Improper Entry to Unit
Go ahead and move here if you want employees to insist on entering your apartment with or without your permission. Made a maintenance request (two separate incidents on two different dates) and no heads up or anything, just a call that they’re walking to my place. Oh… not home? They’ll just come on in. Despite being told multiple times to NEVER enter my apartment without my permission, they constantly show up at the last second saying “oh, we called.” Nope…. I work at night so DUH, ringer off. I’ve lived here 7 weeks and I’ve never had a landlord enter, or TRY to enter my HOME so many times before in my life. COMBINED. And the place is garbage, maintenance is terrible. It looks pretty on the outside, but creaky squeaky floors, uneven flooring, poorly patched prior water damage etc. Don’t move here

Had a great walk thru and am considering moving in
We toured the place with Andrea and could not have been more impressed...Once we saw everything that was offered it did soften the price a little bit for the wife and I. Hope to get one of the places when we move out here in a few months.

Great Experience!
I have enjoyed my stay so far here at imt lowry. Anna Tran was wonderful in my move to imt lowry. She was so gracious and helpful. With excellent follow up skills. She made my transition here very smooth. Thanks again Anna! You rock!

Wonderful Staff
This apartment complex has been the best place I have ever lived at. The front office is kind and friendly. The complex is generally clean and the complex is very nice. But the best part of this apartment by far is this maintenance staff. This is the most responsive, professional and helpful maintenance staff I've ever had the pleasure to have. They are amazing and usually the work orders are completed quickly and done effectively. The only critique I can give is the limited parking only exacerbated by them reserving a few uncovered spaces as well. It's the only reason I'm giving this complex I less star.

A hidden gem!
The entire staff is great to work with. I’ve lived here for many years and just signed a lease for another year. So many amenities along with great restaurants in walking distance. My dog and I love the giant backyard (Lowry sports Park)

So amazing
Amazing staff amazing energy. Anna was very helpful and help me a lot get things together. Also the property is neat and amazing…. My family & I love it here…. Everyone have such a wonderful attitude. EVERYONE NEED A RAISE ASAP…!!!! AND WAT ARE YALL WAITING ON HURRY UP AND MOVE HERE DONT BE SHY ??

Josh is Amazing!
Wow I can't believe my eyes the grounds are so beautiful. We were just here looking at apartments. Never have we seen such a clean outside area and polite people on it! Thank you so much Josh. Nice to see such a hard working young man! Five out of five stars give this man a raise! ?

Maintenance
Dimitri Miller came to my apartment to check the ice maker which was not working at all. After checking all the parts of the ice maker and the fridge he immediately knew what was wrong and he fixed it. I am happy to know that maintenance people know their job quite well. Many thanks

Fun Events, Clean and Gorgeous Property!
There are events hosted every now and then, and I went to one a bit ago. It had a whole free Chipotle buffet and even a raffle! I want to express how grateful I am not only to have won my first raffle ever, but also how cool that event was in the first place! Charlie and Andrea are so sweet and wonderful, and both of them were so accommodating and helpful with everything involving that event and future ones. I’m super excited for more, and living here has been soooo nice (I’ve been here since March this year)! Thank you guys!

Super responsive!
What a pleasant surprise! I just moved in, and my washer was getting stuck in between cycles. At noon, I told Greg in the office, And by 4:30 pm, Dominic (with Jovan' help) had a brand new washer installed! He even offered to change the lightbulb in my laundry room!

Awesome team in the Leasing office!
I work in Corporate rentals and wanted to thank the entire IMT Lowry team for efficiently managing the property so that our members want to stay!! We have seven units at the property, and have one member who has been in the property 3 years, and three others who have been there nearly a year - which is FOREVER in our line of work! Thanks to the whole team for all you do to support us, from dealing with sometimes difficult members, to my many calls and sometimes asinine questions, to the maintenance team who responds so quickly, and even being so proactive about the lease renewals. A special shout out to Amanda and Rebekah who always go above and beyond to take care of me and all our guests! This is a NOTICEABLY different level of service than we receive from many properties, and I wanted you to know it does not go unnoticed!

I've always had a great experience with imt.
My wife and I have applied for the Waitlist her at imt Lowry and are waiting to find our place! Peyton made this entire process so wonderful. The community itself is beautiful, well kemp, quiet, and what we have seen interior is equally so. The best part has been the communication, fast and reliable, plus comprehensive. I felt that Peyton really cared about me and my needs, was a great listener, and is working hard to find the right place for me and my family here at imt. The price points are a bit higher than the surrounding availability and it is hard to say whether the units would be worth the extra, however, the peace of mind from the application process and experience with the staff has been top-notch.

