I so love The Morgans apartments the staff was so kind and helpful and showing us around I would definitely recommend these apartments everything is so beautiful love the smell of the new apartments love the area we have almost everything close by so now this is my home thank you so much for everything.

The community is nice, not too big. It's located in a good area near Orlando International. They are still completing construction at this location but overall, the experience has been good. I work about a mile away so it is conveniently located. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby as well.

The Morgan community is a brand new community. The Property is located close to all the retail shops, restaurants, and the airport which was very important to us. The community is new and well designed (entrances don't get bogged down with lines to enter gates) Clubhouse is well equipped with many amenities, new tech on workout gear. Not thrilled they decided to not put in car wash, it was a selling point I was interested in. The garbage handling and recycling center situation needs serious attention, there doesn't seem to be a true plan. The do seem to try to nickle and dime some aspects of living here, example assigned parking originally for $100 per month; $1200 a year not a very savvy budget decision for a tenant. They have since lowered it to $50 but now lock you into it for term of lease. It's on the expensive end but a nice looking complex and new makes it worth it. If rent prices begin surging next lease period not likely to stay.

I've only been here for just over a week, but I am so glad I chose The Morgan. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, without being pushy. Any questions I had were addressed right away. The overall look of my apartment is nice. My kitchen is HUGE. I was looking for a walk in closet, spacious kitchen, close proximity to interstates and the airport, somewhat secluded, full size washer and dryer, and a relatively new building.
