It’s a good community. I have not had any problems with staff they are passionate, kind, and helpful. The only things we don’t like are that we have a loud neighbor upstairs and a few things that need to be fixed.

Lucas has been great and I’ve enjoyed working with him. I appreciate the extra time he spent ensuring my move in experience would be good. My only complaint is the noise factor, it’s extreme, even for an apartment. Lack of sleep is a lifestyle I cannot live with for the next year.

Residences at 4225 is a nice community with great apartments. I could hardly be happier with that aspect of my experience here. Maintenance service is pretty responsive as well. That said, it's in a bad neighborhood, and I've had property stolen from my patio.

My most recent concern is the people that has pets .. When they walk their dogs theres poop on the rocks. I have to keep an eye on what I'm stepping on at all times DAY and NIGHT because at 2 several occasions I and my visitors stepped on dog poops. 2nd: there's a teenager on the 2nd floor that has 2 huge dogs. On 3 occasions the dog almost hump on me and my visitors which was very scary... Dogs has leashes but it was loose enough that it came very close. We were unable to pass due to the dogs were blocking the way and towards where were standing and the owner don't seem to care. This needs to be address due to safety issue and cleanliness. Thank you,

I have been in this community long enough to watch it slowly detorioriate. Even with upgrades and occasional "dog park improvements." Definitely not a place to live if you have children. There is nothing you can safely access close by, park or green belt wise, to help break up the monotony of being couped up in an apartment. The residents haul --- through the complex and my child has almost been hit on three or four different occasions. Usually the remarks from the idiots who speed is some uneducated response to their bad choice. People let there dogs ---- and piss in the hallways or at the base of the stairs where you walk in and out. They leave the bags of poop (if they pick it up) on the ground, sometimes feet away from the trash can. I've found I typically have to have maintenance redo what they've already done. Have to admit the location valley wise is pretty convenient. The noise on the east side of the building is terrible from by the 2nd floor up. All of the 202 to 44th st and McDowell traffic races through this corridor and the sound resonates loudly. The surrounding area can be nice if you go north to Biltmore. There's a lot of shady characters outside of the complex, transients, drug addicts, etc. I have been forced to pull my firearm pulling in to the complex before. All in all, if you like peace in your life, probably not the best place. If you can tolerate mediocrity then this is the place for you! Can't wait to blow this popsicle stand at the end of this lease.

All in all it's a good experience and I will continue to live here as long as I stay in AZ and don't have the finances to buy my own home. I like the layout and location. I am continually frustrated with the dog poo that dog owners leave all over the hardscape. Ceiling fans and lights in halls could be updated and repaired for better air flow in the heat.

I have live at the Residences at 4225 for two years and in two different units (by choice) and have really enjoyed the environment. It’s easy to hop on the 202 and be anywhere in the valley in less then 30-45 minutes. At location to the freeway makes communiting to the city easy. They keep up the grounds very well and I’ve noticed maintenance on site in the early mornings making sure everything looks good. When things are brought to their attention, they respond quickly. One downfall is the surrounding environments which can at times be loud. In addition if you live in the southernmost buildings, you hear a lot of street traffic (students shouting at each other, cars racing through the streets ect.).

Great apartment complex! Wish I could move the complex and people to Gilbert with me. The surrounding apartments and schools are a little lower in standard; however, the people and staff are amazing! Loved the dog park and seeing all the dogs playing with one another.

The staff is always professional. Maintenance gets the job done when needed in a timely manner. Im like that the property is a very pet friendly community. I have never had any issues here and I would highly recommend this community to everyone looking for an apartment. My floor plan is unique and spacious. It is a quiet community with an awesome dog park and friendly neighbors.

I love this place so much. This place is the most peaceful wonderful apartment I have every lived at. The leasing staff actually cares about you as a person and wants to make sure you are comfortable and happy within the community. I wish circumstances were different and I didn't have to move because I would probably be at this apartment for a very long time. I have had awful experience with previous apartment buildings but the stass at 4225 gave me hope again! Plus the apartments are reasonably priced and spacious!! MOVE HERE!!!

