Fast and fantastic!

My dishwasher broke so I requested maintenance. Dominick replaced my dishwasher and cleaned up after installation. He was very professional, respectful and most of all nice. I am very happy with my service!

I had a wonderful experience living at IMT Lowry for my first year in Denver. The complex is quiet and clean with nice amenities, and everyone is friendly and helpful. The Lowry neighborhood is also amazing itself. The complex was right next to an amazing park and just a short drive from many desirable spots in Lowry and the greater Denver/Aurora metro. Maintenance was always quick and professional. I had a spacious one bedroom, third floor unit facing Lowry Sports Complex - I loved how cozy the unit was and how much natural light that I got on a daily basis. I very rarely heard my neighbors on either side of me, which is very rare for apartment living. I’d like to give a special shout out to Anna Tran, who was an exceptional leasing agent from move in day to negotiating renewal and transfer offers within the complex. While I am not renewing my lease to be closer to work, I had an amazing year here and would highly recommend it to any one looking for an exceptional living experience in Denver.

A hidden gem in Lowry, honest review.

We moved into IMT Lowry 30 days ago and I wanted to wait once I was a bit more settled to leave an honest review. The apartment backs up to Lowry Sports Park which once you walk the trail, you can see beautiful views of the mountains. So while Lowry Park area may not be very known, it's full of surprises. It's safe to walk around here, be outdoors, and you have shops nearby. Now the apartments themselves are full of charm. Note that these apartments were built in the early 90s so don't expect upscale luxury living. Instead, expect a homey apartment, with lots of charm and space. The grounds are well taken care of and most appliances are updated and they are functional. I rented a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment almost 1200 square ft with an attached garage and I feel very lucky to be here. Some cons are that the floors are extremely creaky, but I have gotten use to it and spend more time outside. I live on a second floor and work from home so I can hear the upstairs steps. I recommend buying area rugs to help absorb some of the noise. I have also been happy with the level of service. If something comes up, maintenance takes care of it fairly quickly. When I first called IMT Lowry while apartment searching, I spoke to leasing representative, Tiffany, and shared our wish list items for our next apartment and scheduled a tour. I ended up renting out the first apartment she showed me because it hit all the marks we cared about like natural lighting, a fireplace, outdoor space, and a dedicated dining area. Tiffany did an excellent job helping me source an apartment I would be happy to live in for the next 12 months. I also want to mention Charlie, who is the assistant general manager here. He was invaluable to driving some of the repairs we asked for before moving in. Many thanks to them both for their great communication. To wrap this up, I do recommend living here. It's safe/clean, I have not had any major issues, nights are quiet.

Wonderful Staff

When we first walk in you are met by Tiffany, energy is extremely positive. My daughter and her family just moved back to Colorado and in need of a place to live. Tiffany is so accommodating and transparent about everything. The apartments are clean and let’s not talk about all the amenities. yes if I was in need this is definitely somewhere ,I will call my home and this is somewhere definitely my family is going to be calling their home. Nice community, but a waste of time tourig

I emailed to inquire about May availability and was told there was one unit that would be available, but was not ready to tour yet. I had email contact with two different people and each time asked about pricing and availability. I was told there was availability but no pricing as of yet. This was the beginning of March and the date of move in would be less than 60 days which is the notice required to vacate. I was scheduled for a tour, which was of a model apartment that is staged (not a lived in unit). I again asked for pricing and was told it was not available. Then two days after my tour I was contacted via email..I again asked for pricing and was told there were no units available for a May move in. Why would anyone tour if there is no availability? Complete bait and switch tactic. I never was given any pricing.

Maintenance is great

John is so helpful. This is the second time he's been to my apartment to address issues and he's always so friendly. Today I called because the heat is out and the temperature is about to drop into the teens overnight. He rushed over, even at the end of his workday, and resolved the problem super quickly. He's a valuable member of the maintenance team and I always appreciate his help!

Great Maintenance

Put in a request and got both tasks I’d asked for finished in one day in under an hour by John. He helped me connect my garage door openers to my garage and also fixed my bathroom sink. Very timely service!

Super helpful staff

There are a lot of things I like about living at IMT Lowry, but I would have to say number one is definitely the staff. Just today, Andrea Smith in the front office helped me figure out a strange issue with a package that had been misdelivered -- cheerfully, efficiently and effectively. The maintenance team is also top-notch.

Impressed by the cleanliness and upkeep of the entire property. The grounds are always well-maintained, and the common areas are spotless it's clear that the management team takes pride in the details. The apartments themselves are spacious and thoughtfully designed, and Ive always found everything in excellent condition. What really stands out, though, is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. From the leasing office to the maintenance team, everyone is incredibly responsive and eager to help.
