Love the community and the staff here. Even when complicated situations arose, they were extremely helpful and diligent in getting them resolved. The promptness in their replies to my concerns or questions has thus far been exceeding all of my expectations

Central location, easy access to restaurants schools grocery store, the only thing you have to get use to is living close to a highway and taking the stairs. No elevators and there are 3rd and 4th floors.

The staff and maintenance team are really amazing. We appreciate all their hard work taking care of the complex and helping with any issues. I would recommend Avana on the Platte to anyone looking for a place to live.

this place is trash, management is disrespectful and straight up told me “your safety on the property is not our concern” after reporting to them misconduct of their employees against me and my belongings and threats made to me by other residents and staff. I do not feel safe living here and will be moving as soon as my lease is up. if I could give zero stars I would. I have also had to contact the police about my safety at this residence. Be warned before you lease here.

Good. Wish parking was better. Cars are not require red to park in lines when parallel parking so people tend to park taking up multiple spaces and it leaves no room for others to park. Also I would like to have more available overhead parking by our building. I believe more people would pay for it if it’s by our building.

The outside of the buildings are a bit scruffy. There are cobwebs and cigarette butts plus leaves. Also, old gum and dirty sidewalk. It makes the area look old and unkempt. I take pride in my home I wish the complex reflected that too.

Great people, and lovely place to live. Close to everything we need too. Shopping, dining etc.. The residents are respectful, and the place is very clean. The amenities are amazing. I hope to live here for a few more years at least.

Okay experience! Try not towing tenant’s vehicles!!!!! Tenants should be warned. Absolutely, inappropriate to treat tenants this way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The kitchens needs to be more modern!! Electric stoves are needed

The leasing process with Avana on the Platte was superb. They communicated efficiently and made me feel like I was priority #1! There are so many wonderful amenities as well and they allow dogs which is a wonderful bonus for my furry friend! Very happy with them.

Experience with the apartment is very good so far, staff is extremely friendly and Lacey made my move in very easy, just wish the pool got cleaned a bit more often. And would love if we had trash valet for the 4th floor apartments

It's been fine enough. The lack of clean breeze-way concret is bothersome. Sadly XYZ tennates with drippy trash bags is the bigest problem there. WQell, and sick dogs with the runs is an ongoing issue. And, with so many residents discovering Black Mold reguler inspections would in time eliminate that problem. On the plus side the new outside light fixtures is nice. And now getting packages delivered to the door is a huge improvement. Things are looking better.

Great experience from the very beginning. Staff has been helpful and nice. The maintenance staff is also friendly and resolved issues fast. We feel comfortable and safe within the community. Love the pool and the fitness community area.

The maintenance team is great and will go out of their way for you! Summer is wonderful and treats you like she's known you for years. Super cute apartments with a cozy layout. Would highly recommend this to anyone

Experience is lack luster. The location is one thing but the surrounding area of the apartments are not well kept. There is consistently trash and dog poop all over entry ways. Maintenance takes a long time to fix issues.

I love living here! Everyone who works here is beyond amazing! Very safe and clean. Wonderful amenities that are very well kept. When I toured here I knew right away I wanted to make Avana my new home!

We feel safe and comfortable in this community. Most of our experiences with other residents has been pleasant and friendly. We enjoy the amenities and use them frequently. Overall these are really nice apartments and cost effective for the area. We have renewed our lease.

I love living here! Tons of storage, large garden tubs, full size washer and dryer, quiet, close to shopping and restaurants. Huge pool, cool recreation area with pool table and TVs, nice sized gym. Really there are too many amenities inside and outside my apartment to list.

I recently moved in from out of state so I wasn’t able to see the apartment in person beforehand. The staff made me feel super confident in my decision because they answered every question I had and helped me with the application process. It’s dog friendly which is most important to me, extremely well let at night, and I appreciate it being a gated community. I feel safe and I love how nearby it is to a variety of shops and restaurants. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking in the area.

I really enjoy living here! Staff is helpful and the maintenance team always goes above and beyond. I would happily recommend this complex to anyone! It’s been a safe and pleasant community. Pet friendly, too!

Certain tenants are a drag. Their trash (can't seem to get it in the dumpster and put trash in the recycling dumpster), pets (don't pick up after them), vehicles (expired plates, unusable and leaking excess fluids), more people at the pool than people that live here (broken glass ends up in the pool etc). I could go on, but overall Avana's staff does the best they can while being PC.

So far it's fine, except they'll tow residents for lacking a window sticker, even if you're parked in general parking. My apartment is pretty nice although there were some small broken things which should have been fixed before leasing the unit. The grounds are fine. The pool is nice.

Apartments are well kept overall. Finding parking after 5 pm or on the weekends is a hastle. Residents usually dont close sidewalk gates and sometimes you see random/ homeless people walking by. Staff and maintenance is very friendly. Easy access to stores

It’s alright, could work on security. My girlfriends plates were stolen from the lot. Also getting the gate to actually be able to call apartments, quite inconvenient to walk down every time someone comes to visit