I've lived here for 9 months and I've never had an issue with anything. There is never too much noise that I can't tune it out. The grounds are almost always clean. I never feel unsafe. Work orders are always done in a timely manner. I never have issues with the leasing office. Neighbors are mostly very friendly. Nearby transportation, if needed, as well as shopping and food. Super convenient to the 202. Those who have issues likely do not follow the guidelines they agreed to when they moved in. If you signed your acknowledgment that keycards or keyfobs would have a replacement fee if lost, then don't act all surprised when they charge you. If you don't pay your rent on time, don't expect the office to be delighted to see you when you walk in without payment. Sometimes the gates need maintenance, that's understandable. You're never going to live at a property that is 100%, 100% of the time. You live in an apartment and share your surroundings with many, many other people. If you don't want to hear them or see them, I suggest renting or buying a house.

Current resident here You know those pastil key cards that cost $2 to make?? Yeah, they only give you one, and if you lose it they charge you $51 for it. Also, you know those gate openers that cost $4 to make? Yeah, another $50 if you lose it. The trend here is they offer you affordable rent, but chop you at the knees with hidden costs. Those are just two examples that come to mind! I recommend you sign with a place that isn't trying to turn a profit with key card and remote replacements. Also, the lady who informed me of this couldn't offer an explanation other than repeating "yeah we charge $51". Greystar property management, you are better than this. Change your policy.

I've lived at Residences at 4225 for about a week now and I have to say i'm very happy. The grounds are well kept and everything is CLEAN which is VERY important to me. In addition, I love that it is a gated complex which is ease of mind for me The staff is very responsive and respectable. Every employee I've encountered walking about the complex were very nice and sincere, especially Brandon from the lease office who took the time to show me a mock up apartment and explained the different amenities and services offered here. I've shopped around for apartments for about two weeks and felt very comfortable and welcoming here. He definitely made my decision in signing a lease easier. I come from a service back ground so I do appreciate great service.

My roommate and I are are new to Phoenix from the east coast and stumbled upon Forty two 25 by accident. After speaking with the lease agent Brandon, we knew right off the bat we would like to live there. We explained our situation about needing to move in ASAP. He was extremely courious and sounded so pleasant over the phone. He answered all of our questions even prior to arriving to view the apartments. Sure enough we saw the apartment and signed a lease the Same day. Brandon lived up to his words and was able to get us in a beautiful 2BR 2 bath apartment. Brandon was both professional and personable. Absolutely positive experience and will definitely recommend our colleagues to Brandon.

I'm new to to the community but have to say from day one my experience with the staff and property have been nothing but exceptional! I moved to the valley about six months ago and lived mostly in corporate housing and had the opportunity to have an extensive look about the entire valley, looking for a neighborhood or community to call home. In the months prior to choosing 4225 I visited and toured no less than 15 properties valley wide after looking at at least a hundred online and I would challenge anyone to find a better value for their money than Residences at 4225. I do my due diligence and then some, and I'm very happy to have found my new home. No place I visited has a more professional, nor kinder staff. I had a lot of questions on my initial visit and they had the answers, they new the property, the neighborhood, obviously had experience and training. They were sincere and honest and cared about this community which showed and I appreciate that tremendously. I met many staff members of properties over the months while looking for my new home and 4225's staff is definitely top shelf. And I have to say, though I'm new, my experience with the maintenance crew has been a very good experience as well. My apartment on move in looked very good but on close examination I found just a couple of minor things and they were taken care of immediately. I was actually shocked at how fast something happened, let me describe the incident. While bringing in my new furniture I thought the delivery crew had scraped and marked the front door, in fact I'm certain they did because I really liked the color and had looked at it closely prior to the furniture coming in. It just so happened one of the maintenance crew was going by my unit, and I kid you not, within 15 minutes my front door had a new coat of paint on it! So far absolutely the best crew on property I have ever dealt with, EVER! I have dealt with many crews that comes from no less than 8 years of traveling and moving due to life style and a career that demands these changes. Weather it be corporate short term rentals or longer term apartments, some may have been as good, but non better. I have a two bedroom two bathroom unit built with solid quality, thoughtful design and something very important to me, size. EVERY friend I have had over has said something along the lines of "Wow, great apartment!." I do believe I might be able to cash in on the $200 buck referral incentive for friends program they have, hope so anyway. Not that I have used them yet, but I really appreciate that the pool and gym are open 24/7. They have a security guard that walks the grounds and I do feel safe regarding my person and property. I shop at Trader Joes and Whole Foods, both less than ten minutes away. In addition there are a couple of nice alternative grocery stores even closer that I am finding as interesting places to shop that are just a street light or two from the front gate. But most importantly to my heart, I'm a dog person and NO property supports dogs in a better nor safer ways than 4225. Actually I have to mention more about this because it's so very important to me and my doggie. There is a dog park onsite that is a very nice size and really kicks ---! And no less than 5 pottie stations around the property that provide bags and safe sanitary clean places to put the poop and they are kept clean. No other property I visited supports our canine friends to this degree, in fact I didn't see any even in this ballpark. The only thing that isn't great is I can hear some footsteps from the unit above me. But it's somewhat muffled, and considering they have two kids it's not so bad. It's really my only thought of the apartment not being 100% knocking it down to a mere 98%. If something doesn't go well I will update, but so far so good.

