I have had another amazing year here at San Paulo. I am beyond pleased about the property. Accolades to the management team. Requel, Atiana and Brittany are on their triple AAA game. If I need help, they are on it. David and the rest of the maintenance team promptly responds to every request. No long wait times for things to be fixed, and if it is going to be longer than anticipated, you are notified immediately. They are on their game as well. I truly enjoy living here. The surrounding area is amazing. Everything you can want for is within walking distance. I would love to stay another year, if possible.

Veronica was absolutely incredible as a leasing agent. She followed up and was extremely transparent with the entire process. She was really the main factor for considering San Paulo as a top three must visit. Once I toured the property with her and saw the high ceilings, it was an easy choice.

The front of the office building is very nice, pool area is nice but it closes alot lately mountains all around very nice for the price we are paying my apartment should be more upgraded and be on a separate water meter.

Apartments are nice, updated except the bathrooms. If you want a quiet place this isn't the place. Traffic noise is super loud with a fire station down the street so constant fire trucks racing back and forth with sirens on.

It’s been pretty good. Really clean! Management has been a little picky and not understanding in some situations, but overall good community, clean and quiet and love how conveniently located it is to shopping and entertainment plazas.

My only big concern is the hideous trash containers where people leave furniture, mattresses, and bags of garbage on the ground. I am always embarrassed to have my family & friends come to visit - looks like the slums.

Well kept appearance inside and out. Great place to call home. Very secure and quiet. The amenities are open 24/7 making it accessible for the ones who work later hours. Easy portal to submit any repair request needed. Usually out that day. With Louis fixing the issue in a timely manner.

It's a good community. . . Very nice neighborhood and the person here are respectful. Quiet in the morning and throughout the day. Nice places to eat and food market very close. The schools here are nice schools. All the teachers are very nice

They often do no answer their phones. There is dog pup on the grounds, they need to remind tennants to pick up afther their pet. Remember the staff we are their customers. I have lived here since 2016 and I asked to change my parking spot for an empty one they refused and told me it was very complicated what I feel is that they didn't want to do the change. The staff need to be aware of the environment and if someone tells them about somethin that could be suspicious or dangerous they should at least check or drive by or walk by. Remember we your customer's are paying for a gated community.

San Paulo is a nice serene quiet community with access to hiking trails which is a huge plus nice pool and spa gated community. The neighbors are nice and management and maintenance are friendly and helpful.

Had i known the incompetence of the staff, lies and deceptions i would NEVER moved in. My bills are higher water, electricity, trash. Parking is horrible and the garages are for compact cars. Wasting water watering at the hottest times of the day.

From the staff to the apartment it is a 5 star. Washer and dryer are big ,dishwasher is quiet. The kitchen has plenty of storage space. Bathroom is big nice long vanity. Ceiling fan’s quiet and make it comfortable. The HVAC system totally quiet so nice for a change. Parking is included in the rent excellent point. You can’t beat the location. Outside the landscape and grounds are well kept.

Honestly from moving into a new apartment I expected it to be clean I expected to have fresh filters I expected they're not to be rat poop in the storage area. And whoever painted the last time between residents left so much paint on the drawers in the kitchen that they are difficult to open. Honestly this is a legitimately 3 out of five star apartment complex based on the living area. The management is quite friendly though. Midge is awesome.

The Staff is unprofessional and the Manager never got back to me on my move out charge , . They never answer the phones , It very unprofessional when maintenance comes in to take care of a minor problem and turns out that I couldn't use my dishwasher for 6 months. Washer wasn't fixed , just not a good situation.

I’ve had my ups and downs in the community I like it just wish we had more for the price we pay San melia for example around the same price and they have a massive gym and beach styled pool grills through out the community.

Community is very clean and well-maintained. Feels safe & secure, and is located in a great part of the valley. Staff are professional and curteous and I like that we have a secure mailroom with 24hour access to packages. Community has garages for some units, which is very nice. No pest issues whatsoever.
