What you see is not what you get.
I lived at Amli for 8 months from Fall 2008 - Summer 2009, and my main issue was lack of amenities: - HOT TUBS: neither were ever working fully. one had no heat, the other had no bubbles. also often locked when they should still be open. - CAR WASH: 3/4 times I would go to use it, it was also not working. either the sprayer was removed entirely, or there was no water pressure, soap, etc. - GYM: forget about it. the "24-hour card" I got was never working. even after two requests to re-set my card in which they said it would be working. - POOL: First one opened last week of May, second will not be open until end of June. Found out the end of may (after several weeks in the 70s and 80s) that it was going to be re-surfaced. WHY this couldn't be done sooner? Friends of mine at other, less expensive communities have had pool access for weeks. Overall the office staff is very nice, and maintenance is done well and as requested. I think the issue is the bigger management company- obviously not putting the money you pay back into the things you are paying for. I transferred here for work, and did not have a lot of time to shop around. Amli looks nice, but there are many other communities nearby that look just as nice- but with better service!

Overpriced, overrated, and undermaintained - YOU'VE BEEN WARNED
We have been living in the Amli and Lowry Estates complex for about seven months. We have been less than pleased. The following is a list of just some of our gripes: - The carpet, fixtures, cabinets, blinds, and appliances - pretty much everything - are of the cheapest and shoddiest quality. Obviously, an apartment complex isn't going to go with top grade. But for the money they're charging, you shouldn't see the veneer of the cabinets peeling off; you should be able to run the dishwasher and hear the television at the same time; your entire wall shouldn't shake when you heat something up in the microwave; your lights shouldn't dim when you turn more than one piece of electronic equipment on. You get the picture. - The common areas are not well kept (e.g. trash and dog feces in the grassy areas, run down equipment in the fitness center, huge stains and odd smells in the entryways to the apartments, etc.). - The management acts "put out" if you ask them to do anything. For example, we had a complaint about another neighbor overtly throwing litter into the common area. We called twice about the same issue. In both instances, the leasing office personnel took a tone of obvious irritation that we were contacting them, and nothing came of the complaint. The trash was never picked-up. - They find every excuse to charge you fees and fines. For example, a bank error caused one of our rent checks to be returned. Even though the error was proven to be on the bank's end, Amli refused to re-submit the check for a second time, charged us $100 in late fees and other fines, and required a cashier's check or money order for rent payment going forward. This is how they treat tenants who have always faithfully paid their bloated rent on time. - Beware of a "bait and switch" when you take a tour. I was told that the show apartment was "basically the same" as the apartment I leased, although they didn't have an example of the layout I eventually chose available for me to tour. On move-in day I walked into the leased apartment to find it was nothing like the show apartment. The layout wasn't even close! I wound-up having to lease another style to the tune of an extra $200 per month, as I had no other choice with all of my belongings packed into a moving truck out front. - During the Winter they allow snow and ice to build-up on the North facing areas, including parking spaces and thoroughfares. You find yourself doing a funny dance as you slip and slide your way to your car. Nice and safe. And on and on. The only nice thing I can say about this place is the maintenance crew. They have always been pleasant and prompt. Bottom line: you can get SO much more for your money. We didn't have the luxury of shopping the area before we moved, and chose Amli based on the surface appearance. But, look at other properties before signing on the dotted line. These apartments are overpriced from the start, but it was only after we moved-in and lived there for a while that we realized how much money we're throwing away on this place.

Crime, Crime, Crime
Amli at Lowry Estates seems like a great place to live at first glance, but once you have been here a few months it all changes. The apartment complex isn't all that bad, but the area sucks. Lowry is nice, but the surrounding area and neighborhoods are horrible. First off...you are on the Denver/Aurora border, and that spells Thugs and Crime. I have been here a year now (my lease ends in February 2009) and there have been two break-ins, someone was sticking people up at night in the courtyards, and recently some guys were actually kidnapping people, making them take them to the ATM and empty out their accounts for the kidnappers. This is a far departure from how Lowry and Amli market themselves. Amli has the capability to become a secure complex, but instead of putting the security gates back up, they just send you letters saying to be more aware of your surroundings. Like I said the actual apartment is nice, and the complex grounds are nice as well. One huge negative is the parking. The prissy blonde girls in the leasing office will tell you that parking is not a problem, which it isn't if you want to pay for a reserved spot or a garage, but I bet it is 4 cars to every 1 parking spot at this place. To be straight-up the parking is a joke and a money scam for Amli to profit off of frustrated residents. Also, if you do pay for a garage, it could be down the street. I see people all the time walking to their garage from their apartments. Thats not how it should work. This place will also nickel and dime you for everything. I am actually dreading getting my deposit back, because I do not want to see what B/S they say I owed them for. To sum this up, the units are nice, but everything else is a joke at Amli at Lowry Estates. Happy apartment hunting! One last thing I just thought of. The laundry is a scam also. They charge 40 bucks a month to have a washer and dryer in your unit. That is a joke because the laundry facility has maybe six sets of machines for 8 buildings. They basically know that people will get tired of this and pay for machines in their unit. Another example of greed at Amli.

