Save your money and consider any other community in the area. If an appliance breaks here they will have you wait an entire month to fix it and they will not respond to any phone calls or emails. Fantastic area but I’ve never seen a community run this poorly it’s unacceptable. Will NOT be renewing and I would advise anyone looking at this community to steer clear. Overpriced and outdated, everything breaks monthly.

I like the location, it is very convenient to highly rated schools and also close to stores. The staff is very responsive to most of the maintenance issues. I would recommend this community to my relatives and friends moving to Boca.

its been terrible can't wait to move our, roof fell in and it took them 2 weeks too patch it and 2 months to fix it, should honestly sue. for pore living conditions hat were out of our control . I hate Boca Colony

If it was good l would have stayed longer. I am very unhappy about the parking and trash all over the community. If you put in a work order it is ignored with no follow-up or communication. The rent is high considering all the issues.

horrible experience since the day i moved in, i was given the wrong keys. There are multiple appliances broken. Bugs EVERYWHERE! and the front office does not help at all. I never want to be here.EVER

Overall my experience has been good. The community is quiet and in a centralized location. It is close to everything and for a good price. Within a week of living here neighbors are friendly but the only issue is parking.

It's a good community, very quiet also. The only thing since the other guy (Joel) is not working there anymore, the maintenance service is horrible, when you submit a service it's never done. I have more than 2 weeks I requested to fix my dryer and washer machine, they never fix them

I did find out after couple months the price of the apartments is super over priced, very old fashion stove, refrigerator with 10 years behind, very old wash and dryer machine, my principal bathroom is a least 30%smaller that the guest bathroom., Etc etc

Management is very nice and the apartment is nice besides small things needing to be fixed. Some neighbors can be rude and not allow you to have personal space while others are extremely friendly! There are many spaces for reserved parking with very minimal spaces for guests so it's hard to have people over when they have no place to park.

TERRIBLE PEOPLE DURING PANDEMIC DO NOT PROVIDE ANY TYPE OF GARCE PERIOD THEY CHARGE YOU LATE FEE PLUS PLUS PER DAY WITHOUT ANY CONSIDERATION, YOU CAN EXPLAIN ALL YOU WANT BUT THE ANSWER IS ALWAYS "NO" REGARLESS THE ROFS LEAK WATER , VERY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT THEY OFFER BUT THE WORSE IS THE COMUNICATING WITH TH OFFICE, YOU HAVE TO CALL 100 TIMES TO GET A RESPONSE AND IS ALWAYS A BIG NO. NONE IS ASKING FOR FREE RENT JUST WAIVE SOME OF THE RIDICULOUS FEES NOT EVEN ALL OF THEM .

It is a clean community, they respect your parking space, it is a pretty quiet al calm community, you have the amenities where you can invite couple of friends and have a good time, the apartments are big and they have a good distribution.

Every community has issues but it seems this community is trying to rectify them. The only set back is non-residents or discruntled residents parking in assigned spots and no towing. This forces the tenant who pays for the spot to park illegally while the rule breaker continues.

Overall great experience. There is a premium for parking in this community but worth it to have a secured spot. The staff is responsive and nothing but great so far. Bonus: the community connects to miles of walking/biking paths.

It was very pleasant for the first few years of leaving here but after the property was purchased by other owners a lot changed for the worse. When your having maintenance issues they taking a very long time to get back to you and fix the issue.

I have been here a few months now. I personally think the apartment and neighborhood is over rated. I like the pool. You have to pay to register your car? Ridicoulous! When someone parks in your spot they put a note on there car it's a joke and they continue to do it. When you confront the manager. She cant tell the truth about anything. Acts extremely childish. I don't know if she was just given the title. Place is ran like a low end motel. After reading all the reviews. They like to write there own to cover up all the bad ones. I guess some people like the place. but if you read the reviews there hyped up too much because of her high turnover of residents. Another childish thing. After this review you will see ten more great ones . It's the greatest place on earth. Please!!!!

Finding a decent place to rent in Boca Raton is honestly hellish. The rental rates in this city are astronomically high, with not a lot to offer. That being said, this community falls just within the median cost for the city. Overall, it is not a bad place to live; it is family-, pet-, and student-friendly, so that would definitely be considered a pro. The cons in my eyes would really be that the individual units are way out-of-date and not at all modern, in contrast to their modern-day cost to rent. If you do not have a car, public transit is not the most ideal because, though accessible, the schedules for the buses are unreliable and few and far between. This living community is a good option, however these are just some aspects that should be considered.

The staff has been friendly and attentive to any issue that arose. By far, I never have had such an easy time with the lease process or maintenance issues (small problems, very on top of getting them taken care of quickly). The building is safe and quiet. There are thoughtful touches. For example, we just had a hurricane come through and rather than just stick the list of things to do to prepare in our doors, they made cute gift bags with a few treats and a card along with the prep list. That kind of care goes into everything here!

I lived here for a year, leasing office never answers the phone and you can only get ahold of them if they need something from you. There's also bug problems and our apartment had a weird musty smell. I've seen way better. One resident also let us know that their car had gotten broken into overnight, and that the leasing office refused to inform anyone about it.

The community is overall very safe and friendly. I feel safe and I like my guaranteed parking spot. Dog friendly and in a nice location of Boca Raton. Very friendly and professional staff. The only thing I would fix is the bug problem.