I gotta say that I love these apartments. I signed up for a year about eight months ago, and I've had no problems with my apartment or the staff. They are ALL very helpful and beyond friendly. Every time I visit they chat it up with me and they're just generally pleasant people. They do really cute things for the holidays like leave nice notes on your door and they'll throw nice pool parties. They always update you on anything that's going on on the property so you know what's going on. 10/10 for the staff! Maintenance is also really great. Any little issues I had with my apartment were solved within 72 hours, even if the priority was set to low. Never ever had an issue with that. You do get the rude tenants who'll sometimes play music too loud or parks like a serious ---------, but this is the city after all I guess. Happens everywhere. The gates are actually functional, so I've had zero problems with my car getting broken into. I'm also a female, and I feel more than safe living here. Never felt unsafe or creeped out by anyone here. I absolutely love my apartment. Also, the airport is about five minutes or so away which is REALLY cool since I have family that likes to visit from out of state. Overall, I'm very happy here! The complex is SOOO gorgeous. Would definitely recommend!

I currently live at the Residences and can say there are positives and negatives to the place. First, they say that this is a luxury apartment complex. I would have to disagree with that statement. Luxury is top of the line (stainless steel, granite counter tops, wood flooring, etc.). I would say Residences are average apartments, instead. I say this because there are black kitchen appliances; shallow kitchen sinks (drives me insane to wash pots/pans); linoleum bathroom flooring; cheap carpet flooring in bedrooms, living room, and dining room; vinyl wood plank flooring in kitchen and entry way; and laminate counter tops. *****I noticed on their website that they say they have hard wood floors and stainless steel appliances??? I sure don't have either. Now for the list of pros and cons. Pros: Gated community, fitness center, clean pool, covered parking for 1 car per apartment, two outside grills, maintenance staff is pretty good, tons of storage in apartment with walk-in closets, full size washer/dryer in unit, ceiling fans, window blinds, high ceilings, patio space, most of management is friendly, pets are allowed (breed restrictions are in place, however), crown molding, no bugs in apartment, double door locks, peep hole on door, pretty trees and shrubs that are well maintained on property, not too many screaming children running around, convenience to the 202, nice kitchen cabinets, and rent is a decent price for 2 people in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment. Cons: Fitness center equipment takes forever to be repaired/replaced when broken, tv's in fitness center don't work, sanitary wipes to wipe down equipment in fitness center is not stocked in a timely fashion (this is a MAJOR health hazard), rocks and entryways to stairs always smell like pee from the dogs, walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbors conversations or hear them walk by in the hallway, neighbors leave garbage in the hallways and around the property, sketchy neighborhood with sketchy apartments surrounding Residences and a very unattractive trailer park, police helicopters have been at or next to the complex at least 4 times chasing suspects since I have lived here, no hot tub with the pool area, pool area surface gets blasted hot so you have to run to the pool if you are barefoot, shallow kitchen sinks, shallow kitchen cabinets, cheap carpet that has paint stains on it from sloppy painters, linoleum in bathroom had tears in it when I moved in, painting job in apartment was pretty sloppy too. And lastly, one person gets an assigned covered parking spot, but I have had 3 different cars park in my assigned covered spot already. That is super annoying after coming home from a long day at work to find your spot has been taken by someone else. When you tell management, they just put a piece of paper on the persons vehicle telling them not to park there next time. Overall, I do not think I will renew my lease here. A major factor being that the neighborhood is not safe. The gated community doesn't keep the crooks out. I have had two people on two different occasions try to get into my apartment during the daytime. They were walking around checking if apartment doors were locked. Thank goodness mine were! Also, the police helicopter fly overs really freaked me out and I was so thankful I didn't live on the first floor. My car hasn't been broken into, but other people's cars have been. It is a fairly nice apartment located in a not nice area.

