It would be nice place to live if only the community truly addressed the constantly breaking AC unit by finally installing a new and working AC unit before summer. Can't recommend living in a community that ignores constant and repeated AC problems by just putting freeon in the system when it needs to be replaced. This diminishes habitability of unit.

it's great everybody's so nice it's accommodating affordable family and and likeable people the only thing really wrong with living here is the parking there are not enough gas guest spots. And the rules about guests spots are too strict ridiculous in fact that's my only complaint

Very nice and clean but the parking is difficult. The staff has been amazing since moving in and the overall look of the apt is great! The location is perfect to the mall and grocery store so we get the best of both

Bug infestation, unprofessional staff, limited parking, too many maintenance issues, etc. Overall this was not the best place to live. The staff should be more aware of an individual's personal situation and be more flexible.

Management staff is excellent. Any services issues have been attended to promptly. Parking is the real issue at this community. Other than that, nice place to live. Neighbors are friendly and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves.

I have no complaints. The staff at the leasing office are pleasant and very helpful. I have been living here since feb 2017 and on the rare occasion i needed something to be fixed , it was done promptly and dpne correctly the first time. Quiet peaceful neighbourhood.

Seems clean, however there are a group of people who hangout on mopeds and rev the engines really loud late at night. Other than that, I don't have many complaints above the community. Perhaps some lights near the sidewalks would be nice.

Unfortunately the place had so much potential to be a cute and overall nice place to live but the manager and senior management which is not new . Been here going on almost three years now ran it into the ground literally. I would appreciate it if the management company would stop apologizing or to come in the office with your concern. You are the concern. They charge you once again 35 per car and you can have two cars per one bedroom one to be parked in an assigned spot which you cant read the number because the parking stomp is so old ,missing or broken in half and pieces of it are on the grass or in the road no wonder there is no guest parking . Residents have to park in guest spots. If someone parks in your spot or fire lane-island they do not tow. The place is so filthy and gross. The cleaning lady which is supposed to be cleaning spends the whole day at her house - she lives here and the golf cart is right down stairs from her door which I'am looking at now. As well as the clueless maintenance people that need to go to a maintenece school to learn maintenance. Every one of my concerns to management was met with bullying ,harassment , switching the story , lying and then was asked to write them a great review or you kidding me. These people flat need to be fired it's been a total embarrassment living here my family will not visit me because of how pathetic the place really is.

I wish I could give this place a negative amount of stars. Don't waste your time or money at Boca Colony. There is not enough room in this post to share how horrible my experience was. The property management is the worst I've ever come across. If you ever have a problem you will be met with an attitude and you can expect nothing to be done. They try everything in their power to steal you deposit when you move out and don't think you'll ever sit down and have a meeting after they put on a show to get you to sign a lease with them. If you have more than one car you will experience the worst parking (even though you pay to park on their property) they will still ticket you if you don't park in the 10 guest spots that are available. There were many more problems such as a broken dryer/ washer, leaky roof and much more. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ... DO NOT MOVE HERE !

This place is a DUMP wouldn't waste my time moving here. We had nothing but issues from the day we moved in nothing works and the maintenance guy has no clue how to fix anything he thinks he fixes it but it still never works. Infested with roaches. Not worth the money you have to pay. Parking is horrible. Full of Jamaicans who party all night and smoke and drink and hang out on the porches all hours of the day/night. Throw food in the court yards. Front office cares about no one once you sign the lease the are nice to you until you sign. Angie is the worst person ever such a nasty attitude. Only person was nice there was Erin and they let her go. Go figure! The grounds are dirty the trash bins are always over flowing. Too bad they didn't have a zero star because even that isn't enough. For all who say it's a nice place you must not be subjected to roaches and the dirty people who walk around all hours of the night and make so much noise daytime and night time hours or maybe the front office pays you to put a good review.. Read this and BEWARE.

This community and the staff doesn't deserve not even one star . I will be the last person who writes a bad Review. My advice for the renters not to get cheated with the hype they show you in the lobby. Once you sign the lease you will experience the attitude of management team, from manager to maintainance . Manager itself is so rude and lazy. They don't even want to do the basics ,, prior to tenant move -in, they not even keep the apartment clean. It's so filthy , not only that , the manager asking the tenant to clean . She has attitude of " hey if you want you do , thats all we do. You already signed the lease . You like it or not you are locked for an year . Bathroom tubs are old and they paint . When you take shower , paints start peeling out and that clog the drain . So my advice for the renters is before you sign the lease , ask them to show the unit you rent , check everything inside out , if you are staisfied then sign the lease .

Lets start with thanking the management with writing there five star reviews -wow anyone can see that these were fabricated!!!. Cant believe the could stoop lower than they are. The place is morbidly filthy nasty. Thanks your doing such a great job of nothing. The maintenance people are the laziest I have ever seen between hiding in empty apartments that have been fixed - to sitting on golf carts -on the phone or both. Leaving at 445pm every day to go home . They park there vehicles on the side of the leasing office where it says no parking but will fine you if you do. The landscape company does the maintenance. The various items you will see are feces , garbage ,broken bottles , needles and burnt aluminum foil -guess what for - oh ya and condoms -yum!!!. The management sits in there cute little office like a tyrant-leave so I can charge more. Its not me its boss. Take some pride all of you seriously!!! For what you pay in here you can buy a house or live on the ocean!!!!

I have lived here for 3 years now and I'm about to renew my lease again. I absolutely love living here. The neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are friendly and so are the staff in the office. The property is clean and safe and that's why I love being here. The size of the apartments are great. So much storage, full size washer /dryer in unit, large walk in closets and a bedroom that fits a king size bed. Its hard to find these items all in one apartment and I found it here. If youre looking at apartments, definitely come here to check it out.

