Boca Colony, is a nice and safe place. Where the needs of its residents are treated with due importance. Family environment. Well maintained. whenever there is a problem it is solved in time. It would be even better if there were more leisure areas, such as sports courts.

The office staff are great. They maid my move in amazing and smooth. The neighborhood is perfect. Closed to everything; the 95 and turnpike but also close the the mall and local park. Schools are amazing but the Maintenance crue! Are soso!!!

The general appearance is average and the complexe provides the essential basics for a family to leave there. Luxury wise, the appearance is less than average for the price paid for the appartement. But moving in and out has become very unsecured and hackers have their free way inside. The parking that tenants paid must be watched by themselves and their cars are opened to theft.

The community is good, the advisors are very friendly, I don't like the external part, it is very neglected, dirty, more control is needed with pet poop, more pest control, cockroaches are unbearable.

Beautiful, quiet community with great management office. Location is great because it's close to Publix, shopping center (boca mall) and beach. Very fortunate to rent an apartment here. Feels like home :)

So far it has been a great experience. I really appreciate the neighborhood that I live in so far it's peaceful and quiet which I like. The staff at Boca Colony also have been super nice and helpful. From what I see it looks they the job done immediately.

Boca Colony is a nice place to call home . Thanks to the amazing staff & the centrally & secluded area that it is llocated in .. just 5 minutes from I95 & Boca Town Center! A 10 minute drive to the beach to Mizner .

Poor value and rent keeps going up, grounds not well kept, neighbors are loud and not friendly, many dogs (big and small) - sometimes mess not cleaned up, parking is terrible (frequently find cars parked in my reserved spot), maintenance will patch-up issues rather than replace old appliances, otherwise OK

Boca colony is a great place for live, quiet place, nice people. The apartments are comfortable and nice. The only problem is the maintenance people, they are very rude and they don't care at all make a good job for you, when you call for something is a problem, the answer is very slow. And I don't think someone from this company cares about it.

Great experience I had from start to finish. I'm glad the process went smoothly and I can now be in my own place. It's peaceful and quiet and I just enjoy the neighborhood. It looks friendly and I'm a peoples person but I stay for myself I never even hear my neighbors so that's a plus.

This community is a quiet place and the staff is very friendly and diligent. The apartments are clean and spacious but more cabinets would be needed in the kitchen area. The are no place for the kitchen stuff .

Boca Colony is a great community overall in a great area. Office staff is very attentive and always responds and handles any issue that may occur. Been here for 2 years and plan on staying another year once my lease is up.

I have not had any problems. Mgmt staff are friendly and always available. Any maintenance issue have been addressed immediately and done quickly. In the 2 plus years that I have been here I have been lucky to have nice, quiet neighbors.

I like how whenever I need something fixed, it gets fixed within a timely matter. The maintenance stuff are really friendly and helpful. Even if it's something small; like, needing a new air conditioner filter.

The staff is very friendly. The property needs a face lift. The pool is nice. The assigned parking spaces are not clearly marked. None of the windows in our apartment open and none of them have screens.

My two roommates and myself had been looking for an apartment for quite a Long time. It's really hard finding affordable housing that allow college students to lease. The office staff (Jessica and Britney) were very helpful with us doing a rapid move in. Upon move-in the apartment had a few minor problems. With that being said, when we contacted the leasing office about the problems they had maintenance come almost instantly. The maintenance worker Michael (mike), did such a great job at fixing any small minor problems and did an even better job at properly communicating what all he was doing and how it was going to fix the problem. Not only that but he also even remembers my name and when I see him in the parking lot he waves and asks how the apartment is. This neighborhood also is a pretty quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this community to not only college students but even families. I have only been here for a week now but I have no doubt in my mind that I am going to enjoy living here.

My experience is great. I love the upkeep of the yard it's clean. The community is quite which I love. A beautiful pool which my family loves. A gym you couldn't ask for more.When I first move in if I was listening to the comments online I would run away. I prove it for myself and it's great for me. This is my experience.

I was recommended this community by a family member and once I took a tour I absolutely fell in love with the property and units. The staff was absolutely amazing in making the process painless and I'm in love with my new home. I couldn't have picked a better place to live.

Experience has been okay. Sometimes the office staff is accommodating but upper management above the office staff does not appear to appreciate customer loyalty of long-term residents who have always paid rent on time and were good tenants

Everything at Boca Colony has been such a pleasure since I moved in! The move-in process was seamless, the staff is incredibly friendly, maintenance gets to your issues immediately. I am so glad I chose to move here!

BUILDING IS INFESTED WITH RATS!!! EVEN THO THE LEASE CLEARLY QUOTE THE FLORIDA STATUTE STATING THAT ALL BUILDINGS SHALL REMAIN FREE FROM PESTS AND VERMIN OR THE OFFICE SHALL ABATE RENT UNTIL THE SITUATION IS CURED. FURTHERMORE, IF THE OFFICE DOES NOT ABATE RENT, THE TENANT MAY WITHHOLD IT. NOW THEY ARE STATING THAT IM REFUSING TO COMPLY AS I ASKED THEIR MAINTENANCE TEAM TO SEE PROOF OF STATE PERMITS AND LISCENCURE REQUIRED OF PEST AND WILDLIFE CONTROL WORKERS IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA. THEIR MAINTENANCE MANAGER EVEN STOLE LEGITIMATE MEDICAL SUPPLIES FROM MY HOME THAT CAN ALSO BE USED FOR ILLICIT DRUG USE AND I HAVE HIM ON MY SECURITY CAMERA ADMITTING TO THE THEFT AND USING SLANG STREET DRUG TERMINOLOGY THAT I HAD TO GOOGLE TO EVEN DEFINE TO EXPLAIN WHAT HE TOOK TO ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. WHEN I SUBSEQUENTLY CHECKED, THE MEDICAL SUPPLIES REFERENCED WERE FOUND TO BE MISSING. IVE CONTACTED BOTH CODE ENFORCEMENT AND PBSO TO REPORT THE RAT INFESTATION AND THEFT, RESPECTIVELY AND HAVE RETAINED LEGAL COUNSEL IN THE EVENT THAT I AM FORCED TO FIGHT IN COURT AS THEY HAVE NOW SERVED A 3 DAY NOTICE AS IF IM ACTUALLY LEGALLY OBLOGATED TO PAY RENT TO LIVE IN UNSAFE AND UNSANITARY CONDITIONS. THE "MANAGER" QUIT AND I CAN GET NO CLAIRIFICATION ON WHO IS IN CHARGE AS ALL OF THE LEASING STAFF PLAY DUMB AND CLAIM TO NOT KNOW ANYTHING. I CANT EVEN GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER AS TO WHO'S NAME IS SIGNED ON THE 3 DAY NOTICE I RECEIVED. IF THEY CONTINUE THIS BEHAVIOR, I WILL BE FILING A CIVIL SUIT IN THE MORNING, REQUESTING THAT ALL MONIES PAID BE RETURNED TO ME AS THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN IN COMPLIANCE FOR THE 3 MONTHS THAT I'VE LIVED HERE AND I WOULD LIKE TO JUST LEAVE. DO NOT RENT HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Excellent location, safe neighborhood, friendly neighbors. However many buildings are old and outdated, infested with rats and mold. The newer units are probably safer but the older ones probably should be condemned and rebuilt.

I love it and live here for about 5 yrs. The staff is amazing, pet friendly, apartments spacious, lots of parking for guests and assigned parking for the residents. Property kept clean with weekly lawn service.
