Great place to live.
Tiffany made our renewal process incredibly smooth and stress?free. She’s always professional, patient, and genuinely committed to helping residents feel supported. Her communication is clear, timely, and thoughtful, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled the right way. We truly appreciate her dedication and the positive energy she brings to the community.

We’ve been working with Anna on getting moved into IMT Lowry since our apartment tour. She’s super knowledgeable, helpful, and personable! The property has been lovely so far and the staff is communicative and responsible. Shout out to Charlie for the additional warm welcome :)

shoutout to the maintenance crew
Joshua Ely does a great job maintaining the cleanliness of the property. He consistently stays on top of trash removal and helps keep the grounds looking neat and well cared for. He is reliable and takes his responsibilities seriously. You can count on him to make sure the common areas stay clean, which really contributes to a more comfortable living environment for everyone. Overall, his hard work and consistency do not go unnoticed. He plays an important role in keeping the property in good condition.

Great experience
We had a great experience moving onto our new home Tiffany was so nice and funny. It was like we had known her for years. She left a lasting impression on me and my boyfriend. We explored the area and it is so close to lots of shopping eating and museums without being in the center of the action I feel this is going to be a great fit for us.

We had a great move-in experience at IMT Lowry Apartment Homes thanks to Tiffany. The entire process from the application to move-in was smooth, easy, and stress-free. Anna offered personal connection in an AI business
While we ultimately didn’t rent there because of availability to meet our needs Anna gave us updates all along and answered every question as if she had not been asked that same thing a dozen times that day.

It was exciting to move in at IMT Lowry, Anna has been very helpful.
I like the neighborhood so far and the staff members are very helpful and friendly. Parking can be one of the biggest problems if you don't have a garage or reserved parking spot so one will have to figure that out.

Lived here for the past 2 years and am moving only due to work changes. I had a great experience! The staff at the front office, Tiffany and Charlie, were always quick to respond and very helpful answering any questions or issues I had and the maintenance team especially rocked! Shout out to Dimitri, Joseph S, and Dominic on the team. My maintenance requests never took longer than 2 days to be addressed and they were always super nice and helpful. Overall a really nice place to live and the staff makes it even better. Only thing I would caution people on is the walls are super thin, so take that into consideration if you're sensitive to noise!

“From Front Desk Coffee to Maintenance Heroes, This Team Delivers�
I can't say enough good things about Tiffany and the team here. From the moment you walk into the office, you are acknowledged even on the busiest days. Someone will smile, say hello, offer you a seat, and even ask if you would like coffee or water while you wait. That small level of care goes a long way and really makes you feel valued as a resident, not just another lease. Tiffany is truly the heart of the community. She is attentive, kind, and always willing to listen. She doesn't rush you, she follows up, and she genuinely wants to help. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and in making sure residents feel comfortable and supported. And let's talk about maintenance for a second those guys must run on coffee and superhero energy ??. They're always on the move, working hard, getting things fixed quickly, and still managing to be friendly while doing it. I swear every time I see them, they're either fixing something or heading to fix something else. Between Tiffany, the office staff, and the maintenance team, this place feels well-run, welcoming, and human. It refreshing to live somewhere where people actually care, and it shows every single day.

Extremely friendly stall loves working here
Living at this community has been a really positive experience. The property is always clean and well cared for, from the common areas to the landscaping, and it obvious the team takes pride in keeping everything in great shape. The amenities are a big plus and are consistently maintained, which makes day-to-day living more enjoyable. The staff truly sets this place apart. Everyone I interacted with has been helpful, courteous, and quick to respond. Tiffany deserves special recognition for her outstanding support she is approachable, attentive, and genuinely looks out for residents. She makes sure issues are handled promptly and always does so with a welcoming attitude. Overall, this is a well-managed community that feels comfortable and cared for. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, organized, and resident-focused place to call home.

