Fantastic Move-In Experience at IMT Lowry!
From the moment I first toured IMT Lowry, I knew I'd found something special. The property is beautifully maintained, with modern amenities and a welcoming atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. A huge shoutout to Tiffany, she made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine kindness stood out. She was always available to answer questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect before I moved in. The apartment itself was spotless and exactly as promised. I appreciated how organized everything was on move-in day, and its clear the team takes pride in making residents feel valued. If you are considering IMT Lowry, I highly recommend it. Great location, great team, and a great place to call home!

Looks great here!
Love living at IMT Lowry! ?Just wanted to give a huge shout-out to our groundskeeper, Josh. The guy is seriously on top of it. The whole property always looks great, and you can tell he puts in a ton of effort. ?As a resident, I really appreciate the little things that make a big difference. The dog stations are always clean and stocked, which is a huge relief for anyone with a pet. The pool is also always sparkling clean, which makes it a perfect spot to hang out when the weather's nice. ?Big thanks to Josh for making this such a great place to live. It's the kind of stuff you notice and really appreciate.

Great tour with Anna
We toured with Anna a little bit ago and she was very helpful and showed up the best apartment for us. The community itself was beautiful but Anna really sold us on everything, she was so nice and did an amazing tour!

Warm, Professional and Incredibly Friendly
Tiffany was amazing to work with over the phone while I searched from out of state. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, answering all my questions and clearly explaining the community and floor plans. She made me feel confident and excited about moving here!!

All IMT’s
I have been touring a lot of places around Denver. I just moved from out of state and had no idea what neighborhood I wanted to live in. I found IMT, and decided to tour all of the ones in Denver. The leasing agent, Anna, at IMT Lowry helped to make sure that not only her but also IMT as a whole stand out in my book. I’ll definitely be living at an IMT. Thank you Anna!

Very Patient and Understanding
I came in several times while searching for the right home, and Tiffany was consistently welcoming and kind every single time. She showed incredible patience, never rushed me, and always made sure I felt comfortable asking questions. Her knowledge and professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to her, I found the perfect place that truly feels like home. Tiffany is a gem.

This might be the best apartment I've had
Just wanted to rave about my experience living at the apartments! Seriously, I'm loving it here. The apartments themselves are fantastic, spacious, well-designed, and the grounds are so well kept. I've been meaning to write this review for awhile now. Since I moved in the thing that has surprised me the most is the maintenance staff. I've lived in several apartments and had many bad experiences in the past but these guys are incredibly helpful and responsive. They're always friendly, professional, and get the job done right the first time. It's such a relief knowing I can rely on them. Joe, Dom, Jovan, Dmitri and josh thank you for always helping me out... I hope I didn't forget someone cus you have all been awesome.

Rental Search
I toured several apartment complexes before visiting IMT, and this was by far my favorite. The team was incredibly welcoming, and Tiffany Young gave a fantastic tour—she was helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease. The community itself is well-maintained and had food trucks out during my visit, which was a fun surprise! Even better, I spoke with some current residents, and all had great things to say. I look forward to calling IMT home!

We r home
Tiffany was great from the time we walked in and was happily greeted by her all the way when we moved in. The grounds are beautiful and we’ll keep. The apartment was very clean and smelled great. They even cleaned the rubber around the fridge door. There was water, paper towels and tp already in the home. What great essentials while moving in. They thought of it before we did. Great maintenance, very polite, super efficient.
Dominic fixed about five issues in like 15 minutes and made sure i didn't need anything else before he left and he answered all my questions. Overall he did a really great job, the whole exchange was easy.

Terrible management
Ive been in the complex for just over two years. Im a retired professional with a disability. Before moving in I asked repeatedly about noise and disturbances. I was told several times there were none. Since then, there has been a complete turn over of staff and several maintenance managers that dont last long. They moved a tenant above me with a dog running around all hours and barking. Theres unaccompanied under 10 yr olds running around right outside my unit every day.. which is fine, but they continually scream. They jump all over the lawn furniture (again, ok) even when theres an active thunder and lightning storm and hide under a metal table umbrella. This is dangerous. This family treat it like no one else shares this space and IMT does nothing about this. Theres been broken floor boards in one area of the bathroom above me that creak so loudly they wake you up even with the door closed and a fan on. Ive reported it over and over for a year. When the tenant moved, they didnt fix it and now theres the same issue with a new tenant (its not the tenants fault). It literally wakes you up its so loud. They refuse to fix it. Quote: - We have concluded that the specific accommodation and/or modification that you are requesting will impose an undue financial and administrative burden on our operations or will create a substantial risk of harm to you or to other persons in the community. End quote. And, they just told me to move. They would rather loose an excellent, clean and quiet tenant who pays rent on time than fix the floor boards. So the burden of the daily noise AND cost/stress of moving is now dumped on a good tenant. They also charged me for rental insurance for a year and a half stating that I didn’t prove I still had private insurance from when I moved in, in my second year. I was asked to prove it when moving in which I happily did. They never asked me to in person, via email or messages in the second year. I was paying double insurance that entire time without my consent. They only refunded me half after I contacted their headquarters. I pay a lot of money for a small one bedroom, all the non negotiable facility charges. Think twice about moving here if you want to be respected for being a decent tenant and want peace and quiet.

