We looked at 10 other complexes in the metro area, but decided on AMLI @ Lowry Estates because of the easy public transportation and it's close to bike trails. We didn't realize it was also walking distance to a great sports park and Lowry Beer Gardens! Bonus! Apartment itself is very nice, with great amenities and exceptionally helpful staff. Worked mostly with Megan, who's awesome! Administration-wise, I do wish they would spend less money on constantly changing lobby furnishings and landscape when they're not bad already. We would prefer the money be used to keep the rents in check.

I think AMLI at Lowry Estates is a great place to live! The staff have always been friendly and accommodating.The apartment was perfectly clean upon move in. The woman that lived in my apartment before me had two cats and i was worried the "cat smell" would remain, but there was zero trace that any animal had ever lived there before me. Any issues I have run across have been taken care of immediately. For example, the alarm next door was consistently beeping one day and I emailed the office and it was fixed within the same day. We use the hot tub all the time and the gym was recently renovated to include new equipment. The clubhouse is beautiful, there is even a pool table! The neighborhood is safe, clean and convenient. Parking has never been a problem for my guests. Nearby,there is a large park that boarders the complex with basketball courts, tennis courts, baseball fields and soccer fields, as well as a grocery store, dining and even a neighborhood Beer Garden to enjoy, all just a short walk away! The AC/heat, water heater, washer/dryer and dishwasher have all worked really well and my utility bill is usually pretty low. Also there are HUGE bathtubs to enjoy! My only complaint would be that my apartment is located on the outer permeter of the complex on a main road. The road noise can be a bit loud in the morning. But overall, AMLI at Lowry Estates is a wonderful place to live!

The area is nice, and it is a great location. Unfortunately the apartments look good from a distance, but when you get close, you see how cheap everything is. It has awful tacky countertops that should be granite. Also, some of my drawer knobs are mismatched ( you can really tell the difference). For the price you pay, I expect better. The grounds however are pretty nice and it's a great area.

There is absolutely NOTHING luxury about AMLI at Lowry. This was the worst living situation I have ever been in. Nothing ever worked right. We had someone in the townhouse almost every week to fix something. There was a dead animal in the attic that had chewed through wires and we were not able to get tv or internet upstairs and AMLI refused to admit there was a problem for almost 3 months. It was freezing downstairs due to poor insulation and too hot upstairs. carpets were dirty upon move in. toilets did not flush right.Black gook coming up from sinks that took them 5 times to finally get a deep cleaning on the pipes. garbage disposal and faucets needed to be replaced. Microwave was venting form inside. There is a ton more. On move out I cleaned and plugged every hole and have pictures to prove it. They charged me for new carpet and to clean the place (even though it was clean and they have to clean it for next person) I had the carpet cleaned 4 times n the 6 months I was there. What a SCAM they run. Every single family I knew that lived there was having the same horrible experience. I have no idea who these other people are that had "good" experiences.

I like living at AMLI at Lowry Estates because the management team is always courteous and professional. It is a clean and well maintained facility, with all the amenities that I would like in an apartment complex. Is is a great place to live!

Lowry Estates is a beautiful property. It's well-maintained and the grounds are wonderful. The management and leasing staff are stellar. They're professional, kind, and care about their property. Maintenance needs are met in a timely manner and the maintenance staff is courteous and knowledgable. The apartments are great, well-designed, and very nice inside.

Nice place to live. Well kept, great staff, convenient location. Fellow renters are nice and keep up after their pets. Fresh paint and roof added this year. Overall a nice complex. Even has a car wash and recycling.

AMLI at Lowry Estates has been a great interim living experience for us from the location near parks and shopping to the responsive and accommodating management team. Also, being frequent travelers, we love the ease of getting from here to DIA. We would definitely recommend this complex to friends or family.

Awesome set up as well as a nice area ; pretty quiet. If this appeals to you then this is a great option for you. The staff is great to work with always providing the help and assitace that is needed. The location is great and with necessities nearby, as well as a garage option so if you're like me and need one they have pretty nice garages

The management team of AMLI at Lowry are friendly and helpful. I've enjoyed my time here and appreciate their help. When I moved into my 2nd apartment they were quick to respond and replace old appliances with newer ones. They do what they can to make it comfortable.

We had a TERRIFIC leasing agent when moving here. She was very attentive and responsive and we very much appreciated her help with our cross-country move. We leased without seeing the unit first, but she took pictures and answered any questions we had. The unit and the community is better than we hoped for! We'll be here for a while :)

Everything has been wonderful. I've lived in 2 apartments here and have never had any issues. The walls are very thick; I've never heard so much as a peep from any neighboring apartments. Management is very friendly.

Well-kept grounds. Great appearance of apartments. Staff seems to be helpful and responsive. Apartment finishes are nice and the bathroom is large with great counter space. Could use more parking spaces or assigned parking for one vehicle in reasonably close proximity to each apartment.

I have been living at AMLI Estates in Lowry for about 2 months. I am new to Denver and I am so happy that this place is my first home here. GREAT amenities and a very convenient location--not INSIDe the city, but DEF. NOT a hike.

initially I thought the complex was very expensive, but now that I've been here a little over a month, I feel the money is worth it. The facility is very nice, clean, dog and family friendly. Management is very polite and helpful on the phone.

I LOVE the apartment layout, patio and attached garage! The grounds are beautiful and love the proximity to parks, town center and work. I wish I could buy this place! The staff is very friendly and the residents so far are the same. I like the dog friendliness as well. I do not have any complaints and would recommend this place to a friend!

The complex is very attractive, with nice amenities. The location is perfect, with the large Lowry Sports Park adjacent, and the shopping center in Lowry very convenient. The staff in the leasing office is very helpful. However, there were several issues during our move-in, with the apartment being barely cleaned, sloppy paintwork and several maintenance issues (no water hooked up to the dishwasher, ice machine broken in freezer). It required several hours of thorough cleaning on our part upon move-in. The maintenance issues were eventually addressed, though it took several days. At this point, with the above issues sorted out, we are happy in our apartment and the community overall.

My husband and I moved from Illinois to Colorado and we were not going to be able to visit and check out the apartments beforehand. I did research and got opinions, and AMLI came highly recommended. I knew people in Illinois who had rented through AMLI and were very happy. I trusted the name and felt more comfortable going with a bigger rental community that had many locations. We weren't disappointed. We love the neighborhood and how close we are to DIA since family flies in frequently. Unfortunately we have to move to another apartment complex that is closer to work, but are sad we can't stay renting at AMLI at Lowry Estates.

I have been living here for one month, overall is a quiet complex, well maintained and in a nice area. However I do not feel really excited about amenities, the pool is not well maintained and the interiors of my apartment are old.

I have been very pleased with my living experience at AMLI. We have two dogs and AMLI is very dog friendly! The location is great because it backs up to Lowry Sports Park and provides easy to access athletic courts and running trails. The amenities on-site are very convenient. I love the trash valet and use the gym almost daily! The apartments are quiet and I never hear my neighbors. The staff is friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend AMLI!

I moved in site unseen and it couldn't have been better. I love all the windows and the beautiful view. The management is sweet and caring and the grounds are well kept. The security officer does nightly tours which makes me feel very safe.

I'm enjoying my stay here at AMLI Lowry Estates. I'm looking forward to visiting the pool and other amenities it has to offer. I would especially like to visit the movie room to see what the ecoustics are like.
