Keep up the good work.

All staff is knowledgeable & eager to help. Excellent service from all Ive talked to. Maintenance crew is thorough & quick to respond when a maintenance request is made. I am pleasantly surprised by the management & maintenance staff in their professional attitude & attention.

Water is out almost monthly due to “unscheduled leaks” but it happens continually without any type of permanent solutions. Residents are often notified after the water is shut off and told it will be fixed shortly, but last hours. At least supply water bottles or something?

Ive only been here a week but so far its been good. Neighbors do play their music kinda loud especially at night. But other than that it has been really good. Very safe and for the most part quiet community.

The community is in a high crime area. Rent is priced way too high to reflect the surrounding neighborhood and issues with security. The gate does very little to keep the riftraft out. Both my fiancee's and my car have been broken into several times. The community is somewhat clean (alot of dog poop but thats more other residences being lazy). Otherwise facilities except the dog park are clean and well maintained. The location cannot be beat which is why we put up with the high rent.

I would not recommend this community to others, mainly due to the surrounding neighborhoods and the lack of security where people are able to just roam in and out as they please. Apartments are okay but the sense of safety is just not felt here.

There are mush more racing cars on E McDowell Rd since the year 2020. They make the area very noisy. I understand, this is such a building constructions perhaps built from the cheap building materials.

DO NOT RENT HERE! Community wreaks of dog poop and trash, management is rude and unprofessional, they will scam you out of hidden move out costs and make up lies and refuse to send you documentation! Lucas is a horrible property manager Brianna is a liar! The gates are ALWAYS broken. Apartments are CHEAPLY made and overpriced. My dishwasher and toilet broke down every week! The gym is always dirty. The community next door is unsafe. My neighbors car was broken into!!!! I could go on and on

This community is not for the faint of heart. The property is nice, well kept, and the staff is very helpful, but physical safety and security are a concern. There have been 7 instances (that I am personally aware of) of people who have had bikes stolen or their vehicles broken into from 2020-2021. While I love my physical apartment, everything is convenient, well taken care of, and is conveniently located to most areas of the valley that I travel it is not the faint of heart. You need to be very aware of what is occurring in the parking area at all times. I have placed outward facing cameras from my bedroom window and patio door to record and alert of surveillance due to personal property theft.

My experience at this community has been overall good. There was one time where the gate wasnt working and some homeless people were sleeping outside of our apartment, but since theyve gotten the gate fixed its been a lot better.

Overall my experience here has been great. The staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance resolves issues quickly and efficiently. Upkeep of the complex could be improved. However, I believe that the residents contribute mostly to the complex's filth. The hallways are dirty, irresponsible dog owners don't pick up after their dogs, and the dumpsters are constantly overflowing.

To much crime in the area and in the complex. In my first year I have witnessed vehicle burglary, package theft, several instances of domestic abuse spill into the street, a gun being brandished, vagrants trespassing, and encountered 3 different stray pit bulls. Additionally, the obstacles in the dog park are a hazard and should be removed. Dogs often run into them, there isnt enough space. The waste bin the park should be moved to the opposite side away from where the residents sit and a dog wash tub/facility would be a huge improvement considering how muddy the park often gets.

The gate not functioning on Sunday morning early in the back is very inconvenient. Many residents work early and on weekdays and this is extremely inconvenient to backup and out while the back gate will not open. You are putting the property of those residents at risk that park on that street

I love living here. There are a few cons but its mostly the surrounding areas. Break-ins were an issue earlier in 2020. But I havent had any other issues. The complex next door can be rowdy, but what can we do about that lol? Nada. The complex and staff are dope though. Ill remain at this complex until I purchase a home in the Valley!