Once again, I find it incumbent to recount a tale of most excellent service, involving the esteemed Johnny and his worthy comrade, Dominick. Their task was not to replace, but to breathe new life into the diligent water nymph of my kitchen, the oft-used dishwasher. The stage for this act was set within the walls of my humble dwelling, where the faithful dishwasher - a silent, tireless worker - had faltered. Enter Johnny, a seasoned knight in the realm of domestic appliances, and Dominick, his trusted squire in this noble endeavour. Their arrival was as punctual as the ticking of a well-oiled clock, their mien professional, their spirits filled with unyielding determination. They approached the ailing appliance not as conquerors, but as healers, their tools wielded with the precision of a surgeon's scalpel. Expertly navigating the intricate labyrinth of pipes and wires, Johnny and Dominick embarked on their restorative journey. Their task was complex, yet they confronted it with a grace and composure that would have made the Bard himself nod in approval. The old servant was treated with the gentle care of a nurturing parent, its ailments diagnosed with perceptive eyes and deft hands. Then, under the skilled ministrations of Johnny and Dominick, the dishwasher began its transformation. Piece by piece, bit by bit, they nursed it back to health, their meticulous efforts resulting in a rebirth of the faithful servant. The final touches bore the signature of their commitment - a dishwasher revived, its vigour restored. They left no trace of their presence, save for the humming of the now healthy appliance. Maintenance is top notch
I would like to preface this review with the fact that literally every employee I’ve interacted with on this staff is absolutely amazing. I haven’t lived in an apartment with this level of service in probably 10+ years. Every time I call the front office, they immediately help me with whatever’s going on. Today, I had someone come fix my garbage disposal (totally didn’t get your name dude, but you were great). A little bit later, my toilet got clogged. I tried to deal with it myself for a few hours and finally called the office back. The issue was fixed within 30 minutes, thanks to Johnny (& Rebecca from the office who got the request sent immediately). Johnny was friendly, knowledgeable & prepared to fix my issue. 10/10. Additionally, Amanda and everyone else in the front office are always super duper helpful and just pleasant to interact with. IMT Lowry for the win, for sure ??

Awesome place to live!
We have had an excellent experience living at IMT Lowry. The maintenance staff is wonderful and always responds to calls very quickly (usually within a day). Johnny, in particular is so kind and helpful!

Light issues
Johnny and Jr came today to help with a coulle of light fixtures. They found a leak from the apartment above ours that seeped into the light in our foyer. They were quick enough to deduce the problem safely and offered a plan on fixing the issue. Very professional.

Maintenance done quickly.
I placed a maintenance ticket and in less than 24 hours it’s been taken care of. I needed to replace the HVAC air filter, and also fix the pantry door. Junior and Dominic were both very friendly and fixed both issues in a timely manner.

NOT luxury apartments
I have been in an apartment at IMT Lowry for 6 weeks and my experience has been AWFUL. Once I signed the paperwork and received the keys to my apartment most of the staff ghosted me. The salesperson told me a bunch of things that aren’t true - like the only difference between a non-remodeled apartment and a remodeled one is that the appliances are white and the countertops are laminate. My apartment is in horrible condition and in all this time maintenance has only stopped by once, promised to return and fix more things (they only fixed a couple of things from a very long list) but they never came back and it’s been 2 weeks since then. Don’t believe anything they don’t put in a signed agreement.

The Maintenance crew is great! Johnny in particular is always extremely helpful with such a positive and warm attitude! The maintenance request is always taken care of quickly and the job is done right.

Finally…. I found a property and property management team that works! And I am picky! Since they took ever the property is cleaner and brighter with all new paint! The team is responsive and friendly! Thanks IMT team!

Poor, unresponsive management
I thought I was in good hands when I chose IMT Lowry as my next long-term rental home, but ultimately I realized I was fooled by the appearance and amenities of the apartment complex. While the customer service I received by one employee for move-in was decent, I felt abandoned by the office employees soon after I signed the contract as they seemed to no longer attempt to exemplify their motto, "Putting You First." About a month after moving in, the defects I had inherited with this apartment unit have yet to be repaired. Mind you, these are basic features that should have been fixed before someone moved in, especially considering the fact that this unit is advertised as "renovated" and is therefore more expensive--what is the point of renovation if outlets and lighting do not work? I was reassured that the maintenance team would address the problems in a timely manner. However, weeks go by, and each time I contact the staff, I am met with hand-waving non-answers that just delay solutions or dismiss my concerns. Now I am stuck, frustrated, in this apartment complex with management that does not have our backs. So I advise anyone considering IMT Lowry to consider other options.

Incompetent Leasing Staff
My boyfriend lives here and has horrible experiences with the leasing office. I parked my car in front of leasing office and left it over night. After looking for it in the morning I went into the leasing office to find out they had towed it to do construction! There were no signs in the area to inform me not to park there! I had to pay $400 to get my car out of impound. When I went to leasing office to ask them to reimburse for towing they wouldn’t take any responsibility for not putting signs up that vehicles would be towed. ------ operation. Leasing staff -----. There are much better apartments in Denver. Boyfriend will be ending lease in a few months. It’s too bad the staff sucks because Lowry is a very nice area.

I have lived here for over 15 years, but never had a problem. I LUV IT!.
In all the years here(20+yrs), I obviously love all they have to offer and service requests ,ETC. I would never consider moving. The grounds are kept well, very friendly staff, amenities, etc. Very peaceful community, and security at it's best!!!
