Quiet, clean & I love the lay out of the entire complex. I love sitting out on my balcony & the view of the street gives a downtown-y feel. The 24 hr gym I take full advantage of. I feel at home and safe always. Ive been here for 2 years and probably gonna resign for another year.

Just moved in but apartment is beautiful, environment is quiet and walls are solid. Super close to a lot of fun things to do and a good price for what you get. So much storage space in the apartment and there are a lot of unique layouts to choose from

I moved in in April. It is now almost July and I have had issues that the apartment manager knew was an issue before I even moved in still not handled. I have been extremely patient and at this point I will not be pushed to the side and not cared for. My electricity bill has been through the roof bc of how hot it is in my room due to maintenance messing my door up

The service team is very professional and ensures that you are happy with results. The front office has referred to me by name at times, which isnt always easy to do, showing the personal touch. Makes me feel like my business is important to them.

My experience has been poor to say the least. Response time on addressing issues within the apartment have been pretty sad. During our walk-through we made mention of items that needed addressing such as the baseboards, lights, patio blinds, microwave, and overall cleanliness, and response for resolution have been hit and miss. I've waited for a week now for a new microwave due to the current one not working, and issue still hasn't been resolved. Office is not on the same page with Maintenance team. 2nd bathroom was still dirty during walk through, and was promised that it would be cleaned before move in, which it wasn't. Very poor and disheartening experience.

Terrible place to stay. Crackheads outside. Trailer park next door. The rent goes up every year but the amenities dont improve. The grills at the pool were broken for 6 months without repair. I went to the pool today and one is broken again. My dishwasher has been broken and Ive called three times to get it fixed. The ladies in the front office refused to submit my maintenance request. Front office staff is rude and unprofessional.

Great place to live, and is in an area that is very close to surrounding restaurants, shops, and easy freeway access. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a place close to downtown, tempe & Scottsdale

Community is pretty but could be cleaner. There is poop everywhere all the time and the area arond the area always smells like dog pee. One time I counted the amount of feces I found from a walk from my apartment to the office and it was a total of 27!! If you are a community that caters to pet owners perhaps you should reinforce your policies. They only have one maintenance person for the entire complex. One time they sent a backup maintenance guy that came from another greystar community and the guy was there to fix a drawer and he came with no tools. He asked us for screwdriver, measuring tape and flashlight.

Great location on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Have lived here over 3.5 years. Large complex that feels homey, office staff knows me by name and is always friendly. Clean grounds and hallways. Maintenance requests always taken care of within 24 hours or less. Worry free living!

I've lived here over a year and my lease was up but I definitely am gonna stay. The people who live here are absolutely polite it's quit and chill and the staff is amazing if anything is wrong the maintenance man is here within hours I love it here !!!

From the first time we came for a tour the office staff was helpful,personable and understanding. When I had to fill out the application on line they helped me with that. There was a month from the time we signed our intent to move in till the actual move and more than once I stopped by the office to gain access to look st something or to take measurements. Ever since we moved in the staff and manager have gone above and beyond. So far as to wrapping a Christmas present that was left at the office. I knew it was for me but my boyfriend wasnt feeling well enough to pick it up. I stopped and just asked him to put it in a bag I had so I could not see where it came from. He wrapped it!!

General exterior maintenance has fallen off, not what it used to be, under building parking areas need regular attention. Interior hallways on 2nd & 3rd floors need more attention, 1st floor always looks good -- obviously for prospective new tenants.

It's overall not bad but we've had a few issues especially with the amenities. Like the dog park being too muddy, or the pool not being heated, or the fire pit thing not having propane. The other main issue we see a lot is the gates don't work sometimes.

Drug test your employees in the office and make sure they are not going home on there break (on property) to smoke or better yet buying drugs from residence on the property... Your company really needs to re-evaluate who you hire it can be a lawsuit later down the line

The staff here are great. They are very knowledgable about their job and are always happy to see us. I also love that they are so animal friendly and love visiting the office so that the staff can give a treat to my dog. The overall quality of the maintenance is good, and the apartment itself is great.

We were here for almost 3 years -- I really wish we could have stayed here longer, but we had some issues with pests (pigeon infestation) and neighbors with barking dogs that made us have to move on. The next complex we ended up in was a nightmare in comparison. We have lots of good memories of staying here, and the front office staff were superb in their flexibility and honesty. Don't even hesitate to consider this place, you'll enjoy it.

