This community is great location, well kept but they need to weed out bad behaviour tenants and re-enforce rules and be more strict , apartments are nice well kept, the manager is very nice so is the staff.

Its been a decline in experience with the Morgan making budget cuts to staff but its getting better and even though the staff they have now is still doing their best it's they could use more financial support from the top.

Would not recommend. Community is not kept well. Trash service is hit or miss that we pay for. Neighborhood smells like marijuana constantly. When it rains the whole walk way in front of the building is under water.

This is a beautiful community; closed to the airport, major hiways, shopping centers, movie theater, great restaurants, etc... I just wish that people who move in and current residents would respect the community's rules, especially the ones concerning noise, smoking, parking and trash disposal.

The units are modern, clean and spacious. The maintenance staff is so friendly and prompt- all of our requests have been solved within a day or less. There are so many stores nearby- even within walking distance and the close proximity to the airport is the best! We have great respectful and friendly neighbors. Love living here!

Wonder space to live. Great events. Staff is nice and friendly. The maintenance is great. Community is friendly. Apartments are beautiful. Stores and restaurants are near by. Airport is close if you like to travel and shorter for uber rides.

The Morgan is a safe, clean and quiet community with easy access to stores, restaurant and airport, away from the busy areas. The Morgan provided plenty of parking spaces, clean gym etc. For the kiddos in school you will find a school zone pick up area in front of The Morgan community entrance and if you love planes you will experience, see and hear the plane really close. Overall it's a good commute for starters and safe place for families.
