It's been great. I love the atmosphere here and public transportation is the way I get around and these apartments are very much within that accommodation so it's really nice. I love it here! The community is awesome.

I just moved in about a week ago but so far everything has went well. The community, neighbors and staff all seem very kind and helpful. It is location in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend

Modern accommodations and conveniently located close to everything. The administrative staff is always eager to make the experience better. Anytime I've had an issue they have taken care of the situation promptly and satisfactorily.

I love it. I haven't had any issues. Ive been here going on 2 years. Staff is super nice & helpful. I love the pool and gym area. Parking is good. Outside is always nice and clean. ??????????????????.

Love the Morgan
I have lived here since day 1 and just signed again starting my forth yr. The staff is fabulous Adriana, Chris and Sabrina they are the best they are quick to help you and maintenance the same they get to you within 24 hours unless it’s an emergency then they get there as soon as possible. It’s a nice area. The only complaint is the dog Doodoo people in general are lazy they don’t want to pick it up but hey, if that’s the only complaint I have you know it’s not a bad place to live.??

So far it's been okay. The first month I moved in there were roaches, but I was in constant communication with the office staff. Pest control came out did their thing and the roaches were still not gone until about a month later. The gates work maybe half the time. The amenities are great. Christopher is great. Rooms are spacious. Mainly my concerns are people not picking up their dog poop, but management said they will be installing cameras so hope that helps. It's supposed to be a nonsmoking community but it seems my neighbors smoke on the daily whether it been weed or cigarettes. Neighbors are loud, but it's not like an everyday thing. But tbh I would recommend them because when you have issues and bring it to their attention they fix it promptly.

The maintenance team and assistant property manager are extremely responsive. The layouts are perfect and the noise levels are eerily quiet! However, the company running this property management gig could do a better job utilizing the security deposits they keep. I moved into the apt with holes in the cabinets, a very badly scratched stovetop, & poorly painted apartment.

These are definitely luxury apartments. Still brand new, and are being kept up really well. Front office staff(Christopher Torres) was very friendly and attentive. I drive pass these apartments every day and wonder what they looked like inside compared to my current apartment. The Morgan Luxury Apartments definitely define luxury.

Truly not luxury are better choices on the market, too expensive parking situation is outrageous. There simply is not enough space to park. Tractor trailers park in the street right next to the complex's and there is a disposal facility right necxt door that dumps ash and dust mixed with garbage onto your cars. Not work the effort never mind the plane noises from the airport it's really annoying that there are lights lighting up the building from the waste facility next door too.

I have lived here since October of 2021. I have enjoyed the Lee Vista Mall, Theater, restaurants and bars. I enjoy the close location to the Orlando Airport! I appreciate the pet friendly attitude and structure. I have renewed my lease for an additional 13 months.

It was good at the beginning, not excellent. We started having issues with cockroaches right away after we moved and many people that we know did too (something that could be handled if they had a preventive system where they pest control 3-4 times a year on each apartment; they don't, you have to request it). Other issues are related to trash not being handled properly (I believe there is only one trash compactor for the entire community which I think is the problem because this is a big complex). Common areas are enjoyable for adults and dogs but there's not many options for kids; their playground is one of the worst we've been to. Everyone complains about not enough parking spaces, we haven't had much issues with parking really. What else? I mean overall, and considering what we pay here, they need to do a lot of improvement to be on top. There is a new administration (Manager and supervisor) that have to prove that they can do their job. My feelings in general for this place is that is an ok place to live.

Sabrina is always so helpful and friendly. The amenities are amazing. I love taking advantage of the 24 hr gym. The apartment has brand new appliances. My neighbors are quiet and super friendly. Overall a wonderful experience living here.

Great, location conveniently located. Safe well lit. The location is ideal for me and my family. I'm currently in bldg 2 / 302 on the third floor, with no elevator. Which makes moving any item a bit challenging.