[Incentivized Review] Tiffany is always so nice every time I see her! She never treats me like a kid and really listens to what I have to say, which means a lot. I also love the pool and just being at IMT Lowry—it's an awesome place to live!

Jovan is an outstanding maintenance technician! He is incredibly knowledgeable, reliable, and always gets the job done right the first time. Whether it's a quick fix or a more complicated repair, Jovan approaches every task with professionalism and a great attitude. He is prompt, respectful, and takes real pride in his work.

Great job!
I want to give a big thank you to Jovan on the maintenance team at IMT Lowry for doing an excellent job completing several of my recent work orders. Everything I submitted was handled quickly and thoroughly. He fixed a leaking faucet, replaced a bathroom light fixture, and addressed an issue with my dishwasher all done efficiently and with no need for follow-ups. Each repair was completed properly, and everything has been working perfectly since.

Outstanding Maintenance!
Jovan is an outstanding maintenance technician! Every time I submit a work order, he responds quickly and gets the job done right the first time. He’s professional, efficient, and always courteous. It’s a huge relief knowing that when something needs fixing, Jovan will handle it promptly and thoroughly. I really appreciate his hard work and attention to detail. I visited here recently and toured with Charlie and had a wonderful expiernce. I felt so welcome and he was so knowledgable about the property. I loved the community and the amenities were so nice. My fiance and I walked in this past weekend for a tour and from the moment we stepped in, customer service was 100%! We were greeted by Tiffany who gave us a run down of options and gave us a tour of an apartment. We instantly fell in love with the community and signed up right away. My fiance and I have been trying to find a new apartment and came across imt Lowry. We came in on a Saturday hoping we would be able to do a walk in tour. We were greeted by the amazing Tiffany. She answered all of our questions, explained all of our options, and made our concerns feel heard. She was able to fit us in to tour the club house and an apartment, needless to say we fell in love.

Lived here for three years - finally leaving a review.
My husband and I have been residents at IMT Lowry for about three years. We’ve always paid rent on time, kept to ourselves, and respected the community. We are writing this review not because we want to leave - in fact, we'd prefer to stay - but because the leasing office simply needs to do better. We have had several issues over the years, but the most concerning by far is safety and how little the leasing staff seems to prioritize it. Key issues: -Our mail has been stolen multiple times, including important documents like a TABOR refund and our car registration. When I followed up with the post office, I was told our mail carrier had been robbed at gunpoint and that access to the mailboxes had been compromised. I posted a warning on the resident portal to alert our neighbors - the leasing office deleted it. -A leasing agent once gave my package to the wrong resident (like, she opened a secure locker and handed it to another person). Not only did she try to give me someone else's package when I tried to resolve this, she shrugged it off with, "We're not responsible." No apology, no solution - it'swritten in the lease that they aren't liable even if directly responsible. -When another package was stolen and we asked the office to check camera footage then speak with whoever stole from us, we were told to "file a police report that won't go anywhere." No attempt to assist or even acknowledge the issue. Residents are required to pay for use of the mailroom, but management isn't responsible for keeping it secure? -We reported mold after spotting a mushroom growing from beneath the utility room door outside our unit. Maintenance's solution at the time? Lock the door. Months later, our adjoining wall turned yellow and only after I cited tenant habitability laws did they finally address it. Until then, we'd been breathing in mold. -After moving to a larger unit, it was clear the space hadn't been properly turned over. We moved in to find dog hair, chewed-up blinds, nails and tacks all over the balcony, holes in the walls, and significant entryway damage (which we were told would not be fixed, so stop asking). The dryer didn't work, and it took multiple requests to get it replaced. The painters not only did a sloppy job, but left tape over the fire sprinklers. We took down what we could, but the rest remained for weeks until I threatened to call the Denver Fire Department. -Our neighbor's apartment was broken into. A group of people kicked in the door, thinking no one was home, and tried to rob them. In response, we installed a Ring doorbell camera for safety - as others here have done. When we moved to a new unit, management updated our lease to specifically ban cameras. In a complex with ongoing safety issues, that decision feels retaliatory and tone-deaf. Sure, the office staff is polite, but when it comes to serious issues like theft, mold, or resident safety, they are dismissive and unhelpful. Bottom line: The complex isn't all bad, but no apartment is worth sacrificing your safety or peace of mind. We're sharing this hoping to have our concerns addressed and to help future renters make an informed decision. Check the Google reviews. We're not the only ones with these complaints.

Terrific Maintenance Team
[Incentivized Review] The maintenance team has always been very responsive. We’ve had a variety of little things happen as well as some plumbing challenges and they’ve always responded quickly. Today I put in a request for two small but important tub and sink related items and Dominic came out within about an hour and then took only about 20 minutes to fix the issues. It’s very pleasant responsive and effective. Appreciate them, making our home be completed by resolving these challenges.