BEWARE!!!
OY VEY. where do i start? do not live here. AMLI will nickel and dime you for everything. the night we moved out, we dropped our keys in the rent drop box as they had told us. the next day i get a call saying our keys weren't turned in. I told they were in the rent drop box and they said ok. when we got our security deposit back, they took out an extra day of rent because THEY couldn't find our keys. unbelievable. there are some common themes in these complaints: no security whatsoever, parking is terrible, they didn't vacuum our hallway ONCE and it was full of leaves. another thing to be aware of is the HUGE electric bills. we kept our heat down as low as we could (around 70) in the winter and our Xcel bills were around $180/month!! you could feel the draft coming out of the windows. the kitchen looks nice from far away but when you start to use it, you realize what a piece of ---- it is. paint on the floor, rickety drawers, flimsy everything! beware people, when they show you the model apartment, yours will not look like this. this place is not worth the rent!!!!! i'm paying less living downtown.

Piss Poor Apartments.
Amli is overpriced and are not luxury apartments. The Lowry location is nice with outdoor sports facilities and shops not to far away, but this does not make up for all the other issues. First there is a lack of parking and as a couple people have said, they will tow. Second, the apartments are a wreck and I have call maintanance at least once a month, of which they do a bad job of repairing. For example I share a common hallway with one other apartment. The heater does not work in the hall and I have asked for it to be repaired 2 times. Additionally, they have not vacuumed the hall since I moved in over 8 months ago. I have been told that the vacuum broke and have not bought a new one. They charge over $800 for a one bedroom apartment but cannot afford an vacuum. Third, some of thier amenities do not work or are limited for season. It is really nice that they say they have a car wash area and it is only open in the summer, except when it is broken. Fourth, the wall are thin and the neighbors are very loud and the management does not do a thing about it. Fifth, I was told that I would have a washer and dryer in the unit and when I arrived they said that they had none available. Then I tried to use the laundry. You have to use a laundry card that the machine that puts credit on the laundry card does not except the new dollars. And the laundry is far more expensive the local laundromats. Finally, this is a secured apartment complex, but there are always people soliciting fliers and products. BTW, they they do not have recycling at this apartment. I will be gone and done with the place when my lease is up

No Parking/Incompetent Staff
Parking is a HUGE hassle here. Rather than dealing with the problem and creating more open-air parking, the management sends out nasty emails threatening to tow. And it's not just a threat - they do tow ($260 to get my car)! I end up having to park on the street in surrounding neighborhoods. Have made mistakes on my rent and threatened me with legal consequences (even though I've never been late with my rent). Find somewhere else to live.

I've Enjoyed My Stay Here
I recently relocated to Denver from Newport Beach. I found AMLI on line and rented it sight unseen. I made a great choice. The staff was vry helpful helping me get set up. I have a nice large one bedroom place, vaulted ceilings, etc. Maintenance has responded quickly when I requested them. Yes people can be loud out by the pool. And yes the accident at the pool was horrible, then again, we don't need a no diving sign, it is common sense. In short, you are renting! Hello, if you want to ----- and complain, and expect perfection and silence, go buy a house. When you have so many people/families living in a community there are going to be things that you don't like, or don't fit into your lifestyle. Yes, they should pick up the trash better. Than again, they have told us when trash pick up is and asked us not to leave our trash out overnight. If you take it out on a non pick up day, walk it all the way out. Its not managements fault your neighbor doesn't read their notices and does as they please. At the end of the day...I am sure there are more important things to complain about. If not, some people will never be happy regardless what they do. No need to post your response, I am an educated, successful business person. Your negativity is not welcome. If you dont like it, move. Pretty simple!