Lovely apartment complex! The apartments are very nice and updated. We love our kitchen. The staff has been excellent so far. The property is very well maintained. 24 hour fitness center, a very nice pool and my fianc? is a fan of the coffee in the clubhouse.

My experience here has not been good. I've had roaches in my apartment since I moved in and there seems to be no urgency in resolving it. The grounds are also not very well kept. The hallways in my building are always filled with debris and dirt

I love living here. The only thing I wish as a woman who lives alone is for maintenance to have an app or something where we can see available time slots that they will enter my home. The parking used to good now it's a little difficult to get parking. Also I wish they would lower rent prices.

It has been less than a week since we have moved in. So far there have been no issues, everything has gone quite smoothly. The application process was straight forward and easy to complete. We are down sizing form owning our own home so we have not had to mow the lawn or worry about any maintenance issues, it is a relief.

It is a nice and beautiful community, good neighborhood, if it is sometime would like to change is more cleaning outside, the hallways needs more attention like weekly. At the swimming pool try not to hear the music so loud

Since living at The Morgan, I have seen MAJOR improvements since some of the old staff members have left. Sabrina, the new property mgr has made major improvements and is striving to prove that we the residents matter. No concerns are left unsolved. And maintenance has been resolving issues a lot quicker than I've seen in the past 2 years living here.

Adriana and Sabrina have been really helpful, maintenance staff (Mike and Enrique) are always polite. Since Sabrina came to the community she has been very prompt in positive changes and I am excited to see what other changes are to come.

The office staff needs to be expanded to deal with all of the residents needs. From the beginning of my lease my portal has not been working and to this day it still hasn't been fixed which means I had to pay rent with a check every month which is super inconvenient. Also my buzzer has never worked since I moved in which has right resulted in having Instacart orders canceled and Amazon orders cancelled because they can't get inside the gate. The residents are pigs and don't clean up after themselves with results into bugs. Spiders are inside the apartment I got bitten by one when I first moved in a brown recluse. Overall by appearance this looks like a good complex to rent from but this in actually has been the WORST apartment complex I have EVER rented from PERIOD.

I moved into The Morgan in 2020 durning the pandemic. At the time Allison was the Property Manager and she was very patient and understanding. About a year later she left and Maria who was just as wonderful took over, but she stayed less than a year. Our new current Property Manager, Sabrina is phenomenal. There is a similar situation with the Maintenance Staff to the point where I don't even remember their names, except for Mike he's been here since I moved in and is now the Supervisor. Which was a great decision on The Morgan's behalf because he handles every work order with exceptional customer service. I love coming home and seeing familiar friendly faces (it makes me feel safe and truly at home) so that's my only concern. Majority of the employees who've left from my understanding left on their own terms for something better so I'm happy for them. I just hope corporate looks into why there's a revolving door at The Morgan and focus on employee retention. That's literally my only "complaint" that's within their control. All other complaints are about the residents like dog feces left in grass and the side walks by dog owners. Management sends out email reminders constantly and it's still an issue. Hopefully, The Morgan can include collecting feces samples so they can find and fine the culprits. The dumper can also become unsightly, overflowing to the point where there is trash in the street. Then there's the pool parties almost every weekend blasting three different songs on speakers and children running around, many of which aren't residents, food and beer cans pouring out of trash cans. I'm looking forward to management controlling the music through the pool speakers, not allowing amplified music and monitor the resident and guest rules again because the pool was so much more enjoyable then now it's like a Disney water park. Lastly, the gates break often which is a security concern for me. Management fixes them within a timely manner, but it's usually due to the negligence of residents. The pedestrian gate for instance, instead of pushing the button to exit people pull on the lockbox to break it open. Someone has even ran over the fence both issues were eventually fixed. Outside of that, my neighbors above me aren't light footed and enjoy playing music after 10pm (even after 12am sometimes). Their pit bull also likes to run and bark in the morning and throughout the day, but that's the beauty of apartment living.
