The hours for community use of gym etc. could be better...the front gates were broken for 3 months and the area isnt the best so that was an issue for me.The plus side is it is a decent looking apartment complex compared to others in a 1 mile radius and office staff is nice.

Very friendly so far. Everyone is very helpful and the community is quiet at night. I like how peaceful it is despite being in a not so great area of the neighborhood. I would highly recommend my friends to come and stay herep

Great apartments at an affordable price in a convenient, central location. Apartments are spacious and more affordable than many others in the Phoenix area. Close to tempe, Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix. Complex is pretty and well kept. I definitely feel I got my moneys worth.

Its been great. The grounds are clean And the staff is nice. The maintenance workers are very quick and efficient. And everyone that works here is so willing to go above and beyond and help you no matter what. The lighting is orange in the apartments but overall, a really great price for what you get.

This is a secure place that definitely comes with a lot of perks. Once you live here you will definitely become spoiled. I have lived here for at least three years and if I were to move it would definitely be a downgrade compared to this place. A bit pricey but with all the amenities that you have and how secure it is, it's worth it.

PLEASE ADVISE: They will take your deposit and try to charge you more. Slumlord galore, post everything and write down anything small or ridiculous. We cleaned that place to where the first walk through they said everything looked great.... then we get a damn bill in the mail for $180 plus them taking our $350, WTF?.... nevertheless this -------- apartment infected our ENTIRE FLOOR WITH BEDBUGS!!!! All they said was we needed to take our stuff out they came through for two weeks, putting us out and giving us zero compensation for our time and money to clean out our place twice for the ---- they infected us with.... DO NOT COME HERE. We gave them the benefit of the doubt but that management crew there consistently says different things and will lie to your face. Get bed bugs, get robbed, welcome to the slums.

Overall I've had a decent experience. The rent isn't too bad and things look great here. For the most part, when I've noticed issues they have been addressed. Although I have been too busy to get involved with community events put on by the complex, I think it's great that is a priority of the staff here. The only draw backs I'd say that I've had are this recent experience in trying to get my dishwasher fixed and the chaotic parking mess that occurred when the complex was having all the parking resurfaced.

Great place to live. Property manager is so kind and always willing to help solve any issues residents may have. Overall a really good place to live. Gym open 24/7. Gated community. Parking is sometimes an issue.

My experience at the community has been great. The most important part to me is the move-in experience, which was fantastic. Paulette was very attentive to detail when it came to relaying information about the floor plan. Ashley was so kind to walk me through the community to see all of the amenities. Upper management was kind and when it came to getting my lease and timely manner showing me they cared about my experience. And the maintenance staff is fantastic! The grounds are always very well-kept, and living near the dog park, the maintenance staff and the residence are so courteous. Thank you for all that you do

Rent has risen too quickly but the location & floor plan works for 2 young men. Internet is too slow and to have to option to choose providers would be good. People with dogs dont clean up after themselves & the dogs are noisy at times. Parking -more covered would be ideal at the price were paying. Better gym equipment would also be good

They do not control their tenants. People are blasting music at all hours of the day and night and they do nothing about it. Then when you move out, complete a walk through and they tell you everything is good, they will charge you later and then send you to collections. What is the point of a walk through if they won't tell you what you owe then. Horrible business habits.

I chose this complex for the dog park and the dog parent community is fantastic. Parking is great, the gates work, my unit is as great and everything works. Neighbors are considerate and very quiet. It's more than I was expecting!

Clean property, good tenant privacy and security, very friendly management staff, surprisingly quiet considering it's in the center of metro Phoenix, close to shopping, ASU campus, an elementary school across the street, hospitals, the downtown area and endless restaurant and entertainment venues. Its a short hop to Scottsdale and Tempe, and just 4 minutes to the free Phoenix Sky Train that whisks over to nearby Sky Harbor Airport. I have lived here car-free for 10 yrs. and have no problem with transportation - major bus routes are right at the corner, light rail, ride-sharing, biking, and walking are all convenient. Tenant units that are on the 2nd and 3rd floor east-facing are treated to postcard picturesque sunrises and views of the Papagos Park, Camelback Mountain and McDowell Peak Mountains every day!

I love the location and the great value - you get a lot more for your money than other comparable communities in the area. The staff are always friendly, helpful, hospitable and professional. But, the property seems dirty - not that it is littered with trash - but, like the entire property needs a good scrubbing and hose down. Everything is blanketed in a noticeable layer of dust and grime, the property smells of dog urine and feces, and there is bird droppings caked to walls, windows, and pavement. Plus, the landscaping needs attention. Despite all that I actually really like living here. I just wish it didn't feel so grimy.

It's been a great experience overall since moving in. Had a couple maintenance requests in the beginning, but they were taken care of promptly. There have been a couple times where there has been dog poop in some of the halls, but it's been cleaned up promptly. Other than that, overall cleanliness has been great. Good community overall.