attention residents who used the smaller pool!
Residents If you used the smaller pool located in the middle of the complex please be advised that a serious injury happened late June early July. As a result of this accident Blood, human skin, bodily fluid and human hair was left in the pool, which was never cleaned properly. I brought this to the attention of the maintenance staff a few days later and found that they violated many health codes. The pool was then drained and cleaned after my complaint. Still the chem levels are low and unmanaged. For your safety bring a bottle of bleach or if u have a chlorine tab bring that also to use while u swim or relax in the wonderful sparkling hot tub, since it is never cleaned and chemicals added. Try not to use the pool during the night since the lighting is poor and the lights in the pool are broken. It is impossible to see the life ring since the bushes grow over it, and nearly impossible to see the no diving sign on the ceramic tile when it is dark. Also make sure you bring a cell phone, since there is no emergency phone available. I had to run to my house to get my phone to call 911 when this accident occurred. Maybe that person wouldn't be so seriously injured should there have been a phone and proper lighting available. Hence the Idea that it was at 6 am which I thought the pool opened at 6 instead of 8 am.

Don't read the reviews from the disgruntled nut-jobs
I am a graduate student at the University of Denver studying real estate management, so you can take this advice from resident who will soon be a professional in the industry: AMLI Lowry Estates is an excellent rental community for the price. Best features of my unit: PRICE! my apartment is huge for what I'm paying for it, big bedrooms & closets, plenty of extra storage space, an attached garage, 9' ceilings, a balcony, big windows, up-to-date appliances and cabinets, automatic A/C units, independent water heaters, and in-unit W&D hookups. Be advised that if you don't have your own W&D machines, you would need to rent machines from a separate company- that machine rental company would be responsible for repairing those machines, NOT AMLI. This is typical for managed apartments in the area. Not-so-great things about the unit: carpet seems to stain pretty easily, laminate flooring in kitchen & bath comes loose, folding doors for the W&D closet are kinda flimsy, pigeons on the balcony. Best features of the apartment community/management: it's located near a nice park/open space, only 3 minute drive to the Lowry Town Center, decent pool & fitness room (keep in mind AMLI is not a resort), and they are appropriately responsive to maintenance needs (there are more than 20 buildings to take care of). As long as you are respectful and behave professionally, most of the time the apartment management staff is very understanding and accommodating. Not-so-great things: parking is definitely a big problem (get a unit with a garage!), and the trash collection system is weird- there are no dumpsters so you have to leave it out by the bottom of the stairwell on certain days (if you have a garage, you can just leave your trash in there til the right day). Those are really the two worst things- but hey, let's face it- you get what you pay for. To dispute what others have written, particularly the gated issue: this community used to be gated, but since the redevelopment of Lowry, the need for a gated community in this area has substantially decreased. Also, I would bet that the majority of residents here found having to wait in line to punch a code every time they came home just plain annoying- and even more so when they would have guests- so therefore the gate system was removed. If you are sensitive to noise, DO NOT LIVE IN A 200 UNIT APARTMENT COMMUNITY. Or at least not in a building next to the pool or clubhouse. That's just plain common sense. Apartment communities are inherently noisy from time to time. Deal with it. Overall, I would definitely recommend AMLI at Lowry Estates to you as a reasonable, sane, prospective tenant.

BLASTING HEAVY METAL NOISE FROM CLUBHOUSE THROUGHOUT COMMUNITY
AMLI at Lowry Estates management thinks it's okay for those who rent the clubhouse to have a heavy metal band BLAST noise throughout the community for five hours at a time. Management says it's "sorry" but . . . If you are prone to headaches, want your kids to take a nap or if you want to study, work or just enjoy your home, forget it! Your wants and needs as renters are SECOND to the rights of those who rent the clubhouse. AMLI management is totally irresponsible for allowing this peace disturbance to happen. If you're smart, you will not rent here. I'm sorry that I did because now I have to wear earplugs in my own home because of the deafening, eardrum breaking racket blasting at me from huge amplifiers. Forget Denver PD. They say that in an apartment, there has to be give an take so I'm supposed to "take" it.

