I love the amenities the pool is very spacious and neighbors are friendly but definitely needs better security measures mine and other cars have been broken into and even stolen off this property and without a clicker you will be trapped in the apartment

Good experience so far except the people that live above me like yo vacuum at 2 a.m. poop bags for pets needs to be checked on more frequently and I wish there was a code to get in through back gate. Other than that it’s a great place to live.

Avana on the Platte has great floor layouts and the locations excellent. So many stores, restaurants, and trails very close by. The staff made the application process easy and painless. They answered all my questions over the multiple times that I called them.

Excellent spacious beautiful apartments. Amenities are clean and updated. Friendly neighbors and large balconies for the pets to hang out when it's nice. Besides costly rent due to area which is understandable.

I just moved in but its very nice and i have no complaints. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Any time i have a question i run over to the office and someone is always there to help me. So ya i love here.

I haven't lived here for long yet. Not even a month, but I am loving it so far. Looking forward to summer so I can enjoy the pool. :-) My dog loves to walk around the community and I appreciate the many bags and trash cans around the grassy areas to make it easier to pickup after our pets. Thank you.

I am concerned that old appliances will never get replaced. The washer is 10 years old and uses a considerable amount of water to wash clothes. It is very hard on my clothes. The dryer is also old. The newer apartments of course have newer appliances. The place is noisey from the people upstairs. Complaints to management are heard but not acted on. I have been able to convince the upstairs neighbors stomp walking on the floor will not be tolerated. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. Tall ceilings make the apartment seem bigger. Countertops are a manufactured stone, easy to clean. There is ample hot water, never have run out. The grounds here need improvement. Much of the grass is probably dead from the lack of moisture. Shrubs need to be replanted instead of covered over with river rock.

Great friendly community. Very great atmosphere through the complex. Love to walk my dog around and enjoy the scenery. Everything is very close by so walking distance around the complex is not bad. Apartment size is great and also the balcony has a great size and views.

Charli, Matt and maintenance were wonderful when addressing concerns upon move in. I also appreciate the affordability and quality(before the prices hike during moving season). Its extremely difficult to find something comparable in this area.

If you like car thefts, car break-ins. balcony thefts, no parking enforcement, no security, overflowing trash dumpsters, unkept landscaping (dead grass, dead trees, dead bushes, bare dirt). and an unresponsive and unprofessional management staff, Avana on the Platte is the right place for you.

There is a big problem with people breaking into cars to steal petty stuff. Also the walls are very thin and noisy neighbors can be a big issue, and there can be loud neighbors on their porches all night or dogs locked out on porches barking all night.

I enjoy my time at Avana on the Platte. Love the gym, the pool and everything. Not to mentioned our nice apartment and amazing staffs. Overall, it it a big community who I do believe in and would have recommended this place to our friends. Thank you!

Good value for the money, but the complex isnt maintained to the best of its ability, and certain buildings lack parking availability around them inside the gates. The gates break all the time, making the community not gated anymore. Easyish access restaurants, a movie theater, grocery stores, and a light rail station. No real bike storage onsite. Maintenance staff is subpar and management is so-so.

The apartments are nice, but the safety is not good, because I realized that so many dangerous thing is happening in the spot, even people braking windows in the cars, that is why I won't recommend to move here. The gates are not working for safety.

Pretty good overall. Upstairs neighbor is incredibly loud and doesnt seem to have concern for neighbors. Hes up all hours of the night, sounds like hes literally throwing furniture and jumping around in cement shoes. He hasnt had any loud parties until 3-4 am lately, so Im happy with that. Parking is a pain, mine seems to be the only building without actual parking spaces and nowhere near enough room for everyone who lives in the building.

My experience has been great with the service from employees. Except for one instance when I was at the pool with a guest and was unaware of the process of getting a bracelet or the time limits. The employee was very rude when explaining this to us, as if I was lying that I did not understand the rules and she told me to not lie to her. I had really liked going to the pool until that incident and havent wanted to go back.

I love how cute, and friendly everyone has been! I appreciate that we can decorate our living space to our likings and just being able to feel at home. I also love all the COVID Safety rules they have in place!

Its just fine. Not much of a community feel. And its so damn dusty here being next to the highway I think. There is a white film on all my furniture all the time and I had to invest in a air purifier. And I can hear everything my upstairs neighbors do. That is really annoying.

Great place to call home. Centrally located, easy access to main roads and highway. Perfect layouts, open concept. Apartments are energy efficient. Community is well kept. Gated community, near light rail and shopping center.

I've lived here at avana on the Platte since it opened and i've seen many companies come and go running this place. I must say the formula is just right now, with Charly and her group of workers bent on satisfaction of the community. and they deliver! Maintenance has always been great here and continues to be.

Maintenance has had ups and downs. Residents seem to think picking up after their dog is not their responsibility. There is dog poop everywhere. Bags and bins are provided so I know people are just being lazy.