Dakota & Joseph
I was visiting a girlfriend of mine who lived at this complex, and upon entering her home I seen that (whos names i later learned were) Dakota and Joseph were working on a couple issues in her bedroom and bathroom. They did not know that I had walked in so I stood back and listened as one would before making my presence known. I need to preface that this particular girlfriend of mine is an absolute stunner of a bombshell, and I was absolutely jaw dropped of how respectful they were of her and felt it absolutely necessary to give kudos to the professional manner in which they conducted themselves. Man to man it was just refreshing to know that there could be 2 of the most respectful maintenance men in the business working on that particular girlfriends needs. This is not a typical review, but these are absolutely worries that are brought up in today's world. Again, I'm greatful that there are still men out there that are just that...men. Men who respect the people they serve and the job that they perform. My hats off to these gentlemen!

Looking to move here
Went to visit this property since my previous encounters with IMT have been absolutely favorable to me. While out walking around and getting a feel for the place, a young gentleman named Dakota stopped and asked if I needed any help. He basically gave me a rundown of what was where and how the property was set up and I couldn't have been more impressed. He seemed like the type of gent that if I had him on my team I would be looking to move him into a higher role to lead my business into the future. Sharp, knowledgeable, and a great positive attitude. I dint know if IMT Lowry will be where I end up, but it is currently #1 on my list.

Tiffany is always such a pleasure to work with! She’s consistently helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. Anytime I have a maintenance request or need help with a package, she’s quick to respond and always handles things with a positive attitude. It’s clear she really cares about the residents and keeps everything running smoothly. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness — she makes living here a great experience!

The stairwell leading from the garage to my second level apartment experience water damage due to the failure of a hot water tank located on the third floor. The area had a musty smell due to the water infiltration. Portions of the drywall and within the stairwell had to be dried out, replaced and painted and the carpet on the steps cleaned. I spoke to Tiffany at the front service desk about the accident and resulting damage to the unit who quickly alerted maintenance staff about the issue. Dmitri was the maintenance staff person who coordinated the response by securing a drywall contractor to conduct necessary repairs, painting and cleaning the carpeted stairwell. They were also successful in eliminating the odor caused by the accident. I would like to express my gratitude to the two aforementioned IMT employees for their quick response and resolution of the problem. They took responsibility and initiative. My interaction and experience with customer support and maintenance personnel was outstanding and Lam very annreciative of their work

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS IN EVERY WAY
[Incentivized Review] Anna Tran is absolutely amazing! I was dealing with so many issues and honestly didn’t know where to start, but she stepped in and made everything simple, stress-free, and even enjoyable. She went way above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. You can tell she genuinely cares about her residents and takes pride in what she does. IMT Lowry is lucky to have her — people like Anna make all the difference! ??

Beautiful community with lots of amenities
Tiffany was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive during my tour. She paid close attention to my needs and asked great questions. She found two floor plans that will work for me. I would love to have Tiffany in the leasing office if I were a resident!

Great experience
I had a great tour at IMT Lowry with Tiffany. She was super friendly, patient, and really knew the property inside and out. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable the whole way through. The pool is the vibe!
First of all, the pool is like a resort! The office amenities are gorgeous too, total cafe/pub vibes! I can just find a cozy spot to hang out without being in my apartment. The whole staff is great! The leasing staff is always a pleasure when I come in. Charlie, Anna, Tiffany are so sweet. Greg is always helpful and Dakota is just the best! Joseph has been great too!

Great place
Had a great tour with Tiffany. She was funny and knew my needs before I did. The office was busy but she did not miss a beat the area is centrally located to my work and has a lot of things close by. I really loves the mature trees and it had a melo vibe.

Joshua does an outstanding job as groundskeeper. He’s thorough with trash pickup, leaving no litter behind, and consistently maintains dog stations—restocking bags, emptying bins, and keeping the area fresh. Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional.

Just moved into IMT Lowry and it already feels like home. Tiffany in leasing was awesome—super friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. The place looks great and has a really welcoming vibe. Definitely glad I chose to live here!