Run away and don't look back...
Overall, this may be the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment.

To start off with, this company does not deliver anything that they promised. One of the biggest reasons for moving here was the promise of a gated community. On the first day I found out that all the gates were apparently broken. Did they ever fix them while I lived there? no.

To follow suite with broken equipment, I could not find a single working treadmill in the fitness center. Six months later they finally replaced them, but not with treadmills, just a bunch of useless equipment.

My apartment overlooked a pool, and often people would be partying at 3am. The information I was provided said that the "night security team" would be watching for things like this. I never saw any signs of security personnel, or any night crew for that matter.

When it came time to move out, I gave the 60 day notice as required by my lease. A week later I was sent a notice saying I was required to vacate 30 days from the day I gave notice. When I brought this to management's attention, they informed me they had already found a renter to fill my place and refused to take any action to correct their mistake.

After I moved out, I cleaned the apartment as best as I could. They charged me damages for cleaning it further and or things they said needed to be replaced, even though there was nothing wrong with them. Everything that could have been concieved as damage fell under my understanding of normal wear & tear, which is excepted by their leas and CO state law (Dirty carpet in heavy traffic areas, minor paint discoloration, etc).

I called to dispute these charges immediately. The person I spoke to said she would send me photographs to prove their position as well as an extra copy of my lease hilighting all areas concerning these charges. This information never made it in front of me. Instead, my account was sent out to a collection agency. This is where I stand today, and I am now looking for my legal recourse.

I have been through many apartments in the Denver area at each end of the spectrum, from a low rate studio in Glendale to a loft downtown. Never have I been treated as poorly as I have during my time at Amli. My suggestion to anyone looking at this community is to turn away. There are many places nearby that will treat you as you deserve without overcharging you.

Good place to live
I lived here for over a year and never experienced anything as terrible as all the other reviewers complain about. I felt the office staff was as friendly as they needed to be. I don't think you can be talked into something if you don't want it. The apartments are nice and they do offer nice floorplans. The only problem I encountered was there are not enough parking spaces. My husband works nights and sometimes he was parking 3 buildings over because of lack of parking. There was very little noise but I did live on the 3rd floor. The fitness room was always about half operational. The treadmills were always broken. I would rent here again in a heartbeat. Unbeatable pricing and good quality. Lowry is a great area!

AMLI Lowry Estates and Park Two BIG thumbs DOWN
All you have read here is TRUE!!! Service? Yeah Right! I had to hire an outside repairman to fix the washer in my apartment-THAT AMLI owns!!- and as apperantly the service men are to busy walking aimlessly around the grounds to fix anything!! and the leasing office/business office refused to reimburse me for the repair of their washer THAT I PAY FOR!!!! Watch it this place is BAD NEWS!!!!!