The garages are literally in the building, so for me it is right on the other side of my bedroom wall. People are noisy going in and out of their vehicles late at night - slamming doors, using remotes that honk when locking cars. The walls are already thin to begin with. Management is very responsive to noise complaints, but unfortunately many people don't respond. I've told them repeatedly that if they are going to have indoor parking next to a bedroom wall then they need to provide that space to the resident in the apartment to avoid noise issues. It's the car parking next to the wall that causes the biggest issue. This has been ignored. Also, the so-called gym is mediocre at best - a couple of poor quality treadmills, an elliptical, reclined bike, rower, some dumbbells, and some old machine equipment. All equipment is basic and outdated. Recently my rent has gone up over $50/per month, which is insane for this place. After being here 2 years, the management's response was that prices have gone up in the area. I call bs. I've looked around and the prices have not gone up that much. Given the plumbing and previous crime issues, there is no reason to raise rent that high. I'm already forced to pay more for renters' insurance since too many people have filed claims in this complex in the past.

Where do I begin? I had recently renewed my lease with this complex, upon renewing, it was pressured on you to sign the lease before you move in. How it was explained to me was that because I was transferring apartments, I would have to sign my new lease ALTHOUGH I HAD NOT SEEN IT, and if not, I was responsible for all fees because I was holding keys to 2 apartments. Being that I was pressured, I went ahead and signed the lease, not realizing that was my regret and mistake. About 3 weeks before moving into my new apartment, I had received custody of my nephew and needed to upgrade to a 3 bedroom, I was informed by Lucas (who was extremely rude and unprofessional at this time) that this was not possible. I was not given other options and was given the WORST customer service. After sending a lengthy email complaint to the manager, I was then followed up by Amanda with a solution. I was offered to transfer once a 3 bedroom had become available - reassuring me that no additional fees would occur. She informed me that she would notify me prior to placing it on the market. About 2 weeks ago, I went online and and saw that a 3bedroom was available. Immediately I attempted to reach out to Amanda via phone and email, no response, I then followed up a week later, assuming she was out of office...no response. Today I reached out and was informed she would call me back in a couple of mins, 45 mins past and no follow up, so I called. Amanda had once again went against her words and failed to follow through informing me that I could not transfer. I knew from the get go that she was not reliable and was telling me things to end the call. If I was . you all, I wouldn't lease here. Not only are the people in the leasing office RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL, but you also have a liar as a leasing manager. The grounds are rarely kept, they lie about having security, in the year in a half I have NEVER seen a security guard on grounds, they is dog feces everywhere you go, the trashcans overflow tremendously, especially at the back of the complex, they only manage the entry areas. You will walk out of your apartment and find homeless people lying in the hallways, when you inform front office, they advise you that this is our responsibility to call the local PD. I'm sorry, last time I checked, that is NOT my responsibility. I've literally had to call the PD 3 times since being in this complex. The halls smell like marijuana in the mornings when I am leaving for work and the evenings when I come home from work. For the amount you pay here, you could easily get better quality of care, amenities and customer service at another place that is around here, trust me when I say it. I got the "upgraded" model, which is a COMPLETE joke. How is my apartment an updated model when I have lime green walls that don't match anything?! Come to the community in the evenings, look at the population you see wondering around, all homeless. LACK of follow up and follow through! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Excellent community. Wish there was more state of the art security and tech-friendly units (ring doorbells and near thermostats). On the good side, never see bugs and very dog-friendly community. Parking is also good. Neighbors very friendly,/as is the staff!

I love the living at he community, the management is awesome the maintence crew is awesome and on top of their stuff if anything breaks. There is a few problems with noise but nothing that can’t be handled with the office. It is an apartment complex with 20-50’s so there is the party animals and the quiet neighbors. But over all I’d have to say an amazing complex

When we moved in they told us they open at 9 we get here with moving truck and people to help us and theres a note on the door saying in meeting will be back around 10. Fastforward 10 comes and still no one here, other residences have tried to come to the door too, very annoyed along with my sister and I. Half hour later they come to the door and apologize for whatever it was. The manager said she would get us a free pizza coupon for the way everything was handled -never got it. When we get into our apartment the carpet smelt like dog/cat urine. Just not a good starting experience with being here, with just moving in June 2018.

The overwhelming amount of dog poop is not only dangerous to other dogs but the smell and not being able to take your dog on a walk because people are so lazy to pick it up , it's the same poop that has been there since we moved in a month ago, maybe hire someone just for that task because it's not being taken care of.
