Everything has been great. Super convenient neighborhood and amenities. Staff is very responsive and courteous. Complex is very quiet and residents are very respectful. The grounds are well kept and the trash dumpsters are emptied daily.

The leasing staff were responsive and helpful. My apartment was clean upon move in as well. My only issues have been with the front gate not working consistently and my neighbors leaving trash outside on a constant basis.

The Avana on the Platte community is situated right at the intersection of two sizeable roads, each a local artery, and has access both to anywhere in Denver and to the mountains just to the west. Its position gives its sharp-eared and sharp-eyed residents the opportunity to see a variety of interesting and exotic vehicles passing by. The plentiful private garages, covered parking, two-story parking structure, and gated property have all given this community a reputation as a safe haven evident from the numerous beautiful and noteworthy vehicles around the property. Come for the winter mountain views, stay for the summertime carspotting.

The management sucks!! Maintenance kick ---. They take their job to literal. Always trying to prove a point no customer service skills at all. Always arguing back and forth instead of making a solution.

My experience here wasn’t too bad but it also wasn’t very good. This place is convenient when it comes to shopping centers but that’s really it. Since the complex is surrounded by the freeway and other businesses, there’s sadly no room for a dog park (a lot of people have pets here) or a small playground for kids. This place is perfect for a couple to live in but be aware about the lack of amenities, the only thing you will be able to do is go to the pool in the summer or workout.

My experience here has been wonderful so far. The staff are very responsive and respectful. I have felt very heard when asking about a myriad of concerns. The location is in a very industrial area as well as near a highway intersection, though often times I don't really notice as the sound is usually blocked. Parking is easy and accessible. The floor plans seem very smart to me, and I love the natural light and abundant counter space. Very grateful for my experience here so far.

In general this is a nice place. Grounds are over watered so you have a lot of mud and small pools of water that never goes away. Some of the grass areas are mor like a mash than grass that can be walked on. I like it here though

Super complex in. Maintenance team is well managed and very responsive to tenants needs. The grounds and others amenities are sparkling clean and tended to daily. The community management is a smooth and knowledgeable group with the needs of the tenants being number 1 on their list. Community is secluded thus the grade on getting around and the community is located in close proximity to two major highways thus the grade for noise. Love living here and thanks for the opportunity to do this survey. Skf

Everyone who works here is friendly. From maintenance to office staff. When it comes to issues within my home, they are prompt and helpful and let me know what’s going on. They’ve gotten better at keeping residents updated with changes or vendors coming through to make sure everything is done well.

This property has been a great place to live! We feel safe, and the office is friendly. I love that they have garage units, and it is a gated community, and dog-friendly. We don't hear our neighbors at all. Finally, maintenance is quick to respond. There was a period when they were short-staffed staffed but that time seems to have passed.

This place is a joke. Such a horrible experience! Place is literally falling apart. It’s dirty and there is a sewer smell from near by that will permeate the complex often. Management is rarely there so nothing gets done. Do not expect things to get fixed.

I don’t know if my upstairs neighbors are unusually noisy or if the building I’m in is t as good as some of the other buildings as far as how well it is built. I lived in another building for 4 years and never heard my upstairs neighbors. In my current building I hear just about everything.

The property manager treats the staff poorly in front of residents and makes concerns from residents seem they're unwarranted. Definitely does not seem happy in her position. I've been attacked by a dog in the drainage area that apparently isn't owned by the complex and I feel I had to do all the work to get that particular situation resolved.

The experience of my community has always been pleasant. There's a fair amount of grass to walk dogs around in which is good. Most of the dogs here are pretty nice as well. The people here are more or less decent

My wife and I have enjoyed every day of living at Avana. The location is excellent, and the upkeep and management are very professional, timely, and proficient. Our only frustration is the parking arrangements which are not well-suited for dinner guests.

I have been living at Greystar Havana on the Platts for almost a year it is a quiet little community. I love the fact that the river is close by and that there’s a path on the river that you can walk. There’s so many trails around along with the pool and amenities here at Greystar I love my cozy little home.

Avana is a hidden little gem. I was surprised at how many units there were and being next to River Pt Pkwy is such a big plus. Also they have the biggest pool out of 15+ places I toured. I lived 9 minutes up Santa Fe right outside Denver, and was able to not only lower my rent by moving here but doubled my living space size. Also Courtney was the most friendly leasing agent I had ever worked with. She was really what sold me on everything

Avana is in a great location and the apartments have great modern floor plans that work together well and nice amenities to go with! The apartments are newer so they are still in great condition. We feel safe with the gates at the entrances too!

So far, so good. Had a few maintenance issues upon move-in but the maintenance team came quickly to take care of them! Lots of noise like fireworks, but that’s because it’s close to the 4th of July, so hopefully that dies down

Don’t move here unless you want continuous maintenance issues that are not fixed properly, and poor customer service when speaking to the front office. Other than the gated community and the whiteness from other residents there is nothing spectacular about this apartment for the price.

The worst apt complex I think anyone could live at. We’ve had so many leaks, constant calls to the office and they don’t attempt to fix anything until mold is growing! I would never renew and I would never recommend. I tell people to stray away. Office ladies act oblivious to any problem and Christy is so rude. The gates don’t work half the time, dog poop trash bins overflowing, dog station in rock areas so grass areas are like a battle field of ----. If you want to have scumlords def the place.

Well this is a nice community. Being that it is summer the pool would be nice but it's still not up and running one of the reasons I wanted to be at this complex. The gym area is nice. My children like it.