this place is horrible- the leasing staff is friendly at first then watch out! The trash is everywhere and the gate is always open. The car wash never works and the pool is scuzzy.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! DECEPTIVE! POOR SERVICE! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
ALTHOUGH THE PRICES AT AMLI ARE REASONABLE AND THE GROUNDS ARE MORE OR LESS MAINTAINED, THE LADIES WHO STAFF BOTH AMLI COMPLEXES IN LOWRY ARE UNHELPFUL AND DECEPTIVE (AKA WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET YOU INTO A LEASE). THE SALES LADIES WILL SEEM FRIENDLY (OF COURSE) ON YOUR INITIAL TOUR OF THE PROPERTY, BUT REGARDLESS OF WHAT THEY TELL YOU KEEP THESE THINGS IN MIND: THERE NEVER HAS BEEN AND NEVER WILL BE CLOSE TO ENOUGH OPEN-AIR PARKING FOR PROSPECTIVE RESIDENTS. EVERY NIGHT DOZENS AND DOZENS OF AMLI RESIDENTS HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO PARK IN FIRELANES, HANDICAPPED ZONES, ETC. THE PARKING SITUATION LOOKS FINE BY DAY, BUT IF VISIT AFTER SALES HOURS IT IS A MUCH DIFFERENT STORY. (I MAY ADD THAT THE AMLI STAFF WILL HAPPILY HAVE YOUR VEHICLE TOWED, AND RETRIEVAL STARTS AT $225 WITH ADDITIONAL CHARGES PER DAY). SECONDLY, MANY OF THE FACILITIES WHICH ARE ADVERTISED TO PROSPECTIVE RESIDENTS AS "USE AT YOUR CONVENIENCE" ARE ACTUALLY MORE LIKE "USE WITH PERMISSION AT OUR CONVENIENCE, AND ONLY DURING BUSINESS HOURS". THE BUSINESS CENTERS AND WORKOUT FACILITIES ARE BOTH A JOKE. YOU'LL FIND THE RESPECTIVE EQUIPMENT OF EACH IN A CONSTANT STATE OF DISREPAIR, AND YOU MAY BE LUCKY ENOUGH TO WAIT IN LINE TO DO SO. THE MOVIE THEATRES IN EACH CLUBHOUSE ARE "FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE" AS WELL, BUT TEND TO BE OPEN ON SATURDAYS ONLY, SHOWING SOME FORGOTTEN TV SHOW YOU COULD JUST AS EASLY WATCH AT HOME (OR NOT). MY EXPERIENCE WAS BAD ENOUGH THAT I PAID OVER $1,600 TO BREAK MY LEASE. EVEN AFTER LEGALLY BREAKING MY LEASE, AMLI IS STILL A THORN IN MY SIDE. I DIDN'T EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY DEPOSIT, AS IT IS JUST GENERALLY RULE OF THUMB THAT YOU DON'T GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. THAT IS PERFECTLY FINE. HOWEVER, THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR CLEANING SERVICES I'D ALREADY ATTENDED TO, AND TRIED TO RE-BILL ME FOR BILLS I'D ALREADY PAID. TELL YOUR FRIENDS. TELL YOUR ENEMIES. DO NOT BE VICTIMIZED BY THIS CLASSLESS COMPANY. "LUXURY LIVING" AT AMLI IS ANYTHING BUT LUXURIOUS. THE SERVICE IS POOR AND DECEPTIVE AND OVERAL AMLI IS A BONAFIDE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! AWFUL SERVICE. AWFUL MANAGEMENT. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. STEER CLEAR. [IF YOU ARE STILL UNCONVINCED READ MORE AMLI REVIEWS AT MY3CENTS.COM]

Not bad...not luxury
I lived here for a year and a half. Not a bad place, but not luxury. Good floorplans for the price. I had a full size washer/dryer. Lowry is a good neighborhood. Parking was good for the area I lived in.

The office staff was slow at times to take care of issues. The entrance gates were always broken and their eventual solution was to take them down. The maint. staff was slow to fix my work orders. This was nice, because it resulted in free rent (make sure you submit your request online and receive an email confirmation). Also ensure you do the same if requesting work in person...get their name! Crime...it's Denver, and there were minor problems. Such is life in the big city.

Needs more lighting on the grounds. My paid covered parking (worth the $25) was unlit...they never turned on the lights.

Heat came from my water heater, located on the balcony. Buy a water heater blanket...worth the $15.

Clubhouse: fix the gym equipment! It was old and needed repairs.

Overall: recommended. Just take the word luxury off the sign!

Much better with new management
I think it is great now that a new manager took over in Decemember 05. Maintenance is terrific, the grounds have improved considerably since the garbage rules are enforced and the staff is always pleasant. One nice thing about many of the apartments is the amount of light, lots of windows. The location is excellent, about 12 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to the city park, and 10 minutes to cherry creek shopping mall.

I think some of the negative comments were due to past management not enforcing the rules. The grounds here are really very nice now that you don't see garbage every day, the penalty for putting it out on none designated days is stiff.

The only negatives are 1)pet owners do not pick up and if you live in a first floor apartment with the windows open it can be bad. Management, I must say, is very responsive to the complaint and will send someone over to clean the yard. Still the pet owners are just annoying. 2)parking can be a bit bad if you own two cars. I suggest renting a garage. I love that I can walk right into my apartment from the garage.

I looked at many places and this is one of the nicest around.

its deffinetly not as bad as it sounds.
My boyfriend and I are getting ready to move into the Lowry Park side of the comlex but originally planned to move into the Estates side. After considering the size of the apartment we decided we should try for something bigger. We went in a week before our move in date to see our original apartment and took a chance to see if anything else was available. There were two very sweet women there who helped us,there names are Michelle and Lisa at the Lowry Estates. Lisa knew of an apartment on the park side that would fit exactly what we were looking for that was in our price range. She did an extraordinary job to get us what we wanted, she also mentioned that if we are not taken care of by the management as far as any complaints or maintnance problems, she said we can come to her and the estates leasing office for help and they will do what they can. I am pleased that it is going better then what i have read so far but only time will tell...