I have lived here for 7 months now and I love it! Yes the neighborhood is not very safe, however the property itself is quiet and clean. I often walk my dog late at night and I have never seen anyone wondering through our property since we have security on site during the night. The staff members are very friendly, I have always received the best service with everyone at the office. I love my floor plan and location. The neighbors stay quiet for the most part and there is always parking available. I love the amenities in my apartment and the quality of my appliances and apartment in general. The maintenance is also very friendly and quick to respond and fix any issues. The only thing we are missing here is a nice jacuzzi since we only have a pool, however the pool is at a good temperature and we have wifi and music at the pool which is open 24hrs. The gym is some what small, however all the equipment is in good condition and I have never seen it full of tenants. I definitely plan on renewing my lease next year is everything stays as is.

1. Rent is due on the 1st. If you pay on the 2nd you'll be assessed a $50 fee. 2. Leash law strictly enforced- Many German shepherds are walked off leash, because they are of superior breed and training. Too bad their owners aren't. 3. Feces are left for maintenance to pick up because, well, it's not the renters problem and they pay a pet rental. 4. Cars have been stolen. Apartments have been rumored to have been broken into. Cars DO get broken into. Rough characters frequently visit the property following cars in. Once in a while a few meth heads on bicycles poke around. - The gate is just an illusion of security. 5. It's loud. You can hear traffic all night long and anyone talking outside, regardless of floor level. There are loud parties in neighboring properties. 6. Residents and/or friends will frequently run the exit gate at speed and nearly run either you, your dog or into your car as you exit. You'll probably get flipped off and an ugly look for exiting properly. You'll know someone was casing the joint for cars when they sit at the entrance waiting for you to enter to get out. Also followed with ugly looks and chirping tires. 7. Carpets are pulled up when you move out. If you've used a rug washer or any type of cleaner including simply spilling water, you're buying the rug and/or the cleaning svc possibly both at a prorated amount. 8. yes the pipes are CPVC - To those complaining, you're not a plumber and must not know most houses and apartments are either cpvc or PEX. Grey piping is banned and split on a seam... NOTHING wrong with CPVC besides cost. 9. Trash diggers, lots of them. They sneak in the gates and dig through the trash cans with poles, kids and friends. It's a party. Hope you shred everything! 10. If it weren't for maintenance actually doing their jobs (maintenance IS excellent) the place would be a hot mess from residents leaving trash and pet feces everywhere. 11. It's the residents that make residences "bad". followed by a close 2nd on location. Combined its kind of a bad deal. Diamond in the rough for sure, although it is close to the airport. 12. Women tend to think it's not safe based on the people and area despite the clean appearance of the property. 13. Unless you bring them, there are no pests (mice, roaches, rats, bed bugs, spiders, whatever) 14, Gate hoppers. On all corners kids and adults alike jump the walls and use the property as a short cut to and from Mcdowell to belle view. 15. Sometimes it smells like weed. 16. Hall ways and stairs can have trash and dog urine. If making a decision, I would ask myself 1- Will I care if it is loud? 2- Do i care if my vehicle is robbed or vandalized? 3- Do i care who I live next to? 4- What kind of safety do I require? These are all just facts, not drawn from emotion. Everyone is different and while there may be similarities in reviews it's of course up to you and YOUR priorities. This property may be excellent for one and terrible for another. Be fair and do your own research. it's not like people are changing oil or engines in the parking lot, so that's a big plus. No cars on jack stands. Sometimes the local dealer leaves cute notes on your car telling you he wants to buy your car at a great (far below market value) price. He too sneaks in with his buddies in a pick up truck on lunch hour. Once in a while people people sneaking in run into the gates as they close and damage them. That's pretty cool. Oh, Oh .. oh. I forgot if you're ever out of toiletries or clothes.. misc random stereo junk, check outside the back gates. There's a permanent swap meet. Have fun kids

