Parking issue

I had a very bad experience with the parking situation at Morgan Condominium. I was traveling, and even though I had my Parking Permit clearly displayed on my windshield, they put a sticker on my car saying I couldn’t park where I was and that I had to move my car by Monday. I find this absurd and unfair because they turned a regular parking spot into a private one without any notice and even threatened to tow my car, despite me following the rules and having my permit visible. I’ve had issues in the past when my car got towed without a permit, but now that I have everything in order, they’re still causing problems. I think the management at this condominium really needs to improve, because what they did to me was completely unjust and disrespectful.

Great community quiet, friendly staff, the only bad thing for me is that people smoke even knowing that is non smoking i think they have to do something about it because the smell of weed gets worse everytime

Living at The Morgan Apartments has been a pleasant experience overall. The current management (2025) is very diligent and always willing to help, which makes a big difference. I do believe there should be a stricter screening process for residents, as some tend to disregard the community rules. That said, The Morgan Apartments remains an excellent community to live in.

I have a great experience with the property manager Allison. The receptionist however sounds unsure or isn't proactive. For example when we speak with her she sounds confused or doesn't offer 'next steps.' I wish we didn't have to speak to the manager in order for things to feel like they will get done right. Nicole sounds confused and doesn't know what to say to make you feel like they are working on it.

The property manager, Allison, is wonderful. The location is close to everything. Can be a little noisy depending on the airport but I love the noise. The pool area is relaxing and the property is well kept.

My experience was awesome, with the help of Nicole I would say the balance tips into having a community feel. The environment can be amazing but if not for the attendant assisting that experience would not be equally amazing as the property is.

I really liked this neighborhood because stuff is really professional and if have any maintenance issue they fix it immediately. And also we always have pets control and we don't have issue with insects and we are happy living here

Community, employees and apartments are all fantastic. Maintenance gentlemen are quick, clean and efficient. Best place I've ever lived. The only complaint I could have is the small amount of parking spaces to units. There's very little space to accommodate visitors.

Love the community, the areas are well maintain, the amenities are great, staffing is always willing to help. Phone calls are answered, emails and everything you need. If there are any type of complaints with neighbors management acts quick.

Nice property

Not enough parking. Inconsistent staff residents & staff are like a revolving door nobody stays long. Pool & gym area is nice. Valet trash could be a bit better I don’t understand the concept of them only picking up some trash if you have more then one bag what the hell am I paying for valet trash if they don’t always do there job it got so bad one time everyone just started leaving all there trash on the first floor that was a mess. Maybe if it was managed better I would come back.

Very clean and host was informative. Apartment gives luxury. Rooms are spacious, see that it's pets pet friendly. Kitchen is updated and spacious. Amenities that the apartment offers is great like the yoga room, gym and lovely pool setting with a jacuzzi pool

The community is pretty, calm, nice views, nice apartments. Is a community that have many events to try to engage the neighbors with each others and are fun. It's a safe place to live and has many restaurants and movie theater even at walking distance.

We have to pay for valet trash which is a scam we have no place to repair our autos wash or simple maintenance . The staff is nice and and listen, friendly it is close to my work it is too expensive too many charges next year the price should drop to a proper level

For the most part, The Morgan is a quiet community and well maintained. Office staff is friendly and attentive to issues that do arise. The Morgan is close to shopping, schools and all the entertainment that Orlando offers. With a mix of resident ages and ethnicities, it's a great place to live.

The apartment and complex is very nice but get ready to deal with noise problems. You hear your neighbors apartment activities, even when they are doing laundry, walls and floors are thin, and the noise from the semi-trucks and speed cars that love the dead end road close the complex can be unbearable at times.