Online reviews
I recently moved from California to Denver. After searching for apartments, I began working with a leasing agent (Liz) at AMLI. I signed a lease, then found this website, which caused me much consternation. Basically, I was freaked.

However, upon arriving in Denver and settling into my new place, I really must express my satisfaction with the apartment. Aside from a few minor problems (for example, they told me I'd be living in Lowry Estates, then changed it to Lowry Park) things are fine. Nothing like the reviews posted here. The area feels safe. It's quiet, but close enough to downtown. The management has been eager to help us get settled, and the apartment is in excellent condition.

I had my doubts about the extremely negative and positive reviews posted here (anything that extreme should elicit questions, regardless of how it leans), but I can truly say now that most of what I've read here isn't justified. I think it's sad that some folks are using this forum to scare people, and I say this as someone who could have truly benefited from a website that provides an honestly candid view of the complex.

Anyway, overall I am very pleased with my new home. I'd be happy to talk with anyone who has questions, especially if you're relocating from out of state. No, it isn't perfect, but it isn't anywhere close to the horror story that's reflected in many of the online posts. It's a big complex, so I've taken the few minor issues in stride.

NichoBktn@aol.com

Horrendous Management
Same review I posted for AMLI Lowry Park. It's all the same place. Sorry this is gonna be a long one, but hopefully useful. AMLI lures you in with promises and pleasant personnel in the leasing office. Then they turn you over to the laziest, most incompetent management staff I have ever witnessed. I do like our apartment and the noise level is very good. I also like the fact that there is a decent fitness room available and multiple pools. Sounds good, right? Well, just wait until you realize the ineptness of AMLI management. When we moved into our apartment it was filthy. Management agreed to have it cleaned. They didn't. We had to ask again and make a list of problems for them to clean/fix. They completed about half of the tasks on the list and we never heard from them again. The first time I went to use the fitness room, there were about 4 working lights (out of nearly 20) and 2 inches of dust on the overhang below the 2nd level cardio machines. The room remained this way for about 8 months. Then the limited access gates broke. They have not worked since September 2004. Management then sent out a communication to the complex reminding us that they are not responsible for break-ins to cars. Ironic. Apparently the management can't find a company to keep them in working order. I have seen plenty of other communities in Denver with working gates. Maybe AMLI should find out who does their maintenance. You may notice that they still promote themselves as a controlled access community. One of our pools just opened last weekend (today is July 7,2005). The fountain at the one that is open hasn't worked for 3 weeks. When asked why, management just responded with "Hmm, I don't know." Oh, and if you do have a problem and need to speak to management, good luck. If you have a job, you'll have to slate a time on the weekends to talk to an assistant because office hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (they leave at 6:00 on the dot, no exceptions). Most people I know work during that time and can't get home by 6:00 PM. One final thing to note is that while the leasing office will sell you on all the great amenities and programs offered, there is no sense of community whatever at AMLI. Mostly to blame is the unresponsive, hopeless management. We were promised cooking, yoga, and pilates classes, community BBQ's, and other assorted events. There have been no cooking classes, yoga and pilates are regularly cancelled and the other events are either cancelled or participation is so low it isn't worth going. This is because management has so little energy or ability to coordinate and organize anything. The community is aware of this lack of effort and that is why they fail to show up. They have completely discouraged any possible instructors to schedule classes at AMLI because they know that no one will show up for their classes or events. Bottom line - terrible management = terrible apartment complex.

Horrible management team! Very unprofessional and immature. They will lie about security. This is not a gated community!! Gates are for aesthetic purposes only (eventhough they give you a security card). Gates are never locked. Car was stolen from the property. Pipes broken in apartment and situation was not handled well by management. They cut corners every chance they get.

terrible
The management and staff are not helpful. We have reported our noisy neighbors, and people parking in our $25.00 a month parking space and nothing has been resolved.(It has been 3 months). They did not even have our apartment cleaned before we moved in!! DO NOT RENT HERE!! They will charge you late fees if THEY do not cash your check by the 3rd.