I typically don t take the time to write reviews, however this current situation was the catalyst, which prompted me to do so. Let me be clear, I am not a disgruntled resident. I actually enjoy the property, my unit and some of the amenities offered at the Residences at 4225. By way of history, on 3/1/2013, I moved into the community. The condition of the apartment was less than ready to be turned over to a new resident. There was dust covering the appliances, the ceiling fan cord was broke, the patio floor was stained and dirty and the carpet was covered with dust bunnies just to name a few. This told me that maintenance or the leasing staff failed to take the time to inspect the unit and make the proper corrections before releasing the unit to me. I contacted the Property Manager and Assistant Manager in the leasing office to alert them to all the issues with the unit. They proactively worked with their cleaning staff and maintenance teams to correct the issues. Fast-forward to 2/14/2014, which is when, I moved into a new unit. Considering that this property is presented as a luxury high end complex I thought for sure, my new unit would be in pristine condition. Silly me, this unit was in worse condition than the first one. I was moving into an upgraded unit or so I thought. The new place had lights that were not working, huge grease stains on the master bedroom wall, a dented stainless steel refrigerator, a washing machine with dents and loose part, caulking in the master bath was dirty, counter tops were loose to name a few of the many issues with the new unit. All in all the apartment was not in any condition to be turned over to a new tenant. This tells me that the staff maintenance and leasing office staff are failing to do a walk thru before releasing units. One occurrence I can excuse, but a second unit in a piss poor condition just like the first one is unacceptable. I m not sure how whoever is charged with prepping these units or checking to make sure they are lease worthy is still gainfully employed. How can someone market themselves as a luxury high-end community but have so many issues? Mind you my rent is in excess of $1100 per month so one would think they would do a good job prepping and making sure the units are in excellent condition prior to releasing the keys. I again contacted the Property Manager the Assistant Manager by email and the majority of the issues were immediately corrected. However, maintenance had the audacity to suggest by written notice that I come by the office and pick up some touch up paint to remove the huge grease stain on the master bedroom wall. Once I move my bed this weekend I will be submitting another maintenance request in hopes that someone will do their job and correct an issue that should have been completed prior to allowing me to take possession of the unit. This reactive handling of issues is a first for me while living at several different communities throughout the valley. I take this time to talk a little bit about the dog park, this is a great amenity and I utilize it almost daily. However, since I have started using the dog park it is constantly muddy, which makes a whole lot of sense since we are all taking our dogs back into our units after visiting the dog park. This seemingly simple issue could be easily corrected if they just stop over watering the grass. Some residents who live in buildings close to the front report that the sprinklers come on several times throughout the night which confuses me because the grass in the dog park simply does not need that much watering given the constant standing stagnant water the layers the ground. I suspect they don t have issues with the mud and standing water because they can then bill their residents for the cost to replace the carpets just a sneaky suspicion though, no proof of this. My most recent issue occurred on 1/21/14 while I was attempting to exit the rear electronic gate. I was behind another vehicle that stopped so I in turn stopped. Mind you, my vehicle approached the gate track while it was fully open, this was not a case of let me beat the gate close or similar. My vehicle was stopped on the track and the gate begins closing and subsequently struck my vehicle. The community claims to have video surveillance on both the front and rear gates. I immediately reported the incident to the leasing office the same day it occurred. I was told they would review the tape and get back to me. After a few days without a response I sent a follow up inquiry. At that point, I was advised that no video footage existed around the time I claimed to have been exiting the gate. They even claimed to have parked another vehicle on the track and that the gate stayed open that time. It s impossible to replicate an event unless you are driving a car of similar weight and without stopping in or around the same area where my vehicle was stopped. Nonetheless, they claimed to have no video footage of the event. I secured two vehicle estimates and contacted the Property Manager to find out how my vehicle damages could be handled. After several days without a response, I contacted the communities Corporate office and was my call was routed the Director of Resident Relations. He responded to my telephone call timely but dealt with me in a rude manner as if I was bothering him. at the same time I was speaking to him I received a written email response from the leasing office. He regurgitated the same lame nonsense the office gave me about lack of video surveillance. Given that some time had passed since my report of the incident and subsequent follow up the office now advises that the video surveillance has been recorded over and that they only store footage for 30 days. Given an ongoing issue, this video surveillance should have been saved for review by judge/jury or myself should it progress that far. They are taking the stance that since no video evidence exists then they are not liable and even went so far as to suggest that the only evidence that exists about this incident is my word, which obviously they don't believe. I am going to venture to say that I think their position is wrong. I further feel they had an obligation not to destroy the video evidence that may have shown their gate striking my vehicle and the events leading up to the point of impact. I had two witnesses in my vehicle that will corroborate my story. Moreover, I have two current and prior residences that will attest to witnessing malfunctions with the gates while living at 4225. One of which had the gate malfunction in a similar fashion to when it struck my vehicle. For the office to allude to the fact that I am lying about the incident is what really makes my blood boil. I am a lot of things, but a liar is not one of them. All in all Residences at 4225 is an okay place to live. I would rate them a 6.5 on a 1-10 scale. Just know that the office will be reactive in handling every issue that is brought to their attention. Working proactively is not part of their normal operating procedures but rather taking a reactionary stance on almost every issue. I reference leases not being prepped for signature even though they have had months to do so as one example. Should you elect to move to this high-end luxury community, which some have referred to as a diamond in the rough, please know up front what you are getting into! The residents for the most part are pretty cool and the amenities serve their purposes. I like the community but just wish 4225 would take a little more pride in 1) handling resident issues and 2) the overall preparation of units before turning them over to the residents. ****Update to my review of 4/11/14** As of 4/25/2014 all of my unresolved issues outlined above with the community have been addressed to my complete satisfaction. Residences at 4225 has redeemed themselves with addressing all of my concerns.