I have been living in Boca Colony for almost 3 years and continue to live here because not only is the school district is Amazing and the location 5 star but the management office and its maintenance staff is superb!! One call and you can be sure your issue is resolved before 5 o'clock. As a resident I am insulted when I read negative reviews. It is not fair and I am sure it is due to more the person writing than Boca Colony and it's staff. We have residents who range in ages from college students to single parents and families relocating to Florida. It is quiet and very family orientated. Our anemneties are very well kept. To be honest it is the most affordable apartments for thee area.

I have been living at BOCA COLONY For 1 year now. our apartment is overlooking the pool and is on the third floor. It has high ceilings and is a beautiful peaceful and quiet apartment. we have really enjoyed our time here and would stay longer but we are moving back with our family. I have felt very peaceful and have loved it here. I'm a real estate agent and recommended my clients and my friends to this complex. The location is great and is in a great school district.

Overall my experience with this place was horrible. Wish I read the reviews before I moved in so I knew not to live here. Parking is a joke here, I lived in a 3 bedroom apartment and we all had to pay for parking but we only got 2 spots. The third person had to go find parking and chances are you won't find any, especially if you're coming home at 9pm or later then forget it. You'll pass by so many open spots at night but of course they're reserved so you're forced to park where it says "no parking" because there is ABSOLUTELY no spots AT ALL and risk getting your car towed, and they will do it. Maintenance guys and ladies in the office are nice but the management does not give a ---- about you. We have had a broken dryer the whole year and every time they "fix it" it's still broken, you'd think they'd get us a new one but nope they just come back every time trying to fix it that it then got to the point we just gave up knowing they were never going to fix it. Probably the worst part about this place is the bug problem. It is so bad that none of us will think about stepping foot into our kitchen at night. German cockroaches, little spiders, and ants are everywhere. We use to call them about every week for pest control and it never did anything. We ended up getting our own pesticides and spraying every single crack and corner but it still did nothing. The whole year we've been here the cockroaches have not gone away. There aren't as many ants but the cockroaches have doubled and little spiders started showing up towards the end of the year. Also, mold is another disgusting thing about this place. We moved in and there was mold all in our bathroom! From then it has just gotten worse I don't know if it is just our building or what but it is extremely unhealthy and disgusting I can't believe management would let someone live in a place like this. If you read all this just get this message do NOT live here! It is cheap, especially for Boca, but management does not give a crap about you and your complaints.

I have had the absolute pleasure being apart of this small little community as from October 2016 to present. I admit I was a little nervous coming all the way from South Africa to a new country, but living in this small community has made every day feel like home, and has made my stay here all the more enjoyable. I stayed in a three bedroomed apartment during my stay here. Exceptionally spacious and comfortable. They have done wonders on the landscaping as well. Recently been working on the pool area and gym, yes, there is a gym! Small but has everything you need to stay in shape. During my stay I spent most of my time in the computer lab doing my online studies, perfect place to unwind and relax. I would recommend this Apartment complex to anyone looking to buy or rent!

NO LO RECOMIENDO Translate, There is no parking only give one, have mold, cockroaches, very poor maintenance, do not respect the rights of the tenant, When you want to talk to a supervisor do not answer because the manager or the manager and called first to someone who is a friend and then He tells you with laughter that he does not care if you complain, very bad place. I lived here for almost 2 years. I loved the location, it was close to the mall and FAU. All the staff are really nice. They respond to your work order within 1 to 2 days which is really convenient. I don't have any complains about this place. Loved it! The only reason why I moved is because I needed a place closer to the beach aside from that I would've never left.

***UPDATE TO MY 09/20/2016 REVIEW*** I have been a resident here for almost two years now. While I have definitely had my share of issues during this time, I'm happy to say that everything has been resolved. When I first moved in, it didn't seem like management cared enough to address anyone's issues in a timely manner, if at all. They have since gotten new management (Angie) and I can honestly say that she cares about our concerns and does everything she can to make sure that the residents are happy. The landscaping and general aesthetic of the buildings have also improved. My only complaint would be that the units are a little on the small side, but other than that I love the area and my apartment is cute with the vaulted ceilings and open kitchen.

I'm having a good experience so far. The neighborhood is nice. The development is well maintained. It's quiet and safe, just like everything else in Boca Raton. The apartment is clean and in good working order. Whenever I needed a repair to be done, it was completed the next working day. Parking is assigned, and that eliminates a lot of frustration. I haven't had a guest try and park yet, so I'll have to follow-up this review about that. Overall, I think this is the best deal in Boca Raton. All the other reviews I read seem incredibly angry, and I don't see why. Angie and Erin in Management take good care of me.

The building I am in is infested with German cockroaches. The office sent someone out just one time which did nothing. I finally called a pesticide company on my own. They have been out FIVE TIMES and there are still cockroaches EVERYWHERE. So obviously this problem is much bigger than I had imagined. This is a health hazard to myself and my children. It has brought me to the breaking point of tears numerous times. If I had enough money to break my lease I would in a heartbeat. I am a neat freak, so I know it's not because of me. In all of my life I have never ever lived with cockroaches until I moved here. And don't even get me started on the shady-looking people who hang around outside everyday, seven days a week, who all get picked up in a big, unmarked white van. Are they on work release or something?? Who are these people and where are they going everyday? It makes it a little uncomfortable when we walk our children to the bus stop every morning and there they are, staring at us as we're walking by until they get into the creepy van...
