Overall good experience, lots of useful amenities that never seem to be very crowded. Pet and kid friendly. Only complaint is, the office staff never seems to be knowledgeable in the info that they should be. Since moving in, everyone in the office that I've had to be in contact with (except for Maria) has seemed lost and confused with any question I have, which is super frustrating.

Initially it was great but has gone down hill since. The office staff only sends emails with empty threats to enforce rules. They seem attentive when you talk to them face-to-face but simply forget to follow up by the end of the day. Maintenance is lacking throughout the property. It takes days to get someone respond to a maintenance request. There's one member of the maintenance staff that just drives his golf cart around the complex, with nothing in it, not stopping or performing any kind of work. The entire time he's driving the cart, he's looking at his cell phone. The trash area is constantly overflowing so much that the staff cannot keep up. The only building that is maintained is the one with the model in it. There was a recent stabbing at the apartment next to the model and the very next day maintenance was there to clean the blood off the sidewalk. Meanwhile, mold/rust is ground around the door frames of almost every apartment in the complex with the only solution being to paint over it. There needs to be major changes for me to recommend this property to anyone at the price they're asking for rent.

Apartments are nice. Great features. Pool, grill, pool table, and gym all great adds especially the coffee machine. Parking is ok. Needs some work. Natecia should be property manager. She makes sure everyone is happy

We really love this condominium. I just hope we can have a property management soon. Please fix the gates. And the gym needs maintenance. And too many bugs. Overall, nice place, great access to everywhere.

By far the least caring leasing staff I've ever encountered. While the property is absolutely beautiful, there is consistently an issue with parking availability. When voicing my concerns to the staff, I'm met with responses like "there's plenty of parking on the other side of the community." They expect I walk half a mile to get to my building at night. More recently, I've been having our of the ordinary noise complaints about my upstairs neighbor. Things like screaming and throwing objects in the middle of the night. I couldn't find the phone number for the guard service, as it is not posted anywhere. They gave us a single sheet of paper upon move-in months ago. I voiced my concerns regarding this belligerent behavior to Maria, the Property Manager, and was extremely disappointed in her response. Via phone call - I expressed that I was losing sleep over the noise and was concerned about the upstairs neighbor. She dismissed my concerns and told me I'm probably just tired and cranky and hung up on me. I believe this is because these complaints fell around the same time I chose not to renew my lease. Ultimately, a week later police happened to knock on my door mistakenly, looking for the man upstairs. Unfortunately, it seems as if some sort of domestic violence occurred and it could have been stopped sooner if Maria had done so much as call the tenant.

This is the best apartment complex in the area and have the best Manager and staff! Good location, gated community. My neighbors make a lot of noise but that is something that requires consideration and being not selfish and not in the control of the Morgan staff, I tried to complain about it but nothing changed, again is not the office staff fault. We as tenants also need to do our part to keep it clean. I am happy here!

Terrible management who doesn't respond in a timely manner. Love my actual apartment though. The location of this community is great and all my neighbors are very friendly. Pet friendly and a respectful atmosphere. Don't be fooled by the look of the gym, things are usually broken or dirty. The pool however is very nice and kept well.

New community, close to gateway neighborhood of Orlando. Love the variety of nearby retail and restaurants. Grounds are very nicely maintained. Management and staff are always available. Well-lit at night.

A bit standard for the monthly rent. Beautiful property but would expect more transparency from Richmond Properties, office staff is very helpful given what they have to work with. I just expect more for such a premium rate.

It's been pretty good. Great staff. Although I've been here for 2 years I haven't had my carpets cleaned or any paint touch-ups. The overall experience has been very good. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance guys are great.

Its been ok walls, floors, doors are super thin like paper. This is supposed to be luxury apartments but the quality within the apartments are not so luxury. For $1860 you would expect better quality.

Parking Issues-You're lucky if you find a parking spot after 9pm, Dirty Hallways, Smokers non-smoking community, Staff members not friendly, Bees/Mosquito Issues around building closes to the bushes!!!

Great community staff. They helped through the entire leasing process and were very professional when we moved in. The apartment was clean well maintained and recently painted. Facilities within the community are great from the gym, pool and clubhouse with pool table and free coffee.
