Easy and fast. The staff had everything ready and I was able to begin the move right away. Johanna and Mariella were very friendly, the apartment was really clean. The special to move in that was being offered was really helpful.

I just moved in but so far it is a safe quiet, and well maintained is also close to FAU and close to everything I need. I like the assigned parking spot. The property feels safe and clean which was a priority.

We just moved in, everything is good. Staff is helpful and friendly. Mariella agreed to show me apartments when I requested it. It was so nice, because I stayed with two children without property and I was in hurry. Thank you do much.

I moved to Boca because I relocated for my retirement. It's quiet actually to quiet . I should have read all the reviews before moving here. I noticed there are a lot of recent 5 star reviews recently. I guess to cover up the truth that really goes on here . The 5 star reviews look like there made up by management. I noticed that in previous reviews. place is filthy especially the dumpster area and stair cases. I have brought this to management attention . She takes a picture of your complaint and blows it off. people leave in droves. Lot of empty apartments wonder why . the price is insane. When I have a maintenance request or complaint they don't answer the phone. I appear in person at any given time to find the manager , assistant manager and housekeeping lady flapping there mouth all in one office . Like its there living room . This occurs at any given time in the day. Its not lunch time at 10am or 5 pm. Please read the 5 star reviews there are false. the best thing I would like about living here is to move!!!!!!!.

This is the most beautiful community, and the apartment is beautiful. The staff is professional, and the location is perfect. I would recommend Boca Colony to anyone looking for upscale living. The upgrades can't be beat. Amazing!

I've lived here since early 2018. Great location, closed to everything. This is a very well maintained community, my only problem are some of it's residents. Many of its residents work for a Boca resort/ country club, looks like their employer pays for housing and sometimes there can be 6-9 people living in a 3 BR appt. that means that when they are home they sit outside of their apartment to drink beer and smoke pot. In order to financially qualify for rent you must have good credit and make 3 times your rent. Those requirements do not apply to the country club workers since it is their employer who leases the apartment for them. They make the community unpleasant, if it wasn't for that I would give the community 5 stars.

The number one thing I enjoyed while living here is being manipulated by the management which writes there own reviews and misspells the words to throw you off. So cute. They charge for amenities like the gym , soon to be pool with key fobs for the gate and the bbq grill. Weird I thought no food or drinks in pool area and thought the grill had to be 20 feet from the building? The tennis court is being turned into additional parking. It's been months under construction and sometimes not worked on for weeks. The trash area is gross never swept . Same with the hallways and staircases. Management and staff live on the property and spend a significant portion of the day at there homes. Not a good idea to work and live at the same place. Everyone is leaving in droves. The rent has soared and they can care less. But apologize to this review save it. Take pride in yourselves!

Please note that it is our mission to create a community that you are proud to call home. We are constantly working to exceed our residents' expectations and welcome any feedback that can guide us along the way. We do have many employees that live onsite and use their lunch time in their homes. We cannot dictate what an employee does on his or her time. 24-Hour maintenance is available to all of our residents. Monday- Friday from 9:00am-4:30pm, after 4:30pm it is emergencies only. The amenities are open with the same business hours as the office. All of the added features are to insure only the Boca Colony residents have access. As a team we are very excited about the changes that are happening at Boca Colony. As you mentioned the tennis court was removed to create 40 additional parking spaces. Our very own construction crew is making sure this happens. Unfortunately, weather and emergencies are factors that we must consider during the completion of a project. We are projecting an end of September completion date. Our maintenance team is on a daily schedule for grounds pick up. It is an ongoing effort to pick up after over 300 residents some whom you mentioned do not pick up. We are sorry that your experience with Boca Colony was not up to your standards, but I can assure you we are improving every day. We wish you nothing but the best. Boca Colony Management Team.

I like the place. I feeling safe and comfortable. I haven't seem nothing bad and I like the quiet community. I just don't like the supplies of my apt, refrigerator, stove and dishwasher are older. Please change those.

My experience with boca colony has been great. I like that the apartment complex is doing great thing with the community. The staff customer service are excellent even when they have the office packed of resident and prospect they still provide the best service. The apartment it self speaks for itself. My unit is a 2 bedroom 1215 sqft very specious I love this apartment if I can buy it I would but it is rental. The place is quite, clean and the resident are all friendly. Even when they don't know you the are pleased to say hello, good morning. I recommend Boca Colony to everyone.

Do not live here. Everything about this community is terrible. Took away our parking stalls to build more and forced us to park 200 yards away from our building. Maintenance is terrible. Staff is terrible. Residents are terrible.

Area and Schools are near and good but maintenance is very bad. Team is not fixing requests even though logged multiple time for the same. Plz take a look and fix them so it will be good. Personnely, we can't prefer to anyone as no one is taking responsibility to fixing the issue.

It has gone downhill a lot in the last 9 months. Staff turnover has been high. The new management is unreliable and lacks professionalism. The complex has gotten more dangerous with more break-ins to cars.

Terrible. Absolutely no parking, will resort in you parking in made up spots and receiving tickets. Management is no help, and overall rude and disrespectful whenever you have issues. extremely over priced for the quality of apartment.

At the beginning it was ok and then when down hill, parking is horrible even with assigned spots If problem it may get fixed right away or takes long and order gets closed and it wasn't done. Noisy at times neighbors are not very clean.
