Needs Security CAMERAS , security on property, I'm on second floor, upstairs sound like A HERD OF ELEPHANTS..VERY LOUD!!!! Parking not going anywhere near ACCEPTABLE. WINTER TIME, SNOWPLOWS DON'T PLOW VERY WELL!@!!

In the last 18 months has been more noisy in the area, more dogs barking in the apartments, trash is an issue, specially recycling container is full most of the time, people is more aware how our world is going.

Great location and like the interior door and counter designs. However, there has been several car break-ins (7 in one afternoon) and our security might as well be non-existent. Our walk in and dog park gates are constantly broken by force, no parking spaces for residents because people without placards are parking in the lot now. Ive never had ANY of these issues with the old management. Things certainly went down hill with the new management.

Avana on the Platte restored my faith in humanity. As a Black Woman I had a horrible racial experience during my time apartment shopping. However, from the first hello, welcome I felt like the Avana is where I belonged. Scheduling a viewing was easy and informational. Once I applied communication and next steps were prompt, timely and efficient. I HIGHLY recommended the Avana!

The apartments are gorgeous the ceilings are high and swimming pool is huge the staff are all awesome it's been one of the greatest places I've ever lived the price is right you can't go wrong it avana apartments

Our experience has been awesome so far. Our biggest complaints have been, how thin the floors/ceilings are, and our apartment has had a couple problems. But the maintenance team has been quick to help and we are happy thus far.

This community is clean and quiet. I love my apartment and that I have some awesome neighbors as well. This place here is way better than where I lived before. I have awesome views of the mountains and watching the fireworks go off this past 4th was priceless! I hope to stay here for the long term!

Constant police and ambulance appearance in the complex as well as the security on the property does nothing other than check the gates to make sure they are closed once a week. Several times when having a packaged delivered they could not get into the complex so i had to go pick it up. as well i had a Vehicle stolen while living in the complex as well i had a broom and snow shovel stolen from in front of my apartment that i left out for others to use as well i actually shoveled the sidewalk when i leave for work at 5am since they dont get cleared till 10ish am if they even get cleared.

The office staff has been great to accommodate our move and very quick to answer any questions. The apartment is beautiful and everything that we expected. There were some issues that we acknowledged at move in but they were fixed promptly.

I like my apartment set up. Maintenance was my biggest problem, showed up twice unannounced and i was coming out of shower first time, second time i was in the shower. My toilet runs all the time and it doesnt flush right, reported 7 times. Oils leaked into my balcony rug and furniture and never heard anything about that. I have yet to get information about getting pet deposit as well since pet was only there 4 months.

Overall the community is not horrible. Maintenance staff is not good at taking care of problems. Leasing office staff is always nice and friendly but it seems like there is a lot of miscommunication so you have to repeat requests often.

Its been a great time living here so far. Only problem is the entrance gate. Would like to have a code to enter to enter the complex when forgetting the gate opener key. That would be a big plus. Other than that its been good so far so good. Hope this continues at its finest !

Great place to live! Easy move in process. Love the apartment layout and the access to Riverpoint! No issues to note so far. Also love that the pool and hot tub are open year round. The only thing I would comment about is the parking could be a little better.

Experience has been overall great and if I have to give minor criticism it would be on the gym and parking. Gym needs some more equipment, cable machine, and pull up bar would give you alot of variety. Parking is good but can be a little chaotic but overall good. Moving in was simple and easy, and everything has been amazing.

Safety could be improved by fixing a lot of the burnt out lighting and painting parking lines to encourage people to park closer to the curb and closer together. Maybe the covered/garage parking could be promoted more so that few people relying on curb parking.

Avana on the Platte seems to be the biggest bang for its buck in this area. I enjoy my apartment and it's view. My neighbors are friendly and the carports are reasonably priced. I enjoy living so close to target, costco and the movie theater.

I love this place. Perfect location, perfect space. I love our high ceilings and how close our parking is. The one problem I had here was resolved quickly and easily. I have used the pool and grill there and had a great time and everything worked perfectly.

It was great but started having a couple of maintenance issues and then issues about a couch we had for an entire year. Were told we could have it and a year later are told we are violating our contract and need to get rid of it yet now almost three months later others still have their couches. It took almost two weeks to finish a mold job and it still is not finished.

You never know what you're going to get. I have outdated appliances, (they won't replace them after asking) a daily cigar smoker under me with curtains that wreak 24 hours(no opening windows or using the balcony), Ac i had to fix myself, breeze-ways have stained concrete, cobwebs in the ceiling and walls and a couple stair lights that have never worked. It actually just seems like a typical apartment complex. It's a gamble anywhere of what you get. I'm sure some apartments here are good ones.

After 5 yrs searching for an ADA accessible unit, The Avana presented exactly what we required, easily accessible, ADA parking, the apartment itself is of high quality and meets all the needs of my quadriplegic husband. We feel safe, cared about and able to call this home, not just a place to live. The pool is spectacular. If we still had our much missed Service Dog, Roxanne, she'd have loved The pet friendly Avana too. Avana Maintenance staff and their organized system, specifically designed to resolve issues, are top notch! So far, all is content here for us ??

If youre new to the Denver area this is a great place to live thats close to stores and restaurants. You have many amenities that make living here a better experience and its a safe area/community to live in.

Love the area, very quit and peaceful. Nice place to live. Pool, gym and bbq area nice little perk. Cool thing that I like as well, is the little events the property has such as, bbqs, beer tasting, pool parties. A nice way to get to know the people who live within this gated community.

The staff is friendly and professional, the apartments are nice and super pet friendly! I enjoyed living here overall. My only complaint would be that the walls and floors are thin so you can hear your neighbors sometimes.

Overall a great value in the 2 years Ive lived here. Most of the residents seem like nice people. Theres usually plenty of parking. Ive never had any major maintenance issues. The staff is always professional and friendly.