My wife and I recently moved into the Residences at 4225. We have a great corner unit on the top floor. The quality of unit is excellent; featuring nice touches such as crown molding, 10 ft ceilings full sized tubs and double sinks. The management and leasing staff have been very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a centrally located place to live. Tempe is just 10 mins away and all outlying areas such as Chandler, Scottsdale and Glendale are no more than a half hour away (without traffic). The complex is quiet and clean. In my opinion the floor plans for the prices can't be beat by the competition in the the Phoenix area.

I have lived here for 1.5 years and renewed once. I will not be renewing again and it's only due to the location. I prefer to live in a more fitness-friendly area and not have the ------ in my backyard. My car insurance went up $400 a year by moving 3 miles from the Biltmore area. The apartments are nice and spacious but not luxury. The complex as a whole is fairly quiet but your peace will be dependent upon your upstairs neighbor. I never hear my next door neighbors but can hear every footstep of the apartment above me. The leasing agents rotate at least quarterly so I never make an effort to get to know any of them. The manager, Lorri, is great and friendly. The maintenance staff are friendly and for the most part, can fix the repair in one visit. Pros: Very pet friendly and the dog park is a great amenity. Parking seems ample (at least where my building is at). Community events held by leasing office. Security patrol at night. Generally quiet for being on a busy street. Cons: Rent is high for the quality Only 2 grills for the entire complex and they're either broken or always in use. Fitness room is tiny. Community Area is only open during office hours. Impossible to host friends unless no one has a day job. Concrete jungle, no grassy areas to relax on or have a BBQ. Noise complaints are not taken seriously unless you get the cops involved. Generally speaking, this is a great place to live and if the rent were lower, I'd consider staying longer term. Every complex has its pros and cons but it would be nice to live in a neighborhood where I could jog outside of my gates. I'd give this place a solid B-.

I moved into R@4225 in November of 2010.. That's right folks.. going on year 4! I just recently resigned my lease for another year! I'm truly glad to be in a community that I love! The entire staff at R@4225 are fantastic. The amount of courtesy from the office management to maintenance is impeccable! It's not often that an Apartment Complex has a team that wants to work on keeping an apartment structure as nice & running efficient as this one! The grounds are always well maintained, the pool area & club house & gym are always clean & kept up-to-date. Jon, head of maintenance, seems to know what he's doing & leads his team to do the same! (and yes, we know our Maintenance Crew by name). After living here for 3 years, time has taken a toll on my apartment.. but upon re-signing my lease, the approved my request for new carpet in the bedrooms as well as new vinyl floor in the bathroom. So nice!! They have even replaced the battery in my chirping smoke detector & change my air filters (I don't have a ladder, so this is so helpful). I love being close to the 202 & I-10. I have easy access to downtown-uptown-tempe-scottsdale.. no problem! Arcadia/Biltmore being minutes away has great local pubs & restaurants. On occasion the management will host a pool party, or food truck event in the parking lot, or just a ice-cream social in the Club House to get to know the staff & other residences. Pretty cool idea! I truly take pride in my apartment, even though I am only renting. So I appreciate that the Team at R@4225 take pride in this community!
